Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a disinfectant by using a Chinese herbal medicine brewing technology, belongs to the field of disinfectant preparation, and aims to solve the problems that the existing disinfectant can affect the health of people and is not friendly to the environment. The method comprises the following steps: selecting Chinese herbal medicines, and crushing the selected Chinese herbal medicines into Chinese herbal medicine powder; soaking the Chinese herbal medicine powder in deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1:30-50 of the Chinese herbal medicine powder to the deionized water, uniformly stirring, and soaking for 6-10 hours; heating the soaked Chinese herbal medicine liquid to boil for 5-10 min, stopping heating, and cooling to 25-35 deg.C; adding the distiller's yeast into the cooled Chinese herbal medicine liquid according to the mass ratio of the distiller's yeast to the Chinese herbal medicine powder of 1:40-50, and stirring uniformly; adding sucrose into the cooled Chinese herbal medicine liquid according to the mass ratio of the distiller's yeast to the sucrose of 1:20-30, and uniformly stirring; sealing the container, and standing in dark for 1-3 months for fermentation; filtering the fermented Chinese herbal medicine liquid, and taking the filtrate; standing the filtrate for 15-30 days, clarifying, and collecting supernatant to obtain the final product.

Description

Method for preparing disinfectant by using Chinese herbal medicine brewing technology
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectant preparation, in particular to a method for preparing a disinfectant by using a Chinese herbal medicine brewing technology.
Background
The disinfectant is commonly used for killing pathogenic microorganisms on a transmission medium, so that the pathogenic microorganisms are killed out of a human body, the transmission path of infectious diseases is cut off, and the purpose of controlling the infectious diseases is achieved. The current common disinfectants comprise chlorine disinfectants, ozone, methyl hydantoin compounds, double-chain quaternary ammonium salts, iodine-containing disinfectants, alcohol disinfectants, phenol disinfectants and the like, and the disinfectants have strong oxidizability and corrosivity, can influence human health when being used excessively and can cause environmental pollution; some disinfectants are improperly used and can also cause safety hazards, for example, improper use of ethanol disinfectants can cause fire. With the gradual improvement of self-protection consciousness of people, the market demand of environment-friendly, safe and efficient disinfectants is increasing.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems that the disinfectant prepared by the existing disinfectant preparation method can influence the health of people and is not friendly to the environment, the invention provides a method for preparing the disinfectant by utilizing a Chinese herbal medicine brewing technology.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
