背景技术
随着空间站和载人登月等深空探测任务的不断推进,航天员飞行时间加长。为解决长时间飞行过程中的排泄问题,目前航天员会在航天服内穿戴纸尿裤,以此来满足航天员的基本生理需求。另外,在太空舱外活动以及应急情况下,同样需要使用纸尿裤。市售的纸尿裤一般包括纸尿裤本体和连接固定于纸尿裤本体前后两端的前腰围和后腰围,所述纸尿裤本体包括透液面层、防漏底层以及夹设在透液面层和防漏底层之间的吸收层。例如专利申请号CN202021723766.X、CN201721461422.4、CN201010225625.X,均公开了类似的纸尿裤结构。航天员由于工作任务,需要长期穿戴纸尿裤,众所周知,现有纸尿裤长时间使用后极易滋生细菌,未及时更换会造成皮肤过分暴露在潮湿闷热环境下,引起皮肤的不适。使用过程中滋生的细菌代谢还容易产生令人不悦的气味,例如氨气、硫化氢、硫醇的臭味气体,不仅刺激使用者皮肤,而且气味散发至狭小的舱内空间造成污染。因此,需要提供一种具备良好抑菌除臭效果的纸尿裤,满足航天员的需求。现有的纸尿裤没有抑菌、去除异味的功能,或者抑菌除臭效果一般,因此有必要研发航天员专用的纸尿裤产品。
另外,女性航天员在太空中时可能遇到经期,需要使用卫生巾吸收自阴道流出的经血。普通的卫生巾在抑菌、除臭方面的效果不佳,同样会出现上述纸尿裤指出的缺陷和不足。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品及其制备方法,解决现有卫生用品抑菌、除臭效果不佳的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,包括透液面层的制备、吸收层的制备、防漏底层的制备以及将透液面层、吸收层、防漏底层复合为一体的制备步骤,所述透液面层的底部间隔涂布有抑菌护肤组合物,所述抑菌护肤组合物呈长条状结构,所述抑菌护肤组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:红没药醇2~6份、艾草提取物4~10份、紫草提取物1~5份、茶多酚3~8份、聚乙二醇Ⅰ5~9份、聚乙二醇Ⅱ8~16份、角鲨烷6~12份,所述抑菌护肤组合物在涂布到透液面层上之前进行加热处理,搅拌至呈均一液体;
所述聚乙二醇Ⅰ为聚乙二醇200和/或聚乙二醇400,所述聚乙二醇Ⅱ为聚乙二醇2000、聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合而成。
进一步的改进是:所述抑菌护肤组合物采用刮胶机间隔刮涂或喷涂设备间隔喷涂的方式涂布在透液面层底部。
进一步的改进是:所述抑菌护肤组合物的加热处理温度为60~80℃。
进一步的改进是:所述透液面层是亲肤无纺布经过以下步骤处理得到的:
(1)一次浸轧:将亲肤无纺布浸轧在处理液中,使亲肤无纺布浸轧后的带液率达18~25%,然后进行烘干,所述处理液包括以下质量百分比的组分:8~12%碳酸钠、0.4~0.8%渗透剂AEP98或渗透剂OEP-70、余量为去离子水;
(2)二次浸轧:将烘干后的亲肤无纺布浸轧在抗菌整理液中,使无纺布浸轧后的带液率达30~40%,然后进行烘干;

紫草提取物由以下方法制得:S1、将紫草粉碎、过筛,然后用体积分数为60~80%乙醇溶液回流提取2~4次,每次3~5h,过滤、合并所得滤液,旋转蒸发得到油状提取物。S2、向油状提取物中加入去离子水,搅拌均匀形成乳液,再加入石油醚萃取,重复若干次后,合并萃取液。S3、将萃取液上大孔树脂吸附柱,依次经过水洗脱、乙醇溶液(体积分数为90%)洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩后真空干燥,得到紫草提取物。
紫草中含有多种紫草醌的衍生物,可以有效抑制大肠杆菌、溶血性链球菌等菌群,还对副流感病毒、单纯疱疹病毒、带状疱疹病毒等有抑制作用,起到抗菌抗病毒的效果。同时,紫草提取物中的紫草素及乙酰紫草素有明显的抗炎作用。
红没药醇具有极佳的抗炎性能和抑菌活性,以及出色的稳定性和皮肤相容性。它能够促进愈合和新陈代谢,同时降低皮肤炎症,提高皮肤的抗刺激能力,修复受损的皮肤。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:

本发明抑菌护肤组合物的大多数成分在常温下呈液态,当涂布在透液面层上时会发生迁移,向四周流动扩散以及渗透进入透液面层内,妨碍液体向下渗透的速度,从而对吸收层的吸液效果产生不利影响。针对上述问题,本发明通过添加聚乙二醇Ⅱ的方式,很好地将抑菌护肤组合物固定在透液面层底部。具体方法是:将所述抑菌护肤组合物混合后,升温至聚乙二醇Ⅱ熔化,并不断搅拌至体系呈均一液体,然后再涂布到透液面层上,聚乙二醇Ⅱ受冷后快速结晶,将抑菌护肤组合物的其他组分束缚住,固定在透液面层上,避免其扩散以及渗透。为加快聚乙二醇Ⅱ的结晶速度,可以在生产线上增设冷却装置,透液面层涂布后向前传输时,对其进行降温散热处理。护理产品使用时,聚乙二醇Ⅱ遇尿液或经血溶解液化,受到挤压后的抑菌护肤组合物部分向上反渗至透液面层上表面,与人体皮肤相接触,发挥其滋润抗氧化、养护肌肤、抑菌除臭、消除炎症的多功能作用。
所述透液面层为亲肤无纺布经过多步处理制得,其中将亲肤无纺布浸轧在处理液的目的是降低无纺布纤维的结晶度,无定形区变得疏松,从而增加纤维的蓬松度,使纤维结构中的孔隙扩张,为抗菌整理液更容易渗透进入纤维中。进一步,通过超声波的辅助作用,能够加大纤维与处理液的接触面积,从而增加纤维的蓬松度。抗菌整理液中的甘草酸具有增溶作用,能够提高其他组分在水中的溶解度,快速配成均匀的抗菌整理液。甘草酸还具有抗菌作用,抗菌机理有别于抗菌剂,二者相互配合具有协同增效的作用。经过抗菌整理的亲肤无纺布烘干后进行快速冷却,主要是利用热胀冷缩原理,使纤维产生收缩,将渗透进入纤维中的抗菌活性成分被紧紧束缚住,不易从无纺布上脱落,更好地发挥其抗菌作用。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例1
一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、透液面层的制备
所述透液面层为亲肤无纺布,具体材质包括纯棉无纺布、聚乳酸无纺布、壳聚糖纤维无纺布或竹纤维无纺布,也可以是其他材质的无纺布。本实施例透液面层为聚乳酸无纺布。
(1)一次浸轧:将亲肤无纺布浸轧在处理液中,处理液中设有超声波辅助装置,亲肤无纺布浸轧后的带液率达18~25%,然后进行烘干,所述处理液包括以下质量百分比的组分:8%碳酸钠、0.4%渗透剂AEP98、余量为去离子水;
(2)二次浸轧:将烘干后的亲肤无纺布浸轧在抗菌整理液中,使无纺布浸轧后的带液率达30~40%,然后进行烘干;
所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.08份、水溶性壳聚糖2份、甘草酸1.2份、羧甲基纤维素0.2份、去离子水80份;
(3)快速冷却:将步骤(2)烘干后的亲肤无纺布快速冷却至室温;
(4)配制抑菌护肤组合物:所述抑菌护肤组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:2份红没药醇、4份艾草提取物、1份紫草提取物、3份茶多酚、5份聚乙二醇200、8份聚乙二醇2000、6份角鲨烷,对抑菌护肤组合物加热搅拌至呈均一液体,加热温度为60℃;
(5)将抑菌护肤组合物间隔涂布在亲肤无纺布的底部,所述抑菌护肤组合物呈长条状结构,所述抑菌护肤组合物涂布区域可以是设置在亲肤无纺布中部的两侧,也可以沿亲肤无纺布长度方向从一端延伸至另一端,仅留部分区域用于施加热熔胶,涂布方式采用刮胶机间隔刮涂或喷涂设备间隔喷涂的方式。
S2、吸收层的制备:将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯,并在吸收芯的外面包裹无尘纸。
S3、防漏底层的制备:将PE膜与底层无纺布在线复合。
S4、将前述制得的透液面层、吸收层及防漏底层在线复合成一体制得航天员用抑菌生理护理产品。
实施例2
一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、透液面层的制备
所述透液面层为亲肤无纺布,具体材质包括纯棉无纺布、聚乳酸无纺布、壳聚糖纤维无纺布或竹纤维无纺布,也可以是其他材质的无纺布。本实施例透液面层为聚乳酸无纺布。
(1)一次浸轧:将亲肤无纺布浸轧在处理液中,处理液中设有超声波辅助装置,亲肤无纺布浸轧后的带液率达18~25%,然后进行烘干,所述处理液包括以下质量百分比的组分:10%碳酸钠、0.6%渗透剂OEP-70、余量为去离子水;
(2)二次浸轧:将烘干后的亲肤无纺布浸轧在抗菌整理液中,使无纺布浸轧后的带液率达30~40%,然后进行烘干;
所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.15份、银离子抗菌剂4份、甘草酸2.5份、羧甲基纤维素0.3份、去离子水85份;
(3)快速冷却:将步骤(2)烘干后的亲肤无纺布快速冷却至室温;
(4)配制抑菌护肤组合物:所述抑菌护肤组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:4份红没药醇、7份艾草提取物、3份紫草提取物、6份茶多酚、7份聚乙二醇400、12份聚乙二醇4000、9份角鲨烷,对抑菌护肤组合物加热搅拌至呈均一液体,加热温度为70℃;
(5)利用喷涂设备将抑菌护肤组合物间隔喷涂在亲肤无纺布的底部,所述抑菌护肤组合物呈长条状结构,涂布区域设置在亲肤无纺布中部的两侧;
S2、吸收层的制备:将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯,并在吸收芯的外面包裹无尘纸。
S3、防漏底层的制备:将PE膜与底层无纺布在线复合。
S4、将前述制得的透液面层、吸收层及防漏底层在线复合成一体制得航天员用抑菌生理护理产品。
实施例3
一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、透液面层的制备
所述透液面层为亲肤无纺布,具体材质包括纯棉无纺布、聚乳酸无纺布、壳聚糖纤维无纺布或竹纤维无纺布,也可以是其他材质的无纺布。本实施例透液面层为聚乳酸无纺布。
(1)一次浸轧:将亲肤无纺布浸轧在处理液中,处理液中设有超声波辅助装置,亲肤无纺布浸轧后的带液率达18~25%,然后进行烘干,所述处理液包括以下质量百分比的组分:12%碳酸钠、0.8%渗透剂AEP98、余量为去离子水;
(2)二次浸轧:将烘干后的亲肤无纺布浸轧在抗菌整理液中,使无纺布浸轧后的带液率达30~40%,然后进行烘干;
所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2份、芦荟提取物6份、甘草酸3.6份、羧甲基纤维素0.4份、去离子水90份;
(3)快速冷却:将步骤(2)烘干后的亲肤无纺布快速冷却至室温;
(4)配制抑菌护肤组合物:所述抑菌护肤组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:6份红没药醇、10份艾草提取物、5份紫草提取物、8份茶多酚、4份聚乙二醇200、5份聚乙二醇400、16份聚乙二醇6000、12份角鲨烷,对抑菌护肤组合物加热搅拌至呈均一液体,加热温度为80℃;
(5)采用刮胶机将抑菌护肤组合物间隔刮涂在亲肤无纺布的底部,所述抑菌护肤组合物呈长条状结构,所述抑菌护肤组合物涂布区域沿亲肤无纺布长度方向从一端延伸至另一端,仅留部分区域用于施加热熔胶。
S2、吸收层的制备:将绒毛浆与吸水性树脂混合制成吸收芯,并在吸收芯的外面包裹无尘纸。
S3、防漏底层的制备:将PE膜与底层无纺布在线复合。
S4、将前述制得的透液面层、吸收层及防漏底层在线复合成一体制得航天员用抑菌生理护理产品。
将抗菌整理液中抗菌剂和草酸的总用量固定不变,调整抗菌剂和甘草酸的用量,其他组分及其用量保持不变。按实施例1的方法制得抗菌整理后的亲肤无纺布,分别测其20分钟抑菌率,结果如表1所示。其中抗菌剂A代表水溶性壳聚糖,抗菌剂B代表银离子抗菌剂,抗菌剂C代表十二烷基三甲基氯化铵。

Claims (7)

1.一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,包括透液面层的制备、吸收层的制备、防漏底层的制备以及将透液面层、吸收层、防漏底层复合为一体的制备步骤,其特征在于:所述透液面层的底部间隔涂布有抑菌护肤组合物,所述抑菌护肤组合物呈长条状结构,所述抑菌护肤组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:红没药醇2~6份、艾草提取物4~10份、紫草提取物1~5份、茶多酚3~8份、聚乙二醇Ⅰ5~9份、聚乙二醇Ⅱ8~16份、角鲨烷6~12份,所述抑菌护肤组合物在涂布到透液面层上之前进行加热处理,搅拌至呈均一液体;
所述聚乙二醇Ⅰ为聚乙二醇200和/或聚乙二醇400,所述聚乙二醇Ⅱ为聚乙二醇2000、聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抑菌护肤组合物采用刮胶机间隔刮涂或喷涂设备间隔喷涂的方式涂布在透液面层底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抑菌护肤组合物的加热处理温度为60~80℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述透液面层是亲肤无纺布经过以下步骤处理得到的:
(1)一次浸轧:将亲肤无纺布浸轧在处理液中,使亲肤无纺布浸轧后的带液率达18~25%,然后进行烘干,所述处理液包括以下质量百分比的组分:8~12%碳酸钠、0.4~0.8%渗透剂AEP98或渗透剂OEP-70、余量为去离子水;
(2)二次浸轧:将烘干后的亲肤无纺布浸轧在抗菌整理液中,使无纺布浸轧后的带液率达30~40%,然后进行烘干;
(3)快速冷却:将步骤(2)烘干后的亲肤无纺布快速冷却至室温。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)处理液中设有超声波辅助装置。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理液包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.08~0.2份、抗菌剂2~6份、甘草酸1.2~2.4份、羧甲基纤维素0.2~0.4份、去离子水80~90份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种航天员用抑菌生理护理产品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为季铵盐、水溶性壳聚糖、银离子抗菌剂、天然抗菌剂中的任意一种或或两种以上以任意比混合而成,所述天然抗菌剂是从具有抗菌功效的天然植物上提取的活性成分。
