Abstract
本发明公开了一种孔壁用点胶装置,该种孔壁用点胶装置包括点胶支架、盖板固定块、点胶头、胶桶、定量胶阀、点胶传感器和回收块,所述点胶支架顶板上安装有两组盖板固定块,相对一组盖板固定块上端放置有盖板,盖板下方的点胶支架上设置有两个与凹垫安装孔配合点胶头,点胶支架底板和侧端设置有胶桶和定量胶阀,胶桶通过定量胶阀连接到点胶头进料口,点胶支架侧端还设置有点胶传感器,点胶传感器指向盖板固定块上盖板,点胶支架顶板底部安装有与点胶头底部回料口相通的回收块,回收块回流口通过管道连接到胶桶。通过上述方式,本发明结构简单,点胶装置能够对孔壁四周进行涂抹绝缘胶,弥补市场空白,能够回收多余绝缘胶,节约能源。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械组装技术领域,特别是涉及一种孔壁用点胶装置。
背景技术
锂电池盖板上需要安装正负极凹垫,为保证安装强度以及绝缘,需要在盖板的凹垫安装孔处涂抹绝缘胶,目前市场上点胶均针对外壁,市场上没有针对孔内壁的涂胶方式的机器,只能采用人工操作,人工操作较慢,劳动量大,且涂胶后还需风干,风干后才能集中储存,这就需要对产品进行多次定位,生产效率低,基于以上缺陷和不足,有必要对现有的技术予以改进,设计出一种孔壁用点胶装置。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种孔壁用点胶装置,结构简单,点胶装置能够对孔壁四周进行涂抹绝缘胶,弥补市场空白,能够回收多余绝缘胶,节约能源。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种孔壁用点胶装置,该种孔壁用点胶装置包括点胶支架、盖板固定块、点胶头、胶桶、定量胶阀、点胶传感器和回收块,所述点胶支架顶板上安装有两组盖板固定块,相对一组盖板固定块上端放置有盖板,盖板下方的点胶支架上设置有两个与凹垫安装孔配合点胶头,点胶支架底板和侧端设置有胶桶和定量胶阀,胶桶通过定量胶阀连接到点胶头进料口,点胶支架侧端还设置有点胶传感器,点胶传感器指向盖板固定块上盖板,点胶支架顶板底部安装有与点胶头底部回料口相通的回收块,回收块回流口通过管道连接到胶桶。
优选的是,所述点胶头包括点胶桶、进料接头、胶芯和柱塞,所述点胶桶轴向设有出料孔,点胶桶侧端安装有与出料孔相通的进料接头,出料孔里装有胶芯,胶芯底部安装有柱塞,胶芯上部穿过出料孔,所述胶芯下部与出料孔间隙配合,料接头上方的胶芯部分轴径增加,胶芯轴径递增便于上方出胶均匀,出胶量大,若胶芯轴径一致,进胶慢,所述胶芯伸出端设有盖帽,盖帽与点胶桶顶部出料部外径一致,盖帽与点胶桶间隙为环形出料甬道。
优选的是,所述点胶桶上端面设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽底部设有与回收块相通的回收甬道。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,点胶装置能够对孔壁四周进行涂抹绝缘胶,弥补市场空白,能够回收多余绝缘胶,节约能源。

下面结合附图对本发明较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1至图5,本发明实施例包括:
一种孔壁用点胶装置,该种孔壁用点胶装置包括点胶支架61、盖板固定块62、点胶头63、胶桶64、定量胶阀65、点胶传感器66和回收块67,所述点胶支架61顶板上安装有两组盖板固定块62,相对一组盖板固定块62上端放置有盖板,盖板下方的点胶支架61上设置有两个与凹垫安装孔配合点胶头63,点胶支架61底板和侧端设置有胶桶64和定量胶阀65,胶桶64通过定量胶阀65连接到点胶头63进料口,点胶支架61侧端还设置有点胶传感器66,点胶传感器66指向盖板固定块62上盖板,点胶支架61顶板底部安装有与点胶头63底部回料口相通的回收块67,回收块67回流口通过管道连接到胶桶64。
所述点胶头63包括点胶桶631、进料接头632、胶芯633和柱塞634,所述点胶桶631轴向设有出料孔6310,点胶桶631侧端安装有与出料孔6310相通的进料接头632,出料孔6310里装有胶芯633,胶芯633底部安装有柱塞634,胶芯633上部穿过出料孔6310,所述胶芯633下部与出料孔6310间隙配合,料接头632上方的胶芯633部分轴径增加,胶芯633轴径递增便于上方出胶均匀,出胶量大,若胶芯633轴径一致,进胶慢,所述胶芯633伸出端设有盖帽6330,盖帽6330与点胶桶631顶部出料部外径一致,盖帽6330与点胶桶631间隙为环形出料甬道。
所述点胶桶631上端面设有环形凹槽6311,环形凹槽6311底部设有与回收块67相通的回收甬道6312。
本发明一种孔壁用点胶装置工作时,产品放置到盖板固定块62上,胶桶64通过定量胶阀65对点胶头63定量点胶,绝缘胶由进料接头632输送至出料孔6310,料接头632上方的胶芯633部分轴径增加,胶芯633轴径递增便于上方出胶均匀,出胶量大,绝缘胶由盖帽6330与点胶桶631间隙形成的环形出料甬道涂抹到盖板镶嵌凸台处安装孔内,多余绝缘胶由回收甬道6312经过回收块67回收至胶桶64内,涂抹绝缘胶后产品由机械手抓取后放置到指定位置。
本发明一种孔壁用点胶装置,结构简单,点胶装置能够对孔壁四周进行涂抹绝缘胶,弥补市场空白,能够回收多余绝缘胶,节约能源。

1.一种孔壁用点胶装置,其特征在于:该种孔壁用点胶装置包括点胶支架、盖板固定块、点胶头、胶桶、定量胶阀、点胶传感器和回收块,所述点胶支架顶板上安装有两组盖板固定块,相对一组盖板固定块上端放置有盖板,盖板下方的点胶支架上设置有两个与凹垫安装孔配合点胶头,点胶支架底板和侧端设置有胶桶和定量胶阀,胶桶通过定量胶阀连接到点胶头进料口,点胶支架侧端还设置有点胶传感器,点胶传感器指向盖板固定块上盖板,点胶支架顶板底部安装有与点胶头底部回料口相通的回收块,回收块回流口通过管道连接到胶桶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种孔壁用点胶装置,其特征在于:所述点胶头包括点胶桶、进料接头、胶芯和柱塞,所述点胶桶轴向设有出料孔,点胶桶侧端安装有与出料孔相通的进料接头,出料孔里装有胶芯,胶芯底部安装有柱塞,胶芯上部穿过出料孔,所述胶芯下部与出料孔间隙配合,料接头上方的胶芯部分轴径增加,所述胶芯伸出端设有盖帽,盖帽与点胶桶顶部出料部外径一致,盖帽与点胶桶间隙为环形出料甬道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种孔壁用点胶装置,其特征在于:所述点胶桶上端面设有环形凹槽,环形凹槽底部设有与回收块相通的回收甬道。
