Abstract

本发明提供一种门铰链,该门铰链能够通过压缩弹簧的压缩力和阻尼器的阻力而使得门的打开操作平稳而没有噪音,并且门的打开角度到达最高点时,门不再打开而保持固定状态。

门铰链
技术领域
本发明涉及门铰链,更详细地说,通过降低打开操作时的门的速度而实现平稳的打开操作,并且不产生噪音而实现顺畅的打开操作。
背景技术
众所周知,用于厨房家具的橱柜门、泡菜冰箱、洗衣机或翻盖式手机等各种电子产品的门主要使用以铰链轴为起点旋转且上、下开闭的上提式门。
用于所述上提式门的铰链装置在被安装到门的末端的状态下,执行旋转操作而实现门的关闭操作。
另外,所述门铰链设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧在实现门的关闭操作的开始阶段产生压缩力而降低轴的旋转速度,从而使门缓慢旋转。
与这种门铰链相关的代表性现有技术为韩国专利厅公开专利公报公开号第10-2011-0125727号(名称:门铰链)。
所述现有技术包括:轴,以贯通门的外壳的状态结合到所述门,根据所述门的开闭操作而旋转;凸轮部件,插入到所述轴的外径,两面形成第一、第二斜面部;第一工作凸轮部件,可旋转地插入到所述轴的外径,一面形成与所述凸轮部件的第一斜面部面接触的第一工作斜面部,根据所述轴的操作而旋转的过程中,通过沿着所述第一斜面部直线移动的第一工作斜面部而向水平方向直线移动;第二工作凸轮部件,位于所述凸轮部件与门之间,一面挂接固定到所述门,另一面形成与所述凸轮部件的第二斜面部面接触的第二工作斜面部,根据门的关闭操作而旋转,向水平方向推动所述凸轮部件;及压缩弹簧,弹性支撑所述第一工作凸轮部件,根据所述第一工作凸轮部件和所述凸轮部件的推动操作而产生压缩力,使得所述门缓慢关闭。
但是,所述现有技术仅通过压缩弹簧的压缩力缓慢实现门的关闭操作,在实现更加顺畅的关闭操作方面存在局限。
并且,现有技术需要一种固定手段,以使得门的打开角度到达最高点时门不再打开而保持固定状态,但是之前没有这种能够保持门的打开状态的固定手段,因此门被完全打开后会向后倒,无法在规定的角度停止。
发明内容
(要解决的技术问题)
因此,用于解决所述技术问题的本发明的目的在于,提供一种门铰链,通过压缩弹簧的压缩力和阻尼器的阻力而使得门的打开操作平稳而没有噪音。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种门铰链,门以适当角度打开后,不再打开而保持固定状态。
(解决问题的手段)
用于达成上述目的的本发明作为连接到门框而用于开门的门铰链,包括:外壳,固定设置到门框;凸轮,插入到所述外壳,与所述门铰链结合而根据所述门的打开操作,以所述铰链为起点而偏心旋转;滚轴,与所述凸轮的外围曲面部接触,根据所述凸轮的偏心旋转操作而被推到后方;阻尼器壳,与所述滚轴销连接,根据所述滚轴的推动压力,向后方直线移动;腔室,凹陷形成在所述阻尼器壳的末端;导向管,从所述腔室凹陷形成的所述阻尼器壳的末端延长形成;阻尼器罩,通过锁紧销固定设置在所述外壳,内部形成容纳空间而能够可滑动地插入所述导向管;阻尼器,设置在所述阻尼器罩的容纳空间;杆,设置于所述阻尼器且通过所述导向管而位于所述阻尼器壳的腔室的状态下,根据所述阻尼器壳的向后移动而接触所述阻尼器壳的末端内壁面的过程中,发挥所述阻尼器的压缩力;及主弹簧,插入到所述阻尼器壳与所述阻尼器罩之间,根据所述阻尼器壳的向后移动而与所述阻尼器一起发挥压缩力。
优选地,所述阻尼器壳的上端形成导向长孔,向所述导向长孔插入导销,所述导销被固定设置到所述外壳。
(发明的效果)
本发明的门铰链的效果在于,通过压缩弹簧的压缩力和阻尼器的阻力而使得门的打开操作平稳而没有噪音,并且门的打开角度到达最高点时,通过支撑而使其不再打开,从而能够稳定地保持门的打开角度。

具体实施方式
在下文中,参考附图描述本发明的实施例。在后面将要描述的详细说明中,为了实现上述技术问题,将示出两个代表性实施例。并且,本发明的其他实施例可参考本发明中对其结构的具体说明。
附图中,图1立体地示出本发明的优选实施例的门铰链的构件,图2是图1的分解剖视图,图3是图1的结合剖视图。
如图1至图3所示,本发明的门铰链是用于上提式门的铰链装置,在被安装到门200的末端的状态下执行旋转操作,从而实现门200的开闭操作。
所述门铰链由外壳10、凸轮20、滚轴30、阻尼器壳40、阻尼器罩60、阻尼器70及主弹簧80构成。
所述外壳10在被固定到门框100的状态下,通过铰链轴90而与所述门200结合,所述门200以所述铰链轴90为起点,以上提式(即,平躺状态下垂直立起而打开的方式)执行打开操作。
所述外壳10具有既定长度,下端被打开的状态下,内部形成能够容纳所述凸轮20、滚轴30、阻尼器壳40、阻尼器罩50、阻尼器70及主弹簧80并支撑的空间12。
所述凸轮20连接到与所述外壳10结合的铰链轴90,门200被打开而所述铰链轴90执行旋转操作时,以所述铰链轴90为起点而偏心旋转。
所述凸轮20的前端形成用于所述铰链轴90贯通的孔22,沿着所述孔22的周围表面,突出形成连接环24,所述连接环24被插入到形成在所述外壳10的前端的孔12,将所述凸轮20组装到所述外壳10的前端。向组装到所述外壳10的前端的所述凸轮20的孔贯通铰链轴90,所述凸轮20和门200通过所述铰链轴90连接。
所述凸轮20的下端单向弯曲,滚轴30与所述弯曲的凸轮20的下端外围曲面部26接触。
所述外壳10的前端与挂接销14连接,门200的关闭操作完成的同时,所述凸轮20的内面挂接到所述挂接销14,以凸轮20不再偏心旋转地挂接固定。
所述滚轴30在接触所述凸轮20的外围曲面部26的状态下,根据所述凸轮20的偏心旋转操作而被推向后方。所述滚轴30销44连接到形成在所述阻尼器壳40前方的支架42,根据所述凸轮20的操作而被推向后方的过程中,向后方推动所述阻尼器壳40。
所述阻尼器壳40在被容纳到所述外壳10的空间11的状态下,根据所述凸轮20的偏心旋转操作而向前、后直线方向执行滑动操作。
所述阻尼器壳40的上端形成导向长孔52,向所述导向长孔52插入贯通设置在所述外壳10上端的导销16,引导所述阻尼器壳40的前、后直线移动操作。
另外,所述阻尼器壳40的导向长孔52在当门200的打开角度达到最大时,优选地,达到105°时,如图5所示,导向长孔52的一侧挂接到导销16,并且,阻尼器壳40向后方直线移动之后,与固定状态的阻尼器罩60接触,此时,挂接到导销16的导向长孔52及相互接触的阻尼器罩60及阻尼器壳40起到阻挡器的作用,因此门200不会开到105°以上的角度,而是保持所述105°的打开状态。
所述阻尼器壳40的前端设置有支架42,所述支架42与接触凸轮20的外围曲面部26的滚轴30销44连接,滚轴因所述凸轮的偏心旋转操作而被推到后方的过程中,所述阻尼器壳向后方直线移动,并且根据阻尼器70及主弹簧80的压缩力而重新向前方直线移动。
从所述阻尼器壳40的末端以一体延长形成导向管46,所述导向管46被插入到阻尼器罩60的内部容纳空间64的状态下,根据所述阻尼器壳40的前、后直线移动而在所述阻尼器罩60的内部容纳空间64向前、后往复直线移动。
腔室50在所述阻尼器壳40的末端凹陷形成。所述腔室50在与导向管46连通的状态下,当所述阻尼器壳40向后方直线移动一定程度之后,对阻尼器70施压而发挥压缩力。
即,被插入到所述阻尼器罩60的阻尼器70的杆将贯通所述导向管46,此时,杆72的前端不接触所述阻尼器壳40的末端,位于凹陷形成在所述阻尼器壳40的末端的腔室50。该状态下,执行门200的打开操作,当门200的打开角度达到60°时,基于
门200的打开操作而阻尼器壳40向后方直线移动的过程中,杆72将通过腔室50而接触所述腔室50的内壁面51,此时因腔室50内壁面51与阻尼器70的杆72接触而发挥阻尼器70的压缩力,从而门200的打开操作变得顺畅。
所述阻尼器罩60在被容纳到所述外壳10的空间的状态下,其后方通过锁紧销62连接到所述外壳10而被固定设置到所述外壳10。
所述阻尼器罩60在前方打开的状态下,内部形成容纳空间64,阻尼器70以被容纳到所述容纳空间64的状态而固定。并且,前述的阻尼器壳40的导向管46以可向前、后滑动地被插入到所述阻尼器70与所述阻尼器罩60的容纳空间64之间。
所述阻尼器70在被容纳到所述阻尼器罩60的容纳空间64的状态下,因门200的打开操作而阻尼器壳400向后方直线移动时,产生压缩力而使得门200的打开操作更加顺畅。所述阻尼器70的杆72经过所述导向管46而位于凹陷形成在所述阻尼器壳40的末端的腔室50。此时,因门200的打开操作,阻尼器壳40开始向后方直线移动,所述阻尼器70的杆72通过所述腔室50之后接触所述腔室50的内壁面51的过程中被推向后方,从而产生阻尼器70的压缩力。
所述主弹簧80在位于所述阻尼器壳40与所述阻尼器罩60之间的状态下,根据所述阻尼器壳40的向后移动而产生压缩力,与前述阻尼器70一起降低门200的打开速度,引导门200完成稳定的打开操作。
下面参考图3至图5描述本发明的门铰链的打开操作过程。
首先,要打开门200时,抓住门把手向上提,则如图4,构成门铰链的凸轮20在通过铰链轴90结合到所述门200的状态下,根据基于所述门的打开操作的铰链轴90的旋转而执行旋转操作。
所述凸轮20执行旋转操作时,与所述凸轮20的外围曲面部接触的滚轴30被推向后方,据此,具有与所述滚轴30销32连接的支架42的阻尼器壳40通过所述滚轴30向后方直线移动。当所述阻尼器壳40向后方直线移动时,形成在所述阻尼器壳40的末端的导向管16在被插入到阻尼器罩60的容纳空间62的状态下,向后方直线移动。
然后,如图5,门200的打开角度达到60°时,被容纳到所述阻尼器罩60的容纳空间的阻尼器70的杆72根据所述阻尼器壳40的向后移动而通过凹陷形成在所述阻尼器壳40的末端的腔室50,以接触所述腔室50的内壁面51的状态被推到后方,门200的打开角度超过60°之后,阻尼器70产生压缩力而缓慢地实现门200的打开操作。
然后,如图6所示,门200的打开操作继续进行而门的打开角度达到105°时,阻尼器壳40继续向后方直线移动而接触阻尼器罩60的前端,并且,阻尼器壳40的导向长孔52挂接到外壳10的导销16,此时,阻尼器罩60与阻尼器壳40的接触及导向长孔52与导销16的挂接导致门200的打开角度不会超过105°而保持在105°的状态。

1.一种连接到门框而用于开门的门铰链,其特征在于,包括:
外壳(10),固定设置到门框(100);

阻尼器壳(40),与所述滚轴(30)销(44)连接,根据所述滚轴(30)的推动压力,向后方直线移动;
腔室(50),凹陷形成在所述阻尼器壳(40)的末端;
导向管(46),从所述腔室(50)凹陷形成的所述阻尼器壳(40)的末端延长形成;
