The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention reasonably combines oldenlandia diffusa, rosemary leaf, Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, common andrographis herb, honeysuckle flower, amur corktree bark, coptis root and common cnidium fruit, extracts respective effective components, adopts polyhexamethylene guanidine solution and nano silver solution as base material solvents, fuses the effective components extracted from the Chinese herbal medicines, fully exerts the drug effects of various Chinese herbal medicine plants, and prepares the broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with the plant antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. The antibacterial agent of the invention is different from the current commercial disinfection products, distilled water and alcohols are used as solvents, and polyhexamethylene guanidine solution and nano silver solution are used as solvents. Polyhexamethylene guanidine is a polyguanidine high molecular polymer, can generate ionization in aqueous solution, has strong electropositivity on a hydrophilic group part, adsorbs various bacteria and viruses which are usually electronegative, enters a cell membrane, inhibits the synthesis of intramembrane liposome to cause apoptosis of thalli, achieves the best sterilization effect, and is the most environment-friendly high molecular antibacterial material which is generally accepted at present. The nano silver solution belongs to a non-ionic material, has the functions of sterilizing and resisting virus and degrading bacteria and organic matters under visible light and ultraviolet light, has the functions of strong antibiosis and virus killing under the condition of no light source, and is non-toxic, environment-friendly, low-carbon and free of secondary pollution. The solvent adopted by the invention is used as a nonionic solvent after dissolving the plant extract, so that the lasting antibacterial effect of the product can be greatly enhanced.
2. The invention fully utilizes the characteristics of various plants, scientifically combines and extracts the plants, and then compounds the plants with high molecular polymers and nano materials to obtain the high-efficiency antibacterial agent with cations, according to the principle that opposite charges in physics attract each other, cell walls with negative charges can be attracted by positive charges of the cations, and the high-efficiency antibacterial agent can firmly adsorb and penetrate cell walls of bacteria and mould in use, and destroy a microorganism electron transmission system, a respiratory system and a substance transmission system so as to quickly kill thalli. The preparation method of the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 10 parts of spreading hedyotis herb, 15 parts of rosemary leaf, 10 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 5 parts of common andrographis herb, 10 parts of honeysuckle flower, 5 parts of amur corktree bark, 5 parts of coptis chinensis and 5 parts of common cnidium fruit according to the mass parts, respectively washing impurities of the traditional Chinese medicines with clear water, respectively drying and crushing the traditional Chinese medicines, sieving the traditional Chinese medicines with a 80-mesh sieve, then combining the sieved crushed raw materials, placing the crushed raw materials in a vacuum reaction furnace, adding 80% ethanol with the mass concentration of 10 times of the crushed raw materials by weight, heating the mixture to 40-50 ℃, soaking the mixture for 48 hours, carrying out centrifugal filtration, carrying out decoloration treatment on filtrate by using active carbon, then sending the filtrate into a UHT sterilizer for carrying out high-super-temperature instantaneous sterilization, wherein the sterilization temperature is 100 ℃, the sterilization time is 10 seconds, and placing the sterilized;
(2) diluting polyhexamethylene guanidine with 10 times of deionized water, diluting a nano-silver solution with 15 times of deionized water, mixing the diluted polyhexamethylene guanidine solution and the nano-silver solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then placing the mixture in an ultrasonic container for ultrasonic homogenization for 15 min;
(3) and (3) adding the paste prepared in the step (1) into the mixed liquid which is subjected to ultrasonic homogenization in the step (2), continuing to homogenize for 40min, and then sending the homogenized liquid into a UHT sterilizer for sterilization at the sterilization temperature of 125 ℃ for 5s to obtain the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.
Example 2
The raw materials for preparing the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent comprise, by mass, 15 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 25 parts of rosemary leaves, 15 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 10 parts of common andrographis herb, 15 parts of honeysuckle, 10 parts of golden cypress, 10 parts of coptis chinensis, 10 parts of common cnidium fruit, 10 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine and 5 parts of nano silver solution.
The preparation method of the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 15 parts of spreading hedyotis herb, 25 parts of rosemary leaf, 15 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 10 parts of common andrographis herb, 15 parts of honeysuckle flower, 10 parts of golden cypress, 10 parts of coptis chinensis and 10 parts of common cnidium fruit according to the mass parts, respectively washing impurities of the traditional Chinese medicines with clear water, respectively drying and crushing the traditional Chinese medicines, sieving the traditional Chinese medicines with a 80-mesh sieve, then combining the sieved crushed raw materials, placing the crushed raw materials in a vacuum reaction furnace, adding ethanol with the mass concentration of 95 percent, the weight of which is 9 times that of the crushed raw materials, heating the mixture to about 50 ℃, soaking the mixture for 35 hours, carrying out centrifugal filtration, carrying out decoloration treatment on filtrate by using activated carbon, then sending the filtrate into a UHT sterilizer for carrying out high-super-temperature instantaneous sterilization, wherein the sterilization temperature is 110 ℃, the sterilization time is 8s, and;
(2) diluting polyhexamethylene guanidine with 15 times of deionized water, diluting a nano-silver solution with 20 times of deionized water, mixing the diluted polyhexamethylene guanidine solution and the nano-silver solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then placing the mixture in an ultrasonic container for ultrasonic homogenization for 20 min;
(3) and (3) adding the paste prepared in the step (1) into the mixed solution which is subjected to ultrasonic homogenization in the step (2), continuing to homogenize for 60min, and then sending the homogenized liquid into a UHT sterilizer for sterilization at the sterilization temperature of 110 ℃ for 8s to obtain the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.
Example 3
A composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent is prepared from, by mass, 10 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 25 parts of rosemary leaves, 12 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 8 parts of common andrographis herb, 15 parts of honeysuckle, 8 parts of golden cypress, 5 parts of coptis chinensis, 7 parts of common cnidium fruit, 5 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine and 3 parts of nano-silver solution.
The preparation method of the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 10 parts of spreading hedyotis herb, 25 parts of rosemary leaf, 12 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 8 parts of common andrographis herb, 15 parts of honeysuckle, 8 parts of golden cypress, 5 parts of coptis chinensis and 7 parts of common cnidium fruit according to the mass parts, respectively washing impurities of the traditional Chinese medicines with clear water, respectively drying and crushing the traditional Chinese medicines, sieving the traditional Chinese medicines with a 80-mesh sieve, then combining the sieved crushed raw materials, placing the crushed raw materials in a vacuum reaction furnace, adding ethanol with the mass concentration of 85 percent, which is 10 times of the weight of the crushed raw materials, heating the mixture to 50-60 ℃, soaking the mixture for 28 hours, carrying out centrifugal filtration, carrying out decoloration treatment on filtrate by using active carbon, then sending the filtrate into a UHT sterilizer for carrying out high-super-temperature instantaneous sterilization, wherein the sterilization temperature is 125 ℃, the sterilization time is 5 s;
(2) diluting polyhexamethylene guanidine with 10 times of deionized water, diluting a nano-silver solution with 10 times of deionized water, mixing the diluted polyhexamethylene guanidine solution and the nano-silver solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then placing the mixture in an ultrasonic container for ultrasonic homogenization for 15 min;
(3) and (3) adding the paste prepared in the step (1) into the mixed solution which is subjected to ultrasonic homogenization in the step (2), continuing to homogenize for 60min, and then sending the homogenized liquid into a UHT sterilizer for sterilization at the sterilization temperature of 125 ℃ for 8s to obtain the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.
Example 4
A composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent is prepared from, by mass, 12 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 15 parts of rosemary leaves, 10 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 6 parts of common andrographis herb, 12 parts of honeysuckle, 7 parts of golden cypress, 7 parts of coptis chinensis, 10 parts of common cnidium fruit, 8 parts of polyhexamethylene guanidine and 4 parts of nano-silver solution.
The preparation method of the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing 12 parts of spreading hedyotis herb, 15 parts of rosemary leaf, 10 parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata tea, 6 parts of common andrographis herb, 12 parts of honeysuckle flower, 7 parts of amur corktree bark, 7 parts of coptis chinensis and 10 parts of common cnidium fruit according to the mass parts, washing impurities of the traditional Chinese medicines with clear water respectively, drying and crushing the traditional Chinese medicines respectively, sieving the traditional Chinese medicines with a 80-mesh sieve, then combining the sieved crushed raw materials, placing the crushed raw materials in a vacuum reaction furnace, adding ethanol with the mass concentration of 90 percent, which is 8 times of the weight of the crushed raw materials, heating the mixture to 45-50 ℃, soaking the mixture for 32 hours, carrying out centrifugal filtration, carrying out decoloration treatment on filtrate by using active carbon, then sending the filtrate into a UHT sterilizer for carrying out high-super-temperature instantaneous sterilization, wherein the sterilization temperature is 115 ℃, the sterilization time is;
(2) diluting polyhexamethylene guanidine with 15 times of deionized water, diluting a nano-silver solution with 15 times of deionized water, mixing the diluted polyhexamethylene guanidine solution and the nano-silver solution according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and then placing the mixture in an ultrasonic container for ultrasonic homogenization for 20 min;
(3) and (3) adding the paste prepared in the step (1) into the mixed solution which is subjected to ultrasonic homogenization in the step (2), continuing to homogenize for 40min, and then sending the homogenized liquid into a UHT sterilizer for sterilization at the sterilization temperature of 115 ℃ for 10s to obtain the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.
In the above embodiment, the nano silver solution is preferably a commercially available nano silver simple substance solution, the particle size is 5nm, the concentration of the nano silver solution is less than 50000ppm, and the PH value is neutral. The polyhexamethylene guanidine (PHMB) is preferably commercially available and has the structural formula: C3H 6-NH-C (NH) -NH-C3H 6, colorless to light amber solution, and the effective active ingredient is equal to or larger than 25 percent.
The equipment used for preparing the antibacterial agent, such as a vacuum reaction furnace, centrifugal filtration equipment, sterilization equipment, an ultrasonic container and the like, is the equipment in the prior art. The ultrasonic stirring speed during homogenizing in the ultrasonic container is generally controlled at 12000rpm, the microwave frequency is 2500MHz, and the microwave power is 0.8 Kw. (3) adding the paste prepared in the step (1) into the mixed solution which is subjected to ultrasonic homogenization in the step (2), continuing to homogenize for 30-60min, and then sending the homogenized liquid into a UHT sterilizer for sterilization at the sterilization temperature of 100-125 ℃ for 5-10 s, thus obtaining the composite broad-spectrum antibacterial agent.
