本发明公开了一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,属于植物加工技术领域。其特征在于,提取工艺如下:选取苦杏仁,在干燥箱中105℃下烘烤2h后粉碎,将其投入萃取釜中,调节系统温度,将CO2流量设定至最大,在恒温恒压下进行循环萃取,从出料口收集产物,过滤得到苦杏仁精油。本发明简便易行,具有普适性,能进行工业化生产,环保无污染,无毒性残留,安全性高于溶剂提取且提取率高。制得苦杏仁精油具有之功效,多用于治疗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,属于中药加工技术领域。
背景技术
苦杏仁,别名:杏仁。为蔷薇科植物山杏,夏季采收成熟果实,除去果肉及核壳,取出种子,晒干。主治功能有降气止咳平喘,润肠通便。用于咳嗽气喘,胸满痰多,血虚津枯,肠燥便秘。主产内蒙古、吉林、辽宁、河北、山西、陕西。杏仁分为甜杏仁及苦杏仁两种。我国南方产的杏仁属于甜杏仁(又名南杏仁),味道微甜、细腻,多用于食用,还可作为原料加入蛋糕、曲奇和菜肴中,而苦杏仁多作药用,富含多种营养成分,其脂肪含量达35%一50%,其中95%以上为亚油酸、亚麻酸等不饱和脂肪酸,不仅有益于脑血管和智力发育,同时还可预防高血脂症和高血压,具有降血脂、预防心脏病和动脉粥样硬化的作用。
超临界 CO2 ( SC-CO2 ) 萃取技术是目前国内外竞相研究开发的新一代高效分离及分析技术,因其具有良好的溶剂性质,被广泛地应用于植物油脂的提取。利用SC-CO2作为溶剂萃取植物油脂,与传统的油脂萃取技术相比,具有显著的优势,表现出工艺简单、环境友好、保护生理活性物质和产品质量高的特点,目前已经广泛应用于葡萄籽、南瓜籽、胡麻籽、亚麻籽、紫苏籽、茶籽、杏仁、玉米胚芽等植物油脂的提取。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种利用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取苦杏仁的方法,提取速度快,环保无污染、无溶剂残留,且提取效率高,品质好。
一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取苦杏仁,在干燥箱中105℃下烘烤2h后粉碎,制成粗粉,备用;
2)将制得粗粉投入萃取釜中,调节系统温度,将CO2流量设定为最大,保持恒温恒压进行循环萃取,萃取时间为1-4h;
3)从出料口收集产物,过滤,得到苦杏仁精油。
根据权利要求1所述一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于步骤2)中萃取温度为30-50℃,萃取压力为20-30MPa。

实施例1
一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取苦杏仁,在干燥箱中105℃下烘烤2h后粉碎,制成粗粉,备用;
2)将制得粗粉投入萃取釜中,设定系统温度为30℃,萃取压力为20MPa,将CO2流量设定为最大,保持恒温恒压进行循环萃取,萃取时间为4h;
3)从出料口收集产物,过滤,得到苦杏仁精油。
实施例2
一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取苦杏仁,在干燥箱中105℃下烘烤2h后粉碎,制成粗粉,备用;
2)将制得粗粉投入萃取釜中,设定系统温度为40℃,萃取压力为30MPa,将CO2流量设定为最大,保持恒温恒压进行循环萃取,萃取时间为3h;
3)从出料口收集产物,过滤,得到苦杏仁精油。
实施例3
一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
1)选取苦杏仁,在干燥箱中105℃下烘烤2h后粉碎,制成粗粉,备用;
2)将制得粗粉投入萃取釜中,设定系统温度为50℃,萃取压力为25MPa,将CO2流量设定为最大,保持恒温恒压进行循环萃取,萃取时间为2h;
3)从出料口收集产物,过滤,得到苦杏仁精油。

1.一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于提取工艺如下:
(1)选取苦杏仁,在干燥箱中105℃下烘烤2h后粉碎,制成粗粉,备用;
(2)将制得粗粉投入萃取釜中,调节系统温度,将CO2流量设定为最大,保持恒温恒压进行循环萃取,萃取时间为1-4h;
(3)从出料口收集产物,过滤,得到苦杏仁精油。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种超临界CO2萃取苦杏仁精油的工艺,其特征在于步骤2)中萃取温度为30-50℃,萃取压力为20-30MPa。
