Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚氨酯‑丙烯酸酯结构胶,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分分别由以下重量份的物质组成,A组分:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物50‑90份、丙烯酸酯单体a 10‑50份和解络剂1‑5份;B组分:硼烷胺络合物:1‑5份,丙烯酸酯单体b 1‑20份;A组分和B组分的重量比为(1‑10):1。本发明聚氨酯‑丙烯酸酯结构胶采用硼烷胺络合物作为引发剂,能够解决丙烯酸酯结构胶存在的氧阻聚问题,制备出的丙烯酸酯结构胶气味低,满足密闭环境的操作要求,对各种基材,特别是低表面能材料具有较好的粘合力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及有机硼烷胺络合物引发剂体系的丙烯酸酯结构胶,特别是双组分的丙烯酸类粘合剂组合物,以及该丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法。
背景技术
长期以来,丙烯酸酯结构胶一直被气味问题困扰,气味主要来自于高挥发性丙烯酸酯单体,高挥发性丙烯酸酯单体,活性高,能完全满足固化及大部分材料的粘结需要。解决气味这一问题的关键是,换成分子量相对大的丙烯酸酯单体,或者换成预聚体。但是高分子量的单体或者预聚体活性相对低,由于氧阻聚现象造成表面发粘,氧阻聚现象很难克服。因此高性能低气味丙烯酸酯结构胶应用前景十分广阔。
表面能低于45mJ/m2的塑料,如聚烯烃、氟塑料和聚酯等,具有价格低廉、密度小和耐腐蚀等优越特点,被大量应用于包装、电子电气、汽车制造等领域。但是,这些低表面能材料具有表面能低、极性弱、存在不同程度的结晶和弱边界层等特性,所以它们很难被普通的胶黏剂粘接。到目前为止,人们主要的粘接措施是对这些材料进行表面预处理,以提高这些材料的粘接强度。这些措施主要分为化学方法和物理方法。化学方法包括酸蚀和表面接枝。化学方法通过对基材表面引入极性基团,增加了表面能,提高了胶黏剂对材料的润湿能力。物理方法包括电晕处理、等离子体处理、辐照处理和热氧化处理等。这些方法可以改变基材表面的形貌和引入大量极性基团,增加了表面的粗糙程度,并消除了表面的弱边界层。表面处理后的材料都可以用普通的胶黏剂来实现较好的粘接效果。但是,这些表面处理方法大多存在操作复杂,成本高且污染环境等缺点,限制了其在工业生产中的广泛应用。因此,人们不断探索可以直接用来粘接低表面能材料的胶黏剂,例如乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物热熔胶、聚异丁烯胶黏剂、硅橡胶和丙烯酸酯胶黏剂。这些胶黏剂性能各异,满足了大范围的工业需求。但是随着对结构件的粘接强度的要求越来越高,能够实现对低表面能材料的结构粘结的粘合剂逐渐成为研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明针对现有热熔胶性能不能满足高屏占比手机屏幕粘合需求的问题,提供一种聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分分别由以下重量份的物质组成,A组分:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物50-90份、丙烯酸酯单体a 10-50份和解络剂1-5份;B组分:硼烷胺络合物:1-5份,丙烯酸酯单体b 1-20份;A组分和B组分的重量比为(1-10):1。
本发明聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物由以下摩尔份数的物质组成:多元醇0.8-1.2份、异氰酸酯1.5-3份和封端剂甲基丙烯酸酯羟乙酯1.5-3份,其中,多元醇由多元醇A和多元醇B按摩尔比(1-10):1组成,多元醇A为带有侧基的聚酯多元醇或改性蓖麻油多元醇,Tg≤-10℃,数均分子量为300-2000,多元醇B为不带侧基的线型聚酯或聚醚多元醇,Tg为0-40℃,数均分子量为300-2000;异氰酸酯为MDI、HDI、TDI、IPDI或XDI。
所用解络剂为丙烯酸、衣康酸、聚磷酸、马来酸酐、领苯二甲酸酐、醋酸酐或乙酰乙酸乙酯和丙二酸二酯。
所用硼烷胺络合物具有以下结构:
其中,R1、R2和R3各自独立地选自1-6个碳原子的烷基,Am为己二胺,二正丁胺或三乙烯二胺。
所用丙烯酸酯单体a和丙烯酸酯单体b独立地选自碳链为5-30的单官能度或双官能度的丙烯酸酯单体。
本发明聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物各组分,将多元醇A和多元醇B以此加入反应釜中,升温至110-120℃,抽真空脱水1.5-2h,降温至80℃,保持搅拌,加入异氰酸酯,通氮气反应3-4h,加入甲基丙烯酸酯羟乙酯,继续反应3-4h;
2)称取聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的各组分物质,单独将A组分和B组分的物质混合,按A组分和B组分的体积比封装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶采用硼烷胺络合物作为引发剂,能够解决丙烯酸酯结构胶存在的氧阻聚问题,制备出的丙烯酸酯结构胶气味低,满足密闭环境的操作要求,对各种基材,特别是低表面能材料具有较好的粘合力。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物的合成
聚己二酸2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇酯30份,双酚A型聚氧丙烯醚二醇20份,依次加入反应釜中,升温至120℃,开始抽真空脱水2小时,降温至80℃,在快速搅拌情况下加入MDI-10040份,通入氮气,反应3小时后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯11份,继续反应3小时;
(2)丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备
A组份:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物60份,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯20份,衣康酸2份,搅拌30min,混合均匀;
B组分:三丁基硼己二胺络合物:3份,丙烯酸四氢糠基酯:5.2份,搅拌30min,混合均匀;
A组分和B组分按体积比为10:1独立封装。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物的合成
己二酸2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇酯30份,己二酸丁二醇酯20份,依次加入反应釜中,升温至120℃,开始抽真空脱水2小时,降温至80℃,在快速搅拌情况下加入MDI-10040份,通入氮气,反应3小时后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯11份,继续反应3小时;
(2)丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备
A组份:聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物60份,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯20份,衣康酸2份,搅拌30min,混合均匀;
B组分:三丁基硼己二胺络合物3份,丙烯酸四氢糠基酯5.2份,搅拌30min,混合均匀;
A组分和B组分按体积比为10:1独立封装。
实施例3
一种聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物的合成:
双酚A改性蓖麻油二醇40份,1,4环己烷二甲醇10份,依次加入反应釜中,升温至120℃,开始抽真空脱水2小时,降温至80℃,在快速搅拌情况下加入MDI-10060份,通入氮气,反应3小时后加入甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯16份,继续反应3小时;
(2)丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备
A组份:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物:60份,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯:20份,乙酰乙酸乙酯4份,搅拌30min,混合均匀;
B组分:三丁基硼己二胺络合物:3份,丙烯酸四氢糠基酯:5.4份,搅拌30min,混合均匀;
A组分和B组分按体积比为10:1独立封装。
对比例1
一种丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
甲组份:将甲基丙烯酸甲酯20份,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物30份于室温下混合,搅拌半小时至溶液分散均匀,再加入N,N-二甲基苯胺0.5份,搅拌至均匀,出料;
乙组分:将1.5份BPO加入到5份DOP中,缓慢搅拌至溶液分散均匀;
甲乙组分体积比为10:1。
对比例2
一种丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
甲组份:丙烯酸四氢糠基酯20份,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物30份于室温下混合,搅拌半小时至溶液分散均匀,加入N,N-二甲基苯胺0.5份,搅拌至均匀,出料;
乙组分:将1.5份BPO加入到5份DOP中,缓慢搅拌至溶液分散均匀;
甲乙组分体积比为10:1。
将实施例1-3所得聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶和对比例1、2所得丙烯酸酯结构胶的两组分混合后进行相关指标检测,结果如表1所示。

2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物由以下摩尔份数的物质组成:多元醇0.8-1.2份、异氰酸酯1.5-3份和封端剂甲基丙烯酸酯羟乙酯1.5-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶,其特征在于,所述多元醇由多元醇A和多元醇B按摩尔比(1-10):1组成,其中,所述多元醇A为带有侧基的聚酯多元醇或改性蓖麻油多元醇,Tg≤-10℃,数均分子量为300-2000;所述多元醇B为不带侧基的线型聚酯或聚醚多元醇,Tg为0-40℃,数均分子量为300-2000;所述异氰酸酯为MDI、HDI、TDI、IPDI或XDI。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶,其特征在于,所述解络剂为丙烯酸、衣康酸、聚磷酸、马来酸酐、领苯二甲酸酐、醋酸酐或乙酰乙酸乙酯和丙二酸二酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯单体a和丙烯酸酯单体b独立地选自碳链为5-30的单官能度或双官能度的丙烯酸酯单体。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物各组分,将多元醇A和多元醇B以此加入反应釜中,升温至110-120℃,抽真空脱水1.5-2h,降温至80℃,保持搅拌,加入异氰酸酯,通氮气反应3-4h,加入甲基丙烯酸酯羟乙酯,继续反应3-4h;
2)称取聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯结构胶的各组分物质,单独将A组分和B组分的物质混合,按A组分和B组分的体积比封装。
