纸尿裤是一次性使用后即可抛弃的产品,方便卫生,已成为婴幼儿最常用的日用品之一。纸尿裤包裹住婴幼儿皮肤后形成一个封闭的环境,婴幼儿的尿便频繁,当尿液、粪便积聚在纸尿裤中,细菌开始生长繁殖,滋生的细菌刺激婴幼儿娇嫩的皮肤,导致出现湿疹、红屁股等不良情况。

A、ES无纺布的一面喷涂亲水整理液,然后在80-90℃下烘焙5-10min,所述亲水整理液的配制方法为:称取15-25g/L聚醚类非表面活性剂、10-16g/L月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、8-12g/L吐温-60到水中,搅拌混合均匀;

C、将微胶囊均匀喷洒在ES无纺布未喷涂亲水整理液的一面上,然后在微胶囊上覆盖聚乳酸无纺布,热熔胶粘合后制得透液性面层,所述透液性面层沿宽度方向两侧连接有疏水无纺布,所述疏水无纺布上设有弹性橡筋,所述疏水无纺布向上弯折形成立体护围;
(2)吸收层的制备:
将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯体,在吸收芯体外包裹一层卫生纸,制得吸收层;
(3)防漏底层的制备:
在PE薄膜底部复合一层拒水无纺布,形成防漏底层;
(4)防漏底层在输送装置上连续输送,然后将吸收层和透液性面层复合在防漏底层上,弧形切边处理后得到得到护肤纸尿裤。
进一步的改进是:所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合而成。
进一步的改进是:所述亲水整理液的喷涂量为8-12g/m2。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、聚乳酸在不添加任何药物的情况下具有天然的抑菌性。它综合了化纤面层和全棉面层的优点,本发明以聚乳酸无纺布为透液性面层的上层无纺布,与婴幼儿皮肤直接接触,具有亲肤、透气、干爽、抑菌等优良性能。由于聚乳酸无纺布是高结晶材料,表面无极性基团,表现为疏水性。下层无纺布为ES纤维无纺布,具有蓬松、柔软、渗透性好、强度高的优点,但ES无纺布的原料聚丙烯或聚乙烯都是非极性结构,结晶度高,且不含亲水基团,因此亲水性较差。本发明对ES无纺布进行单面亲水整理,增大ES无纺布两面的亲水性差异,同时亲水改性时部分亲水整理液向内渗透,提高了ES无纺布另一面的亲水性,只是亲水效果不如直接喷涂亲水整理液的一面。纸尿裤裤面层由上层无纺布向下层无纺布亲水性逐渐增强,亲水性差异产生差动毛细效应,排出的尿液迅速从与皮肤直接接触的上层无纺布下渗至下层无纺布,并被吸收层吸收锁住,且不返渗,保持上层无纺布的干爽,保护婴幼儿皮肤,不出现红屁股现象。
2、茶油味甘、性凉;归大肠经,具有清热化湿,杀虫解毒等作用。蒲公英提取物的主要成分为苦素、黄酮类、胆碱类,具有清热解毒、消肿散结和广谱抑菌活性,对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等均具有良好的抑菌效果。金缕梅提取物的主要成分是单宁,黄酮类,没食子酸,儿茶素和挥发油。本发明以壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶为壁材,茶油、蒲公英提取物、金缕梅提取物为芯材制备微胶囊,降低易挥发组分的挥发性,提高物质的稳定性,利用其缓释作用,使面层具有持久的杀菌效果。作为壁材的壳聚糖本身就具有广谱抑菌性,但只有在酸性水溶液中才表现出抑菌活性,在碱性环境下不具有抑菌活性。婴幼儿尿液pH多数为5~7,呈弱酸性或接近中性,具有一定的抑菌效果。
3、所述亲水整理液的配制方法为:称取15-25g/L聚醚类非表面活性剂、10-16g/L月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、8-12g/L乳化剂到水中,搅拌混合均匀。制作简单、对皮肤温和不刺激,由聚醚类非表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠复配起到相互增效的作用,效果优于单一类型表面活性剂,ES无纺布喷涂亲水整理液后,亲水性能大大提升。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种护肤纸尿裤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)透液性面层的制备:
所述透液性面层由上到下依次叠层设有上层无纺布、抗菌层和下层无纺布,所述上层无纺布为聚乳酸无纺布,所述下层无纺布为ES无纺布,所述抗菌层为微胶囊,具体制备方法为:
A、将ES无纺布在线开卷并连续输送,输送过程中用喷枪在ES无纺布的一面喷涂亲水整理液,所述亲水整理液的喷涂量为8g/m2,然后在80℃下热风烘焙10min,所述亲水整理液的配制方法为:称取15g/L聚醚类非表面活性剂、16g/L月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、8g/L吐温-60到水中,搅拌混合均匀;
B、称取20重量份阿拉伯胶、9重量份烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、6重量份茶油、8重量份金缕梅提取物、6重量份蒲公英提取物,加入1000重量份的蒸馏水,在2000r/min转速下剪切乳化15min,得到乳化液;将20重量份壳聚糖加入1000重量份质量分数为2%的醋酸溶液中搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,得到壳聚糖醋酸溶液;将壳聚糖醋酸溶液滴加到乳化液中,用10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至中性,50℃下搅拌反应35min,置于冰水浴中冷却,然后加入6重量份戊二醛,升温至55℃固化80min,冷却后抽滤、洗涤、真空干燥并研磨得到微胶囊;
C、用喷洒装置将微胶囊均匀喷洒在ES无纺布未喷涂亲水整理液的一面上,将在线开卷后的聚乳酸无纺布覆盖在微胶囊上,热熔胶粘合后制得透液性面层,所述透液性面层沿纸尿裤宽度方向的两侧连接有疏水无纺布,所述疏水无纺布上设有弹性橡筋,所述疏水无纺布向上弯折形成立体护围;
(2)吸收层的制备:
将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯体,在吸收芯体外包裹一层卫生纸,制得吸收层;
(3)防漏底层的制备:
在PE薄膜底部复合一层拒水无纺布,形成防漏底层,所述防漏底层沿纸尿裤长度方向的两侧连接有前后腰贴;
(4)防漏底层在输送装置上连续输送,然后将吸收层和透液性面层复合在防漏底层上,弧形切边处理后得到得到护肤纸尿裤。
实施例二
一种护肤纸尿裤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)透液性面层的制备:
所述透液性面层由上到下依次叠层设有上层无纺布、抗菌层和下层无纺布,所述上层无纺布为聚乳酸无纺布,所述下层无纺布为ES无纺布,所述抗菌层为微胶囊,具体制备方法为:
A、将ES无纺布在线开卷并连续输送,输送过程中用喷枪在ES无纺布的一面喷涂亲水整理液,所述亲水整理液的喷涂量为10g/m2,然后在85℃下热风烘焙8min,所述亲水整理液的配制方法为:称取20g/L聚醚类非表面活性剂、12g/L月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、10g/L吐温-60到水中,搅拌混合均匀;
B、称取25重量份阿拉伯胶、10重量份吐温-60、8重量份茶油、10重量份金缕梅提取物、8重量份蒲公英提取物,加入1000重量份的蒸馏水,在2500r/min转速下剪切乳化20min,得到乳化液;将25重量份壳聚糖加入1000重量份质量分数为2%的醋酸溶液中搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,得到壳聚糖醋酸溶液;将壳聚糖醋酸溶液滴加到乳化液中,用10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至中性,55℃下搅拌反应30min,置于冰水浴中冷却,然后加入9重量份戊二醛,升温至60℃固化60min,冷却后抽滤、洗涤、真空干燥并研磨得到微胶囊;
C、用喷洒装置将微胶囊均匀喷洒在ES无纺布未喷涂亲水整理液的一面上,将在线开卷后的聚乳酸无纺布覆盖在微胶囊上,热熔胶粘合后制得透液性面层,所述透液性面层沿纸尿裤宽度方向的两侧连接有疏水无纺布,所述疏水无纺布上设有弹性橡筋,所述疏水无纺布向上弯折形成立体护围;
(2)吸收层的制备:
将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯体,在吸收芯体外包裹一层卫生纸,制得吸收层;
(3)防漏底层的制备:
在PE薄膜底部复合一层拒水无纺布,形成防漏底层,所述防漏底层沿纸尿裤长度方向的两侧连接有前后腰贴;
(4)防漏底层在输送装置上连续输送,然后将吸收层和透液性面层复合在防漏底层上,弧形切边处理后得到得到护肤纸尿裤。
实施例三
一种护肤纸尿裤的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)透液性面层的制备:
所述透液性面层由上到下依次叠层设有上层无纺布、抗菌层和下层无纺布,所述上层无纺布为聚乳酸无纺布,所述下层无纺布为ES无纺布,所述抗菌层为微胶囊,具体制备方法为:
A、将ES无纺布在线开卷并连续输送,输送过程中用喷枪在ES无纺布的一面喷涂亲水整理液,然后在90℃下热风烘焙5min,所述亲水整理液的喷涂量为12g/m2,所述亲水整理液的配制方法为:称取25g/L聚醚类非表面活性剂、10g/L月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、12g/L吐温-60到水中,搅拌混合均匀;
B、称取30重量份阿拉伯胶、12重量份司盘-80、9重量份茶油、12重量份金缕梅提取物、10重量份蒲公英提取物,加入1000重量份的蒸馏水,在3000r/min转速下剪切乳化25min,得到乳化液;将30重量份壳聚糖加入1000重量份质量分数为2%的醋酸溶液中搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,得到壳聚糖醋酸溶液;将壳聚糖醋酸溶液滴加到乳化液中,用10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至中性,60℃下搅拌反应25min,置于冰水浴中冷却,然后加入12重量份戊二醛,升温至65℃固化50min,冷却后抽滤、洗涤、真空干燥并研磨得到微胶囊;
C、用喷洒装置将微胶囊均匀喷洒在ES无纺布未喷涂亲水整理液的一面上,将在线开卷后的聚乳酸无纺布覆盖在微胶囊上,热熔胶粘合后制得透液性面层,所述透液性面层沿纸尿裤宽度方向的两侧连接有疏水无纺布,所述疏水无纺布上设有弹性橡筋,所述疏水无纺布向上弯折形成立体护围;
(2)吸收层的制备:
将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯体,在吸收芯体外包裹一层卫生纸,制得吸收层;
(3)防漏底层的制备:
在PE薄膜底部复合一层拒水无纺布,形成防漏底层,所述防漏底层沿纸尿裤长度方向的两侧连接有前后腰贴;
(4)防漏底层在输送装置上连续输送,然后将吸收层和透液性面层复合在防漏底层上,弧形切边处理后得到得到护肤纸尿裤。
性能测试
将本发明实施例一至三制得的护肤纸尿裤进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明制备的纸尿裤具有良好的抑菌性以及低回渗量,保护婴幼儿皮肤,使与纸尿裤接触的皮肤保持干爽舒适。

Claims (3)
1.一种护肤纸尿裤的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)透液性面层的制备:
所述透液性面层由上到下依次叠层设有上层无纺布、抗菌层和下层无纺布,所述上层无纺布为聚乳酸无纺布,所述下层无纺布为ES无纺布,所述抗菌层为微胶囊,具体制备方法为:
A、ES无纺布的一面喷涂亲水整理液,然后在80-90℃下烘焙5-10min,所述亲水整理液的配制方法为:称取15-25g/L聚醚类非表面活性剂、10-16g/L月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、8-12g/L吐温-60到水中,搅拌混合均匀;
B、称取20-30重量份阿拉伯胶、9-12重量份乳化剂、6-9重量份茶油、8-12重量份金缕梅提取物、6-10重量份蒲公英提取物,加入1000重量份的蒸馏水,在2000-3000r/min转速下剪切乳化15-25min,得到乳化液;将20-30重量份壳聚糖加入1000重量份质量分数为2%的醋酸溶液中搅拌至壳聚糖完全溶解,得到壳聚糖醋酸溶液;将壳聚糖醋酸溶液滴加到乳化液中,用10%的NaOH溶液调节pH至中性,50-60℃下搅拌反应25-35min,置于冰水浴中冷却,然后加入6-12重量份戊二醛,升温至55-65℃固化50-80min,冷却后抽滤、洗涤、真空干燥并研磨得到微胶囊;
C、将微胶囊均匀喷洒在ES无纺布未喷涂亲水整理液的一面上,然后在微胶囊上覆盖聚乳酸无纺布,热熔胶粘合后制得透液性面层,所述透液性面层沿宽度方向两侧连接有疏水无纺布,所述疏水无纺布上设有弹性橡筋,所述疏水无纺布向上弯折形成立体护围;
(2)吸收层的制备:
将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯体,在吸收芯体外包裹一层卫生纸,制得吸收层;
(3)防漏底层的制备:
在PE薄膜底部复合一层拒水无纺布,形成防漏底层;
(4)防漏底层在输送装置上连续输送,然后将吸收层和透液性面层复合在防漏底层上,弧形切边处理后得到护肤纸尿裤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤纸尿裤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种护肤纸尿裤的制备方法,其特征在于:所述亲水整理液的喷涂量为8-12g/m2。
