本发明属于水性涂料技术领域,公开了一种硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料及制备方法,按质量计硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料由水100~600KG、纤维素5~10KG、分散剂3~6KG、乙二醇5~15KG、消泡剂3~8KG、硅藻土50~150KG、贝壳粉70~120KG、重钙100~150KG等组成。本发明可以有效分解空气中的甲醛苯等有害物质。另外,硅藻土有熔点、无燃点,本身难起火,不会助推火势,因此它具有阻燃性,有防火阻燃效果。本发明对甲醛净化能达到90%。本发明提供的贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料因其添加了光触媒等分解室内有毒气体的材料,在20年有效期内,均能持续分解有毒气体。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
目前,最接近的现有技术:
凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料。依据涂料中粘合剂类别,水性涂料被分为两大类:天然物质或矿物质(如硅酸钾)的天然水性涂料和人工合成树脂(如丙烯酸树脂)的石油化工水性涂料。在水性涂料中添加硅藻土,制成硅藻土涂料添加剂产品,具有孔隙度大、吸收性强、化学性质稳定、耐磨、耐热等特点,能为涂料提供优异的表面性能,增容,增稠以及提高附着力,由于它具有较大的孔体积,能使涂膜缩短干燥时间,还可减少树脂的用量,降低成本。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:
活性炭及竹炭类产品只能吸附无法分解,对有毒有害气体消除的效果有限,负离子发生机容易产生致癌物质臭氧,对人体产生二次伤害。劣质硅藻泥没有添加光催化材料,只能吸附不能分解的有毒气体,不适合长期使用。
现有技术中,硅藻土水性涂料没有利用非煅烧硅藻土,造成产品实用效果更差,对甲醛净化能达低,而且价格成本高,不能快速分解甲醛。
解决上述技术问题的难度:
传统观念的束缚:传统观念认为水性硅藻土涂料没有利用非锻烧硅藻土,造成产品实用效果差,对甲醛净化能力低,而且成本高不能快速分解甲醛。但在现代高科技提供的物力保障下,确立了全新的技术概念,既能有效吸附,还可以快速分解,而且还长期有效。
技术难度的增加:水性硅藻泥系列是以优质水洗非锻烧硅藻土,水洗非煅烧硅藻土是经过水洗分散、筛分、超重力场层流离心选矿和干燥分级等工艺得到的硅藻精土,可以有效分选去除硅藻土原矿中石英长石类矿物和粘土质以及部分有机质,并可在湿式状态下对硅藻土进行精确分级,更大限度的保留了硅藻士天然的功能特性,其表面积更大、孔隙率更高、孔体积更大、孔径更小,吸附和调湿能力更强;添加了光触媒纳米二氧化钛/硅藻土复合材料,持续分解甲醛;应用了最新的科研技术——有机改性无机胶凝技术,有机改性无机矿物胶凝材料,安全环保,无毒副作用,在保留硅藻土完整的孔隙结构成膜状态下,大大提升了耐擦洗性能,耐擦洗可达500次以上,通过百姓绿森林除醛科技,可强效分解甲醛、苯、VOC等有害物质,同时产品的抗菌、防霉性能大大提升,为消费者打造一个纯净、清新、舒适的家居空间。

针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一了种硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料及制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水100KG~600KG、纤维素5KG~10KG、分散剂3KG~6KG、乙二醇5KG~15KG、消泡剂3KG~8KG、硅藻土50KG~150KG、贝壳粉70KG~120KG、重钙100KG~150KG、高岭土30KG~80KG、钛白粉100KG~200KG、杀菌剂1KG~3KG、成膜剂8KG~15KG、净味乳液55KG~195KG、流平剂2KG~6KG、增稠剂2KG~8KG、和纳米二氧化钛1KG~3KG组成。
进一步,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计,由水200KG、纤维素5KG、分散剂4KG、乙二醇10KG、消泡剂4KG、硅藻土100KG、贝壳粉100KG、重钙150KG、高岭土50KG、钛白粉150KG、杀菌剂2KG、成膜剂10KG、净味乳液195KG、流平剂3KG、增稠剂5KG和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料制备方法包括:
称取水、纤维素、分散剂、乙二醇、消泡剂、硅藻土、贝壳粉、重钙、高岭土、钛白粉、杀菌剂、成膜剂、净味乳液、流平剂、增稠剂和纳米二氧化钛;
将称取的上述组份导入容器搅拌1小时,灌装使用。
综上所述,本发明的优点及积极效果为:
本发明的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料主要是以环保,健康为理念,材料本身由无机矿物质制成,可以有效分解空气中的甲醛苯等有害物质。另外,硅藻土有熔点、无燃点,本身难起火,不会助推火势,因此它具有阻燃性,有防火阻燃效果。
经过检测分析,本发明对甲醛净化能达到90%。
本发明提供的贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料(百姓森林硅藻泥)因其添加了光触媒等分解室内有毒气体的材料,在20年有效期内,均能持续分解有毒气体。

现有技术中,硅藻土水性涂料没有利用非煅烧硅藻土,造成产品实用效果更差,对甲醛净化能达低,而且价格成本高,不能快速分解甲醛。
为解决上述问题,下面结合具体方案对本发明作详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计,由水200KG、纤维素5KG、分散剂4KG、乙二醇10KG、消泡剂4KG、硅藻土100KG、贝壳粉100KG、重钙150KG、高岭土50KG、钛白粉150KG、杀菌剂2KG、成膜剂10KG、净味乳液195KG、流平剂3KG、增稠剂5KG和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
图1是本发明实施例提供的贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料制备方法包括:
S101,称取水、纤维素、分散剂、乙二醇、消泡剂、硅藻土、贝壳粉、重钙、高岭土、钛白粉、杀菌剂、成膜剂、净味乳液、流平剂、增稠剂和纳米二氧化钛。
S102,将称取的上述组份导入容器搅拌1小时,灌装使用。

本发明实施例提供的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水200KG、纤维素5KG、分散剂4KG、乙二醇10KG、消泡剂4KG、硅藻土100KG、贝壳粉100KG、重钙150KG、高岭土50KG、钛白粉150KG、杀菌剂2KG、成膜剂10KG、净味乳液195KG、流平剂3KG、增稠剂5KG和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
实例2
本发明实施例提供的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水100KG、纤维素5KG、分散剂3KG、乙二醇5KG、消泡剂3KG、硅藻土50KG、贝壳粉70KG、重钙100KG、高岭土30KG、钛白粉100KG、杀菌剂1KG、成膜剂8KG、净味乳液55KG、流平剂2KG、增稠剂2KG和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
实例3
本发明实施例提供的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水600KG、纤维素10KG、分散剂6KG、乙二醇15KG、消泡剂8KG、硅藻土150KG、贝壳粉120KG、重钙150KG、高岭土80KG、钛白粉200KG、杀菌剂3KG、成膜剂15KG、净味乳液195KG、流平剂6KG、增稠剂8KG和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
实例4
本发明实施例提供的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水300KG、纤维素7.5KG、分散剂4KG、乙二醇10KG、消泡剂6KG、硅藻土100KG、贝壳粉95KG、重钙125KG、高岭土60KG、钛白粉150KG、杀菌剂2KG、成膜剂11KG、净味乳液150KG、流平剂4KG、增稠剂5KG和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
本发明采用的纤维素,硅藻泥专用羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC),是以精制棉为原料,经过化学醚化反应制成,环保型无味的白色粉末,冷水速溶成透明的胶液。羟丙基甲基纤维素醚具有水溶性好,增稠粘度快,保水性能超强,高强的粘接性和施工性能。
本发明的分散剂加入能够使颜填料的分散更加充分,避免涂料出现浮色、发花甚至分层、结块等弊病。
本发明采用的乙二醇能将涂料中的成膜物质溶解或分散为均匀的液态,以便于施工成膜,当施工后又能从漆膜中挥发至大气的物质,原则上溶剂不构成涂膜,也不应存留在涂膜中。主要作为溶剂。
本发明采用的消泡剂主要应用与硅藻泥、水泥、混凝土以及各种粉体建材的消泡和抑泡,提高制品的强度,并可避免泵送、刮涂时产生过多的收缩,空腔等缺陷。具有相容性好、消泡速度快、抑泡时间长、稳定性好的特点。
本发明采用的硅藻土具有细腻、松散、质轻、多孔、吸着力和渗透性强而且颗粒细小等特点。正因为硅藻土有诸多有利特点。
本发明采用的贝壳粉为天然贝壳,成分为碳酸钙,贝壳粉的燃点是在1400℃以上,贝壳粉涂料的特点吸附、分解(甲醛、苯、TVOC、氨气)的作用以及调节空气湿度等功能,消除异味功能,抗菌、抑菌作用,防静电性能,调节空气湿度独特的“水呼吸”功能,防火阻燃)、重钙(TSP可放出二氧化碳气体。
本发明采用的高岭土呈洁白细腻、松软土状,具有良好的可塑性和耐火性等理化性质。
本发明采用的钛白粉的主要成分是TiO2,他兼有锌白的持久性和铅白的遮盖性,是高档白色颜料,最大的优点是无毒,可增白,钛白还具有半导体性能,以其无毒,价廉,催化活性高的特点,成为多项光催化反应中最常用的半导体材料,还可用作乙醇脱水,脱氢的催化剂。
本发明采用的杀菌剂多抗霉素是广谱性、具有内吸传导作用的抗生素类杀菌剂。
本发明采用的成膜剂是调节感光液的能使感光液易于涂布和流平,提高感光层和版基的黏附性以及感光层的光化学反应速度,这些都有利于感光液在版基上形成固着的膜层。成膜剂必须能够很好地与感光性物质混合,且与感光性物质具有相同的可溶性,包括水溶性、碱溶性、有机溶剂溶性等。
本发明采用的流平剂是一种常用的涂料助剂,它能促使涂料在干燥成膜过程中形成一个平整、光滑、均匀的涂膜。
本发明采用的纳米二氧化钛添加到涂料中可制作成具有空气净化、消毒杀菌、防污自洁功能的纳米抗菌环保涂料,而且能够增加涂料的耐摩擦耐清洗能力,同时能够起到屏蔽紫外线的作用,从而增加涂料的耐老化性能。
本发明采用的纳米二氧化钛抗菌特点:对人体安全无毒,对皮肤无刺激性。抗菌能力强,抗菌范围广;无臭味、怪味,气味小。耐水洗,储存期长。热稳定性好,高温下不变色,不分解,不挥发,不变质。
本发明采用的纳米二氧化钛即时性好,抗菌剂仅需1h就能发挥效果,而其他银系抗菌剂效果则需约24h。
本发明采用的纳米二氧化钛是一种永久性维持抗菌效果的抗菌剂,具有很好的安全性,科用于食品添加剂等,与皮肤接触无不良影响。
本发明在保密的情况的下,进行过相应的检测分析,下面结合检测报告数据对本发明积极效果作进一步描述。
图2示出了本发明提供的检测报告,各项指标均达到国家标准。

1.一种硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,其特征在于,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水100KG~600KG、纤维素5KG~10KG、分散剂3KG~6KG、乙二醇5KG~15KG、消泡剂3KG~8KG、硅藻土50KG~150KG、贝壳粉70KG~120KG、重钙100KG~150KG、高岭土30KG~80KG、钛白粉100KG~200KG、杀菌剂1KG~3KG、成膜剂8KG~15KG、净味乳液55KG~195KG、流平剂2KG~6KG、增稠剂2KG~8KG和纳米二氧化钛1KG~3KG组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,其特征在于,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料按质量计由水200KG、纤维素5KG、分散剂4KG、乙二醇10KG、消泡剂4KG、硅藻土100KG、贝壳粉100KG、重钙150KG、高岭土50KG、钛白粉150KG、杀菌剂2KG、成膜剂10KG、净味乳液195KG、流平剂3KG、增稠剂5KG、和纳米二氧化钛2KG组成。
3.一种如权利要求1所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述贝壳粉硅藻土水性涂料制备方法包括:
称取水、纤维素、分散剂、乙二醇、消泡剂、硅藻土、贝壳粉、重钙、高岭土、钛白粉、杀菌剂、成膜剂、净味乳液、流平剂、增稠剂和纳米二氧化钛;
将称取的上述组份导入容器搅拌1小时,灌装使用。
4.如权利要求1所述的硅藻土贝壳粉水性涂料,其特征在于,所述硅藻土包含10%的非煅烧硅藻土。
