本发明涉及一种一次性卫生用品护理基材,特别是一种抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材、制备方法及应用。
背景技术
卫生巾、护垫和女性卫生裤产品贴近外阴皮肤,女性外阴处由于长时间处于潮湿闷热的环境,会引起外阴红肿、痛痒不适等感觉,而且化学物质的长时间接触易很容易被刺激而出现过敏,当细菌数量过多的时候,就很容易诱发炎症而产生不适,这些问题严重影响着女性的生活品质。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材、制备方法及应用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材,由以下重量份数的原料制成:大西洋雪松精油0.8-1.5份、愈创木提取物6.0-10.0份、微乳功效乳化剂2.0-5.0份、牡丹籽油5.0-10.0份、厚朴提取物1.0-2.0份、α-葡聚糖寡糖0.5-1.0份、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物0.5-1.5份、增稠剂0.05-0.2份、保湿剂5.0-10.0份、促进剂0.1-1.0份、抗敏剂0.1-1.0份、增溶剂1.0-5.0份、无刺激防腐组合物0.5-1.0份和纯水60-80份。
大西洋雪松精油物种来源:Cedrus atlantica英文名称:Atlas cedar/Cedarwood植物产地:摩洛哥提取部位:针叶细枝提取方式:蒸馏,从中分离出四种双萜类化合物,它们对革兰氏细菌有显著抗菌活性雪松烯和双萜醇成分有温和消炎抗菌的功效,能抑制皮肤上的细菌;再加上让人心神安定的倍半萜烯、倍半萜酮、倍半萜醇成分,可有效改善容易引起的精神因素(如压力),以及产后荷尔蒙急剧变化而出现的的身心问题,能释放身心压力、减轻焦虑,同时通过传递神经传导物质,能有效改善疼痛问题。
愈创木(GUAIACUM OFFICINALE)提取物(CAS:84650-13-5)有强烈的抗菌性,能促进皮肤排汗排毒,调节皮肤水油分泌,具有收敛皮肤,滋润调理的功效。
牡丹籽油具有极佳的护肤美容天然植物成分,可明显改善皮肤表皮细胞循环功能,抑制脂质过氧化作用的进行,改善新陈代谢,延缓皮肤衰老过程,有抗皱、保湿增白作用。牡丹籽油的渗透力很强,能迅速渗透到皮肤深层,强烈激活细胞潜能,整体改善肌肤状态,使肌肤得到再生修复。
厚朴提取物的主要有效成分是厚朴酚,厚朴酚为小分子量天然产物,其作用为先导成分,促进其他成分的吸收,厚朴提取物具有广谱的抗(抑)菌效果,对葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、溶血性链球菌等革兰氏阳性菌及痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌等革兰氏阴性杆菌均有抗菌作用,对皮肤真菌亦有一定的抑制作用。厚朴提取物也具有良好的抗氧化功效,可以防止脂质过氧化,延缓衰老。厚朴提取物主要通过清除自由基(DPPH,OH-)、增强抗氧化酶活性、阻断脂质过氧化机理起到抗氧化作用。
α-葡聚糖寡糖(CAS:27707-45-5)是一种碳水化合物分子,具有生物选择性和水结合能力,通过鼓励有益细菌的生长来稳定皮肤的微生态,是一种强大的益生菌,有助于维持和支持皮肤的天然微生物群。
乳酸菌姜黄发酵物,主要成分为丁二醇、姜黄(CURCUMA LONGA)根提取物、乳酸杆菌发酵产物、1,2-己二醇,具有抗菌,抗炎,软化角质的作用,有很好的光滑嫩肤、保湿效果,能增进上皮细胞新陈代谢的速度,促使肌肤更新,抑制黑色素酶的活性,美白护肤。
所述微乳功效乳化剂为由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁二醇(CAS:107-88-0)10-15份、氢化蓖麻油10-15份、氢化聚异丁烯(CAS:61693-08-1) 1-3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯(CAS:84878-33-1)1-3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20(CAS:68439-49-6)1-3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇(CAS:67762-27-0)1-3份、甘油硬脂酸酯(CAS:123-94-4)1-3份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯(CAS:540-10-3)1-3份、二赖氨酸钠15-20份、苯氧乙醇1-3份和纯水60-70份。
所述增稠剂为鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(CAS:246159-33-1)和鲸蜡硬脂醇(化学式:C34H72O2)任意比例的混合物。
所述无刺激防腐组合物为相同比例的甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸(化学式是C8H17NO2)、对羟基苯乙酮(分子式C8H8O2)和丁二醇(化学式为C4H10O2)的混合物,采用的原料均为温和型原料,对皮肤无刺激,且上述无刺激防腐组合物能赋予本发明优异的防腐性能,延长产品的保存时间。
所述抗敏剂为积雪草提取物和环糊精(分子式为C42H70O35)任意比例的混合物,能有效缓解女性阴部的刺激感和痛痒不适感,缓解阴部发炎、阴部瘙痒、刺痛等症状。
所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯-80(化学式是C64H124O26),聚山梨酯-80是一类优良的O/W型乳化剂,高浓度电解质和pH值的改变对其乳化能力影响很小。对植物油、矿物油、动物油脂等均有良好的乳化作用,对非极性化合物和含极性集团的化合物均有良好的增溶效果。
所述保湿剂为丁二醇(化学式为C4H10O2),丁二醇是一种亲水性的润肤物质,在较低湿度范围内具有结合水的能力,给皮肤补充水分,它们可以通过控制产品与周围空气之间水分的交换使皮肤维持在高于正常水含量的平衡状态,起到减轻皮肤干燥的作用。
本发明的促进剂为愈创薁纳米脂质体,愈创薁(Guaiazulene GYZ)具有强大的消炎和抗菌作用,能够防止细菌感染促进伤口愈合,抗过敏、去红斑,此外还有抗氧化活性有效延缓皮肤衰老。
本发明的微乳功效乳化剂中,鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯作为作柔润剂使用,可以增加肌肤的柔润性,肤质细腻光滑,鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20作为清洁剂、乳化剂、表面活性剂使用,鲸蜡硬脂醇是非离子乳化剂,可以增稠水性配方,具有一定的保湿作用,鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯能够起到护肤美白、保湿作用。
一种制备上述护理基材的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)、组分A的制备:将上述重量份数的大西洋雪松精油、愈创木提取物、微乳功效乳化剂、牡丹籽油、厚朴提取物、α-葡聚糖寡糖、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物加入搅拌机A中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分A。
(2)、组分B的制备:将上述重量份数的保湿剂、促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合物加入搅拌机B中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分B。
(3)、混合出料:将上述重量份数的纯水加入主搅拌釜中,接着将组分A加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌15-25分钟,边搅拌边加热主搅拌釜至45℃,然后将组分B在45℃下加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分,搅拌5-10分钟,最后将上述重量份数的增稠剂加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分,搅拌15-25分钟,静置,出料。
一种应用上述护理基材的卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤),制备工艺如下:将所述雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材喷涂于卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)表层的无纺布,然后对所述无纺布进行滚轮挤压,再进行烘干,烘干温度为80-85℃,干燥后即得雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)添加了大西洋雪松精油、愈创木提取物、微乳功效乳化剂、牡丹籽油、厚朴提取物、α-葡聚糖寡糖、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物、增稠剂、保湿剂、促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合物,各成分之间相互协同,制得的卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)能够抑制细菌,明显降低女性阴部的刺激感和痛痒不适感,缓解阴部发炎、阴部瘙痒、刺痛等症状。
本发明的制备方法包括组分A和B的制备以及混合出料,其中,微乳功效乳化剂粒径细小、容易吸收,能将有效成份更好渗透到肌肤,可润养外阴皮肤,保持功效成分的活力。

所述微乳功效乳化剂的制备工艺为:预热反应釜,将反应釜升温至50-60℃(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),加入上述重量份数的氢化蓖麻油、氢化聚异丁烯、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯,搅拌15-20min(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),搅拌速度为60-65r/min(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),制得油相;搅拌完后倒入上述重量份数的丁二醇、二赖氨酸钠和纯水,继续反应20-25min(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),保持60-65 r/min(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求)的搅拌速度和50-60℃(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求)的反应温度,然后冷却至室温,静置,得微乳功效乳化剂。

(2)、组分B的制备:将上述重量份数的保湿剂、促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合物加入搅拌机B中,然后在转速为50-60转/分(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求)下混合5-10分钟(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),制得组分B。
(3)、混合出料:将上述重量份数的纯水加入主搅拌釜中,接着将组分A加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求)搅拌15-25分钟(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),边搅拌边加热主搅拌釜至45℃,然后将组分B在45℃下加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),搅拌5-10分钟,最后将上述重量份数的增稠剂加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),搅拌15-25分钟(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),静置,出料。
一种应用上述护理基材的卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤),制备工艺如下:将所述雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材喷涂于卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)表层的无纺布,然后对所述无纺布进行滚轮挤压,再进行烘干,烘干温度为80-85℃(在此范围内均可,没有严格要求),干燥后即得雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)。
以下的实施例中,只是组分不同,微乳功效乳化剂的制备工艺、护理基材的制备工艺、卫生巾(护垫、女性卫生裤)的制备工艺均与实施例1相同。
实施例
护理基材组分:大西洋雪松精油1.0份、愈创木提取物7.0、微乳功效乳化剂3.0份、牡丹籽油5.0份、厚朴提取物1.5份、α-葡聚糖寡糖0.6份、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物0.8份、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.5份、丁二醇6.0份、愈创薁纳米脂质体0.3份、积雪草提取物0.1份,环糊精0.1份、聚山梨酯-80 2.0份,甘油辛酸酯0.15份、辛酰羟肟酸0.15份、对羟基苯乙酮 0.15份、丁二醇0.15份、纯水65份。
微乳功效乳化剂组分:丁二醇12份、氢化蓖麻油10份、氢化聚异丁烯2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20 2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1份、甘油硬脂酸酯2份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯1份、二赖氨酸钠15份、苯氧乙醇1份和纯水65份。
实施例
护理基材组分:大西洋雪松精油1.2份、愈创木提取物8.0、微乳功效乳化剂3.5份、牡丹籽油8.0份、厚朴提取物1.0份、α-葡聚糖寡糖0.7份、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物1.0份、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.05份、丁二醇8.0份、愈创薁纳米脂质体0.6份、积雪草提取物0.1份,环糊精0.2份、聚山梨酯-80 3.0份,甘油辛酸酯0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.2份、对羟基苯乙酮 0.2份、丁二醇0.2份、纯水70份。
微乳功效乳化剂组分:丁二醇13份、氢化蓖麻油12份、氢化聚异丁烯1.5份、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20 3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇2份、甘油硬脂酸酯2份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯2份、二赖氨酸钠18份、苯氧乙醇2份和纯水65份。
实施例
护理基材组分:大西洋雪松精油1.5份、愈创木提取物9.0、微乳功效乳化剂4.0份、牡丹籽油9.0份、厚朴提取物2.0份、α-葡聚糖寡糖0.8份、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物1.3份、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1份、丁二醇9.0份、愈创薁纳米脂质体0.8份、积雪草提取物0.5份,环糊精0.3份、聚山梨酯-80 4.0份,甘油辛酸酯0.2份、辛酰羟肟酸0.2份、对羟基苯乙酮 0.2份、丁二醇0.2份、纯水75份。
微乳功效乳化剂组分:丁二醇15份、氢化蓖麻油12份、氢化聚异丁烯2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20 3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3份、甘油硬脂酸酯3份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯2份、二赖氨酸钠20份、苯氧乙醇2份和纯水70份。
实施例
护理基材组分:大西洋雪松精油1.5份、愈创木提取物10.0、微乳功效乳化剂5.0份、牡丹籽油10.0份、厚朴提取物2.0份、α-葡聚糖寡糖1.0份、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物1.5份、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷0.1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1份、丁二醇10.0份、愈创薁纳米脂质体1.0份、积雪草提取物0.5份,环糊精0.5份、聚山梨酯-80 5.0份,甘油辛酸酯0.25份、辛酰羟肟酸0.25份、对羟基苯乙酮 0.25份、丁二醇0.25份、纯水80份。
微乳功效乳化剂组分:丁二醇15份、氢化蓖麻油15份、氢化聚异丁烯3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20 2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇3份、甘油硬脂酸酯3份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯3份、二赖氨酸钠20份、苯氧乙醇3份和纯水70份。
志愿者实际使用测试:于某医院妇科门诊招募志愿者,所招募志愿者条件为:具有阴部敏感体质,共招募女性志愿者100人,随机分成2组,每组50人,分别为测试组1、测试组2,测试组1使用实施例1-5制成的卫生巾,测试组2使用国外品牌某抗菌卫生巾(护垫)和卫生裤,样品数量按三个月的生理期计。
本次测试所使用卫生巾(护垫)和卫生裤均已撕去商标等标志性物质,志愿者并不知道自己所使用为何种卫生巾(护垫)和卫生裤,志愿者需在月经结束后向实验人员提供自己的使用感受。使用感受包括:阴部是否清爽、阴道是否痛痒、白带是否减少,是否减缓经期不适感、是否与卫生有摩擦感体验进行评分,每项满分10分,感觉越好评分越高,计算各组志愿者三个月经期三次平均分。
测试结果表明:使用实施例1-5的卫生巾(护垫)和卫生裤的测试组1在阴部清爽、减缓瘙痒、减缓经期不适感、减少与卫生有摩擦感等方面明显优于测试组2。由此可得应用愈创木植萃修复精华液制得的卫生巾(护垫)和卫生裤护理基材制得的卫生巾(护垫)在使用时营养成分被外阴皮肤吸收,能增强皮肤细胞活力和缓解阴部发炎等症状,用后触感有丝滑且达到滋养肌肤、皮肤的微生态平衡的目的。

Claims (10)
1.一种雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制成:大西洋雪松精油0.8-1.5份、愈创木提取物6.0-10.0份、微乳功效乳化剂2.0-5.0份、牡丹籽油5.0-10.0份、厚朴提取物1.0-2.0份、α-葡聚糖寡糖0.5-1.0份、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物0.5-1.5份、增稠剂0.05-0.2份、保湿剂5.0-10.0份、促进剂0.1-1.0份、抗敏剂0.1-1.0份、增溶剂1.0-5.0份、无刺激防腐组合物0.5-1.0份和纯水60-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述微乳功效乳化剂为由以下重量份数的原料制成:丁二醇10-15份、氢化蓖麻油10-15份、氢化聚异丁烯1-3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇异壬酸酯1-3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20 1-3份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1-3份、甘油硬脂酸酯1-3份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯1-3份、二赖氨酸钠15-20份、苯氧乙醇1-3份和纯水60-70份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述增稠剂为鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷和鲸蜡硬脂醇任意比例的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述保湿剂为丁二醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述促进剂为愈创薁纳米脂质体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述抗敏剂为积雪草提取物和环糊精任意比例的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯-80。
8.根据权利要求1所述的护理基材,其特征在于所述无刺激防腐组合物为相同比例的甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮和丁二醇的混合物。
9.一种制备如权利要求1-8任一所述护理基材的方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)、组分A的制备:将上述重量份数的大西洋雪松精油、愈创木提取物、微乳功效乳化剂、牡丹籽油、厚朴提取物、α-葡聚糖寡糖、乳酸菌姜黄发酵物加入搅拌机A中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分A;
(2)、组分B的制备:将上述重量份数的保湿剂、促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合物加入搅拌机B中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分B;
(3)、混合出料:将上述重量份数的纯水加入主搅拌釜中,接着将组分A加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌15-25分钟,边搅拌边加热主搅拌釜至45℃,然后将组分B在45℃下加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分,搅拌5-10分钟,最后将上述重量份数的增稠剂加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分,搅拌15-25分钟,静置,出料。
10.一种应用如权利要求1-8任一所述护理基材的卫生巾,其特征在于制备工艺如下:将所述雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液一次性卫生用品护理基材喷涂于表层的无纺布,然后对所述无纺布进行滚轮挤压,再进行烘干,烘干温度为80-85℃,干燥后即得雪松植萃抗敏修复精华液卫生巾。
