技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种去味型芯体的制备方法。
背景技术
纸尿裤、卫生巾等一次性卫生用品的核心部分就是“芯体”,它决定了纸尿裤的吸收量、吸收速度、锁水能力,是评价卫生用品品质好坏的重要指标。传统的芯体通常由绒毛浆及高吸水性树脂组成,仅能满足基本的吸液需求,没有去除异味功能,使用过程中滋生的细菌代谢容易产生令人不悦的气味,例如氨气、硫化氢、硫醇的臭味气体,不仅刺激使用者皮肤,而且气味散发至空气中还会造成污染。本领域内虽然已公开了许多具有防臭功能的卫生用品,例如中国专利号:201520192380.3公开一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤,包括面层、导流层、吸收芯体和底层,所述面层、导流层、吸收芯体和底层顺次通过热熔胶固定连接,所述面层和底层将所述导流层和吸收芯体固定在所述面层和底层之间,所述吸收芯体采用纳米活性炭颗粒与聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂的混合吸收层,具有吸水和除臭的功能。该纸尿裤吸收芯体主要起吸水功能,其中添加的纳米活性炭颗粒能够吸附臭味性物质,具有一定的除臭效果,但不能从根源上解决臭味性问题,除臭效果一般。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种去味型芯体的制备方法,解决现有技术一次性卫生用品芯体功能单一,仅能满足吸液的需求而没有去除异味的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种去味型芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用厚度为10-30mm的涤棉混纺布为吸收芯,将所述吸收芯牵引至打孔设备,在所述吸收芯上打出复数个通孔,所述通孔的孔径为8-15mm;
(2)选用无尘纸或湿强纸为下包裹层,在下包裹层上施胶,然后将吸收芯贴合在下包裹层上;
(3)在吸收芯的各通孔上方设置喷枪,各所述喷枪上设有喷嘴,通过喷嘴先后将功能性母粒和高吸水性树脂送入吸收芯上的通孔内,所述通孔的下部为功能性母粒层,所述功能性母粒层的高度为5-10mm,所述功能性母粒上覆盖有高吸水性树脂层,所述高吸水性树脂层的高度为5-10mm,所述喷枪的温度控制在20-40℃,喷枪内设有气压控制阀,所述喷枪内的气压控制在0.1-0.8MPa;
(4)在所述吸收芯的上表面施胶,复合一层上包裹层,得到去味型芯体,所述上包裹层为无尘纸或湿强纸;
其中所述功能性母粒由以下组分组成:纳米银粉、茶多酚、改性杯芳烃、粘结剂、分散剂,所述功能性原料的制备步骤为:a.改性杯芳烃在55-65℃水中溶解成饱和溶液,然后加入占改性杯芳烃质量分数70%的茶多酚,搅拌混合50-80min,冷却过滤后用喷雾干燥器喷雾干燥,制得茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物;b.称取步骤a制备所得的茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂以及水混合后球磨成浆料,然后加入粘结剂,在50-60℃下搅拌40-80min,采用喷雾造粒机喷雾造粒并干燥至含水量在0.5‰以内,过60-120目筛,即得功能性母粒。
进一步的改进是:所述粘结剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇及羧甲基纤维素钠中的任意一种。
进一步的改进是:所述茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂、粘结剂以及水的重量份比为30-50:5-10:1.2-2.4:3-6:32-48。
进一步的改进是:所述改性杯芳烃是以4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,先与苯酚、三氯化铝反应脱去4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃中的叔丁基基团,然后与重氮盐偶合反应、最后与锡、盐酸发生还原反应制得的杯芳烃铵盐。
茶多酚能与发臭化合物如:含硫化合物、含氮化合物、酸及醇类物质结合直接除臭或经过发生化学反应后达到除臭效果。茶多酚的除臭作用主要靠的是其重要成分儿茶素类化合物,一次性卫生用品使用过程中,微生物代谢产生的臭气物质大都是含有S、N活性基团的化合物,儿茶素分子B环上的-OH具有较强的极性,与含有S、N活性基团的化合物发生中和、缩合、结合等反应,生成新的有机或无机化合物,从而去除臭气物质。与氨气反应时,儿茶素B环上的-OH与氨分子结构中氮原子上的孤对电子共同作用生产铵盐而使臭味减弱或消失,达到去除氨气的作用。与氨气分子结构类似的臭气物质,茶多酚具有相同的除臭作用。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、茶多酚结构中含有邻位羟基,易发生氧化作用,具有不稳定性,尤其是在较高的温度和湿度时,茶多酚的稳定性差。杯芳烃是大环环状化合物,热稳定性以及化学稳定性好,其具有独特的空穴结构,在杯芳烃上引入氨基,获得水溶性好的改性杯芳烃,可以作为主体分子在水溶液中将客体分子包在杯芳烃结构骨架的空穴中,形成茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物,茶多酚通过杯芳烃包合后,增强了茶多酚的稳定性,防止茶多酚使用前变质,使用时除臭功能下降。茶多酚作为天然类除臭剂,安全、效果显著。此外,茶多酚还能通过抗菌作用,能够抑制细菌代谢分泌臭味物质,从源头上达到去除异味的作用。纳米银粉作为无机类除臭剂,能够抑制细菌繁殖,使恶臭分子分解或吸附,达到除臭的效果。卫生用品使用过程中臭味产生因素是多方面的,散发的异味往往组分复杂,单纯使用某一除臭剂,只能去除其中的某些成分,无法达到去除大多数成分的目的,本发明采用天然类除臭剂和无机类除臭剂配合使用的方法,能够更加有效、全面地去除异味。
2、本发明制备的芯体既满足快速吸收尿液、经血等排泄物的需求,还赋予芯体去除异味的效果,扩大了其应用范围。
3、本发明中制备的功能性母粒粒度均匀、质量好,操作简单稳定,控制方便,干燥速度快。

以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种去味型芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用厚度为10mm的涤棉混纺布为吸收芯,将所述吸收芯牵引至打孔设备,在所述吸收芯上打出复数个通孔,所述通孔的孔径为8mm;
(2)选用无尘纸或湿强纸为下包裹层,在下包裹层上施胶,然后将吸收芯贴合在下包裹层上;
(3)在吸收芯的各通孔上方设置第一喷枪,各所述第一喷枪上设有喷嘴,通过喷嘴先将功能性母粒送入吸收芯上的通孔内形成功能性母粒层,所述功能性母粒层的高度为5mm,然后吸收芯向前移动,吸收芯的各通孔移动至第二喷枪下方,各所述第二喷枪上的喷嘴将高吸水性树脂送入吸收芯上的通孔内形成高吸水性树脂层,所述高吸水性树脂层覆盖在功能性母粒层上,所述高吸水性树脂层的高度为5mm,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪为现有装置,具体结构参见中国专利号201510270234.2,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪的温度控制在25℃,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪内设有气压控制阀,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪内的气压控制在0.1MPa;
其中所述功能性母粒由以下组分组成:纳米银粉、茶多酚、改性杯芳烃、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺,其中所述改性杯芳烃是以4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,先与苯酚、三氯化铝反应脱去4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃中的叔丁基基团,然后与重氮盐(对氨基苯乙酮与亚硝酸钠-盐酸溶液发生重氮化反应生成)偶合反应、最后与锡、盐酸发生还原反应制得的杯芳烃铵盐;
所述功能性原料的制备步骤为:a.改性杯芳烃在55℃水中溶解成饱和溶液,然后加入占改性杯芳烃质量分数70%的茶多酚,搅拌混合80min,冷却过滤后用喷雾干燥器喷雾干燥,制得茶多酚-杯芳烃包合物;b.称取步骤a制备所得的茶多酚-杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂以及水混合后球磨成浆料,然后加入聚乙烯醇,在50℃下搅拌80min,采用喷雾造粒机喷雾造粒并干燥至含水量在0.5‰以内,过60目筛,即得功能性母粒,所述茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇以及水的重量份比为30:5:1.2:3:32;
(4)在所述吸收芯的上表面施胶,复合一层上包裹层,得到去味型芯体,所述上包裹层为无尘纸或湿强纸。
实施例二
一种去味型芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用厚度为20mm的涤棉混纺布为吸收芯,将所述吸收芯牵引至打孔设备,在所述吸收芯上打出复数个通孔,所述通孔的孔径为12mm;
(2)选用无尘纸或湿强纸为下包裹层,在下包裹层上施胶,然后将吸收芯贴合在下包裹层上;
(3)在吸收芯的各通孔上方设置第一喷枪,各所述第一喷枪上设有喷嘴,通过喷嘴先将功能性母粒送入吸收芯上的通孔内形成功能性母粒层,所述功能性母粒层的高度为8mm,然后吸收芯向前移动,吸收芯的各通孔移动至第二喷枪下方,各所述第二喷枪上的喷嘴将高吸水性树脂送入吸收芯上的通孔内形成高吸水性树脂层,所述高吸水性树脂层覆盖在功能性母粒层上,所述高吸水性树脂层的高度为8mm,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪为现有装置,具体结构参见中国专利号201510270234.2,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪的温度控制在30℃,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪内设有气压控制阀,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪内的气压控制在0.5MPa;
其中所述功能性母粒由以下组分组成:纳米银粉、茶多酚、改性杯芳烃、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺,其中所述改性杯芳烃是以4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,先与苯酚、三氯化铝反应脱去4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃中的叔丁基基团,然后与重氮盐(对氨基苯乙酮与亚硝酸钠-盐酸溶液发生重氮化反应生成)偶合反应、最后与锡、盐酸发生还原反应制得的杯芳烃铵盐;
所述功能性原料的制备步骤为:a.改性杯芳烃在60℃水中溶解成饱和溶液,然后加入占改性杯芳烃质量分数70%的茶多酚,搅拌混合60min,冷却过滤后用喷雾干燥器喷雾干燥,制得茶多酚-杯芳烃包合物;b.称取步骤a制备所得的茶多酚-杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂以及水混合后球磨成浆料,然后加入聚乙二醇,在55℃下搅拌60min,采用喷雾造粒机喷雾造粒并干燥至含水量在0.5‰以内,过80目筛,即得功能性母粒,所述茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇以及水的重量份比为40:8:1.8:4:40;
(4)在所述吸收芯的上表面施胶,复合一层上包裹层,得到去味型芯体,所述上包裹层为无尘纸或湿强纸。
实施例三
一种去味型芯体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用厚度为30mm的涤棉混纺布为吸收芯,将所述吸收芯牵引至打孔设备,在所述吸收芯上打出复数个通孔,所述通孔的孔径为15mm;
(2)选用无尘纸或湿强纸为下包裹层,在下包裹层上施胶,然后将吸收芯贴合在下包裹层上;
(3)在吸收芯的各通孔上方设置第一喷枪,各所述第一喷枪上设有喷嘴,通过喷嘴先将功能性母粒送入吸收芯上的通孔内形成功能性母粒层,所述功能性母粒层的高度为10mm,然后吸收芯向前移动,吸收芯的各通孔移动至第二喷枪下方,各所述第二喷枪上的喷嘴将高吸水性树脂送入吸收芯上的通孔内形成高吸水性树脂层,所述高吸水性树脂层覆盖在功能性母粒层上,所述高吸水性树脂层的高度为10mm,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪为现有装置,具体结构参见中国专利号201510270234.2,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪的温度控制在40℃,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪内设有气压控制阀,所述第一喷枪和第二喷枪内的气压控制在0.8MPa;
其中所述功能性母粒由以下组分组成:纳米银粉、茶多酚、改性杯芳烃、羧甲基纤维素钠、聚丙烯酰胺,其中所述改性杯芳烃是以4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,先与苯酚、三氯化铝反应脱去4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃中的叔丁基基团,然后与重氮盐(对氨基苯乙酮与亚硝酸钠-盐酸溶液发生重氮化反应生成)偶合反应、最后与锡、盐酸发生还原反应制得的杯芳烃铵盐;
所述功能性原料的制备步骤为:a.改性杯芳烃在65℃水中溶解成饱和溶液,然后加入占改性杯芳烃质量分数70%的茶多酚,搅拌混合50min,冷却过滤后用喷雾干燥器喷雾干燥,制得茶多酚-杯芳烃包合物;b.称取步骤a制备所得的茶多酚-杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂以及水混合后球磨成浆料,然后加入羧甲基纤维素钠,在60℃下搅拌40min,采用喷雾造粒机喷雾造粒并干燥至含水量在0.5‰以内,过120目筛,即得功能性母粒,所述茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素钠以及水的重量份比为50:10:2.4:6:48;
(4)在所述吸收芯的上表面施胶,复合一层上包裹层,得到去味型芯体,所述上包裹层为无尘纸或湿强纸。

Claims (3)
1.一种去味型芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选用厚度为10-30mm的涤棉混纺布为吸收芯,将所述吸收芯牵引至打孔设备,在所述吸收芯上打出复数个通孔,所述通孔的孔径为8-15mm;
(2)选用无尘纸或湿强纸为下包裹层,在下包裹层上施胶,然后将吸收芯贴合在下包裹层上;
(3)在吸收芯的各通孔上方设置喷枪,各所述喷枪上设有喷嘴,通过喷嘴先后将功能性母粒和高吸水性树脂送入吸收芯上的通孔内,所述通孔的下部为功能性母粒层,所述功能性母粒层的高度为5-10mm,所述功能性母粒上覆盖有高吸水性树脂层,所述高吸水性树脂层的高度为5-10mm,所述喷枪的温度控制在20-40℃,喷枪内设有气压控制阀,所述喷枪内的气压控制在0.1-0.8MPa;
(4)在所述吸收芯的上表面施胶,复合一层上包裹层,得到去味型芯体,所述上包裹层为无尘纸或湿强纸;
其中所述功能性母粒由以下组分组成:纳米银粉、茶多酚、改性杯芳烃、粘结剂、分散剂,所述功能性原料的制备步骤为:a.改性杯芳烃在55-65℃水中溶解成饱和溶液,然后加入占改性杯芳烃质量分数70%的茶多酚,搅拌混合50-80min,冷却过滤后用喷雾干燥器喷雾干燥,制得茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物;b.称取步骤a制备所得的茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂以及水混合后球磨成浆料,然后加入粘结剂,在50-60℃下搅拌40-80min,采用喷雾造粒机喷雾造粒并干燥至含水量在0.5‰以内,过60-120目筛,即得功能性母粒;
所述改性杯芳烃是以4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃为原料,先与苯酚、三氯化铝反应脱去4-叔丁基杯[4]芳烃中的叔丁基基团,然后与重氮盐偶合反应、最后与锡、盐酸发生还原反应制得的杯芳烃铵盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种去味型芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇及羧甲基纤维素钠中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种去味型芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述茶多酚-改性杯芳烃包合物、纳米银粉、分散剂、粘结剂以及水的重量份比为30-50:5-10:1.2-2.4:3-6:32-48。
