技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺。
背景技术
纸尿裤由于穿戴方便、使用简单,可大大降低护理的劳动强度,简化护理过程,因此备受使用者的喜爱。纸尿裤主要应用人群是婴儿或者失去自理能力的成年人。纸尿裤的结构一般为:由上至下依次包括叠层设置的透液性面层、吸收芯层、不透液性底层,该吸收芯层用于吸收和保持人体排泄液,透液性面层由亲水无纺布及分别固设于亲水无纺布横向两侧的疏水无纺布组成,亲水无纺布粘附在吸收芯层的上表面以及向下弯折包覆在吸收芯层的横向两侧面上,且与吸收芯层粘附在不透液性底层上,用于与身体接触时提供舒适和干爽的感觉,同时允许液体自由通过,进入下层的吸收芯层,不透液性底层是由透气性不透水薄膜与疏水无纺布复合而成,用于将吸收液体保持在吸收芯层中,从而防止被吸收的液体弄脏穿戴者的裤子。目前市场上的纸尿裤在解决吸水性和防漏的问题上不断的改进,使得纸尿裤的密封性有所加强,尿液积聚在纸尿裤内,时间长了会滋生大量细菌,使得婴儿出现红疹和红屁股的现象。同时,尿液被细菌分解成尿素的过程中,会产生大量的氨气,使婴儿的身上带有尿臭味。
为了解决上述问题,申请日为2015年04月01日,申请号为201520192380.3公开的一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤质中,其通过采用亲水性甲壳素纤维无纺布以及吸收芯体采用纳米活性炭颗粒与聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂的混合吸收层,起到吸水和除臭作用,从而抑制细菌的生长;但是,采用亲水性甲壳素纤维无纺布和纳米活性碳,其抗菌除臭性能较低,对于尿液增多时,效果不显著,造成了纸尿裤的使用寿命短,即增加了使用成本;申请日为2015年03月12日,申请号为201510107328.8公开的一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤及其制备方法中,通过采用纳米银粉以及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、微粉硅胶、薰衣草精油等材料应用到纸尿裤领域,制得的具有较好的抗菌除臭功能的吸收芯;但是,纳米银粉价格昂贵,造成成本高,并且聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、微粉硅胶、薰衣草精油等化学试剂在实用中,容易对婴儿稚嫩的皮肤造成刺激。
因此,需要研发一款抗菌性好、安全性高的抗菌除臭纸尿裤。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提供一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,它主要解决了现有技术中抗菌除臭纸尿裤的抗菌性差、使用安全性差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备透液性面层:
a、制备亲水无纺布;
b、将步骤a中制品浸泡在抗菌剂中,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至40℃~55℃,浸泡45min,所述抗菌剂由以下重量份数的原材料组成:虎杖液42~47份、黄岑液18~22份、千里光液15~16份、黄柏液9~11份、苦参液4~16份;
c、将步骤b的制品烘干;
d、沿步骤c的制品的横向两端固定连接疏忽无纺布,并在疏水无纺布上添加弹性橡筋;
2)制备不透液性底层;
3)制备吸收芯层:
e、通过成型模轮分别成型三个沿纵向方向并列设置的吸收芯体,相邻两所述吸收芯体的间隔为2mm~5mm,,各所述吸收芯体分别由木浆纤维、高分子吸水树脂和抗菌颗粒混合而成,所述抗菌颗粒由虎杖42~47份、黄岑18~22份、千里光15~16份、黄柏9~11份、苦参4~16份的组分经由称量→粉碎→加水提取→过滤→提纯→浓缩→配液→混合成熔融状态,所述抗菌颗粒和高分子吸水树脂分别喷洒在木浆纤维上;
f:用卫生纸或者无纺布包裹或者覆盖步骤e制品的上表面和/或下表面;
4)将步骤1)、2)、3)制得的不透液性底层、吸收芯体及透液性面层复合成一体;
5)将步骤4)的制品进行弧形切边处理;
6)将步骤5)的制品分切成单个的抗菌除臭纸尿裤。
进一步的,所述步骤b中抗菌剂由以下重量份数的原材料组成:虎杖液45份、黄岑液20份、千里光15份、黄柏液10份、苦参液10份。
进一步的,所述步骤e中加水提取的步骤中,其水提条件为:
虎杖:加水比1:10,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次;
黄岑:加水比1:10,在100℃下提取2小时,提取3次;
千里光:加水比1:30,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次;
黄柏:加水比1:15,在100℃下提取1.5小时,提取3次;
苦参:加水比1:12,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次。
进一步的,所述步骤2的具体步骤如下:
g、制备疏水无纺布;
h、将步骤g中制品浸泡在步骤b中的抗菌剂中,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至60℃~80℃,浸泡55min;
i、将步骤h的制品烘干;
j、沿步骤h的制品的纵向一侧添加左右腰贴;
k、将步骤j的制品位于左右腰贴那一侧沿横向方向复合弹性片;
l、将步骤k的制品上位于弹性片的那一侧复合透气不透水薄膜。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,通过透液性面层上的亲水无纺布浸泡抗菌剂以及吸收芯体上喷洒抗菌颗粒,起到双重杀菌作用,防止细菌的滋生,较少红疹或者红屁股的现象发生,抗菌剂是以虎杖、千里光、黄岑、黄柏和苦参为原材料,提取有效成分进行配方重组,纯植物制剂,产品稳定、安全、无残留、无毒副作用,提高安全性,亲水无纺布浸泡在抗菌剂内,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至40℃~55℃,浸泡45min,有利于抗菌剂浸入到亲水无纺布内,提高亲水无纺布的吸收速度,相邻两吸收芯体的间隔为2mm~5mm,有利于尿液的下渗,加快尿液与抗菌颗粒的接触,提高杀菌效果;进一步的,不透液性底层上的疏水无纺布浸泡抗菌剂内,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至60℃~80℃,浸泡55min,有利于抗菌剂浸入到疏水无纺布内,提高疏水无纺布的吸收速度,并且加强杀菌效果。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例为:
一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)制备透液性面层:
a、制备亲水无纺布;
b、将步骤a中制品浸泡在抗菌剂中,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至50℃,浸泡45min,所述抗菌剂由以下重量份数的原材料组成:虎杖液45份、黄岑液202份、千里光液15份、黄柏液10份、苦参液10份;
c、将步骤b的制品烘干;
d、沿步骤c的制品的横向两端固定连接疏忽无纺布,并在疏水无纺布上添加弹性橡筋;
2)制备不透液性底层;
g、制备疏水无纺布;
h、将步骤g中制品浸泡在步骤b中的抗菌剂中,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至70℃,浸泡55min;
i、将步骤h的制品烘干;
j、沿步骤h的制品的纵向一侧添加左右腰贴;
k、将步骤j的制品位于左右腰贴那一侧沿横向方向复合弹性片;
l、将步骤k的制品上位于弹性片的那一侧复合透气不透水薄膜;
3)制备吸收芯层:
e、通过成型模轮分别成型三个沿纵向方向并列设置的吸收芯体,相邻两所述吸收芯体的间隔为3mm,,各所述吸收芯体分别由木浆纤维、高分子吸水树脂和抗菌颗粒混合而成,所述抗菌颗粒由虎杖45份、黄岑20份、千里光15份、黄柏10份、苦参10份的组分经由称量→粉碎→加水提取→过滤→提纯→浓缩→配液→混合成熔融状态,所述抗菌颗粒和高分子吸水树脂分别喷洒在木浆纤维上;
f:用卫生纸或者无纺布包裹或者覆盖步骤e制品的上表面和/或下表面;
4)将步骤1)、2)、3)制得的不透液性底层、吸收芯体及透液性面层复合成一体;
5)将步骤4)的制品进行弧形切边处理;
6)将步骤5)的制品分切成单个的抗菌除臭纸尿裤。
所述步骤e中加水提取的步骤中,其水提条件为:
虎杖:加水比1:10,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次;
黄岑:加水比1:10,在100℃下提取2小时,提取3次;
千里光:加水比1:30,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次;
黄柏:加水比1:15,在100℃下提取1.5小时,提取3次;
苦参:加水比1:12,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次。
通过上述的制备方法制得的抗菌剂为综色半透明液,并有微量不溶物沉淀,略带有酸性,并无其他杂味;PH值(1:10溶液)为7.0~8.5,其测得汞的含量不大于1mg/kg,砷的含量不大于10mg/kg,铅的含量不大于40mg/kg;对4种致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、淋球菌)的抑菌率大于99%,对生活垃圾和污水细菌的杀菌效果大于90%。
并进行了小白鼠急性径口毒性试验半致死剂量为LD50>5000mg/kg BW,属实际无毒;皮肤刺激试验,对家兔一次完整皮肤刺激反应强度级别为零,属无刺激性;皮肤变态反应试验,对豚鼠皮肤为呈现变态反应。
在分别对虎杖、黄岑、千里光、黄柏和苦参对大肠杆菌的抑菌溶度进行测试:测得苦参的最小抑菌浓度MIC为62.05mg/ml;黄柏的最小抑菌浓度MIC为45mg/ml;虎杖的最小抑菌浓度MIC为45mg/ml;千里光的最小抑菌浓度MIC为57.3mg/ml;黄岑的最小抑菌浓度MIC为62.5mg/ml,但经过对抗菌剂对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度MIC为25mg/ml,极大的提高了抑菌效果。
本发明的工作方式是:本抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,通过透液性面层上的亲水无纺布浸泡抗菌剂以及吸收芯体上喷洒抗菌颗粒,起到双重杀菌作用,防止细菌的滋生,较少红疹或者红屁股的现象发生,抗菌剂是以虎杖、千里光、黄岑、黄柏和苦参为原材料,提取有效成分进行配方重组,纯植物制剂,产品稳定、安全、无残留、无毒副作用,提高安全性,亲水无纺布浸泡在抗菌剂内,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至50℃,浸泡45min,有利于抗菌剂浸入到亲水无纺布内,提高亲水无纺布的吸收速度,相邻两吸收芯体的间隔为3mm,有利于尿液的下渗,加快尿液与抗菌颗粒的接触,提高杀菌效果;不透液性底层上的疏水无纺布浸泡抗菌剂内,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至70℃,浸泡55min,有利于抗菌剂浸入到疏水无纺布内,提高疏水无纺布的吸收速度,并且加强杀菌效果。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)制备透液性面层:
a、制备亲水无纺布;
b、将步骤a中制品浸泡在抗菌剂中,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至40℃~55℃,浸泡45min,所述抗菌剂由以下重量份数的原材料组成:虎杖液42~47份、黄岑液18~22份、千里光液15~16份、黄柏液9~11份、苦参液4~16份;
c、将步骤b的制品烘干;
d、沿步骤c的制品的横向两端固定连接疏忽无纺布,并在疏水无纺布上添加弹性橡筋;
2)制备不透液性底层;
3)制备吸收芯层:
e、通过成型模轮分别成型三个沿纵向方向并列设置的吸收芯体,相邻两所述吸收芯体的间隔为2mm~5mm,,各所述吸收芯体分别由木浆纤维、高分子吸水树脂和抗菌颗粒混合而成,所述抗菌颗粒由虎杖42~47份、黄岑18~22份、千里光15~16份、黄柏9~11份、苦参4~16份的组分经由称量→粉碎→加水提取→过滤→提纯→浓缩→配液→混合成熔融状态,所述抗菌颗粒和高分子吸水树脂分别喷洒在木浆纤维上;
f:用卫生纸或者无纺布包裹或者覆盖步骤e制品的上表面和/或下表面;
4)将步骤1)、2)、3)制得的不透液性底层、吸收芯体及透液性面层复合成一体;
5)将步骤4)的制品进行弧形切边处理;
6)将步骤5)的制品分切成单个的抗菌除臭纸尿裤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤b中抗菌剂由以下重量份数的原材料组成:虎杖液45份、黄岑液20份、千里光15份、黄柏液10份、苦参液10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤e中加水提取的步骤中,其水提条件为:
虎杖:加水比1:10,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次;
黄岑:加水比1:10,在100℃下提取2小时,提取3次;
千里光:加水比1:30,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次;
黄柏:加水比1:15,在100℃下提取1.5小时,提取3次;
苦参:加水比1:12,在100℃下提取2小时,提取1次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌除臭纸尿裤的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2的具体步骤如下:
g、制备疏水无纺布;
h、将步骤g中制品浸泡在步骤b中的抗菌剂中,并对抗菌剂逐渐加热至60℃~80℃,浸泡55min;
i、将步骤h的制品烘干;
j、沿步骤h的制品的纵向一侧添加左右腰贴;
k、将步骤j的制品位于左右腰贴那一侧沿横向方向复合弹性片;
l、将步骤k的制品上位于弹性片的那一侧复合透气不透水薄膜。
