丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳6.0%-10.0%、增稠剂1.0%-5.0%、成膜剂0.25%-2.0%、保湿剂40.0%-60.0%、乳酸杆菌0.1%-0.5%、促进剂0.1%-1.0%、抗敏剂0.1%-1.0%、增溶剂1.0%-5.0%、无刺激防腐组合0.5%-1.0%,余量为纯水。
所述增稠剂为刺云豆胶。
所述成膜剂为药用级聚维酮k90。
所述保湿剂为丁二醇。
所述促进剂为愈创木精油。
所述抗敏剂为沉香精油。
所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯-80。
所述无刺激防腐组合为相同比例的甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮和丁二醇。
制备上述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材的方法,其步骤如下:
1)、将上述重量份数的丝素蛋白纳米乳、乳酸杆菌和保湿剂加入搅拌机中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分A。
2)、将上述重量份数的促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合加入搅拌机中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分B。
3)、将上述重量份数的纯水加入主搅拌釜中,接着将组分A加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌5-10分钟,然后将组分B在45℃以下加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌5-10分钟,最后将上述重量份数的增稠剂和成膜剂加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌15-25分钟,静置,出料。
应用上述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材的卫生巾或护垫,将所述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材喷涂于无纺布的表层,然后对所述无纺布进行滚轮挤压,再进行烘干。

实施例2:丝素蛋白纳米乳8.0%、增稠剂3.0%、成膜剂1.1%、保湿剂50.0%、乳酸杆菌0.3%、促进剂0.55%、抗敏剂0.55%、增溶剂3.0%、无刺激防腐组合0.75%,余量为纯水。

所述甘油辛酸酯在油水界面中,可降低与细胞膜脂质的亲和性,且所述甘油辛酸酯通过损伤细胞壁、细胞膜和细胞器脂膜而引起细胞内内容物质外泄和细胞内离子浓度的变化,最终导致微生物死亡,从而达到抑菌功效。
所述辛酰羟肟酸对二价铁离子和三价铁离子有高效选择性的螯合能力,在铁离子受限的环境中,霉菌的生长有限,同时具有能促进细胞膜结构降解的最佳碳链长度,因此具有较强的抗菌能力。
制备上述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材的方法,其步骤如下:
1)、将上述重量份数的丝素蛋白纳米乳、乳酸杆菌和保湿剂加入搅拌机中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟(实施例1为10分钟,实施例2为7分钟,实施例3为5分钟),制得组分A。
2)、将上述重量份数的促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合加入搅拌机中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟(实施例1为10分钟,实施例2为7分钟,实施例3为5分钟),制得组分B。
3)、将上述重量份数的纯水加入主搅拌釜中,接着将组分A加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌5-10分钟(实施例1为10分钟,实施例2为7分钟,实施例3为5分钟),然后将组分B在45℃以下加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌5-10分钟(实施例1为10分钟,实施例2为7分钟,实施例3为5分钟),最后将上述重量份数的增稠剂和成膜剂加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌15-25分钟(实施例1为25分钟,实施例2为20分钟,实施例3为15分钟),静置,出料。
上述步骤中,关于转速部分,实施例1均为50转/分,实施例2均为55转/分,实施例3均为60转/分。
应用上述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材的卫生巾或护垫,将所述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材喷涂于无纺布的表层,然后对所述无纺布进行滚轮挤压,再进行烘干。
补水性能测试:
本发明利用物理结合方式将丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾(护垫)护理基材喷涂到无纺布等纺织品,经特殊处理工艺得到可溶性丝素蛋白护理薄膜,半透明、柔韧性好,厚度可在0.01到0.1mm之间进行调节,遇水后在5秒-3分钟之内可以完全溶解。测试对象为12名24-29岁的女性,两人一组将实施例1-3以1.5g/100cm2施用于志愿者手臂上,对照组为蒸馏水,5分钟后用蒸馏水进行清洗,用Kim-Wipes无尘纸擦干,然后用皮肤水分测试仪(CM825)检测受试部位水分含量,取平均值,测试结果如下表所示:

由表格数据可得,可溶性丝素蛋白护理薄膜具有卓越的保湿性能,滋润补水,皮肤的含水量提升20%及以上,达到各种活性物质的包载、稳定和释放的作用。
志愿者实际使用测试:
于某医院妇科门诊招募志愿者,所招募志愿者条件为:具有阴部敏感体质,共招募女性志愿者200人,按区域分成5组,每组40人,随机分成2组,分别为测试组1、测试组2,测试组1使用实施例1-3制成的卫生巾,测试组2使用国外品牌某抗菌卫生巾(护垫),样品数量按三个月的生理期计。
本次测试所使用卫生巾(护垫)均已撕去商标等标志性物质,志愿者并不知道自己所使用为何种卫生巾(护垫),志愿者需在月经结束后向实验人员提供自己的使用感受。使用感受包括:阴部是否清爽、阴道是否痛痒、白带是否减少,是否减缓疼痛感、是否能够淡化黑色素,私处粉嫩是否有刺激感、是否与卫生有摩擦感体验进行评分,每项满分10分,感觉越好评分越高,计算各组志愿者三个月经期三次平均分。测试结果如下表所示:
由表格数据可知:使用实施例1-3的卫生巾(护垫)的测试组1在淡化黑色素,粉嫩私处、减缓疼痛、瘙痒、白带等方面明显优于测试组2。由此可得应用丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾(护垫)护理基材制得的卫生巾(护垫)在使用时营养成分被外阴皮肤吸收,能增强皮肤细胞活力和缓解阴部发炎等症状,用后触感有弹性且达到滋润肌肤、皮肤的微生态平衡的目的。
以上的实施方式不能限定本发明创造的保护范围,专业技术领域的人员在不脱离本发明创造整体构思的情况下,所做的均等修饰与变化,均仍属于本发明创造涵盖的范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料制成:丝素蛋白纳米乳6.0%-10.0%、增稠剂1.0%-5.0%、成膜剂0.25%-2.0%、保湿剂40.0%-60.0%、乳酸杆菌0.1%-0.5%、促进剂0.1%-1.0%、抗敏剂0.1%-1.0%、增溶剂1.0%-5.0%、无刺激防腐组合0.5%-1.0%,余量为纯水;所述增稠剂为刺云豆胶;所述成膜剂为药用级聚维酮k90;所述促进剂为愈创木精油;所述抗敏剂为沉香精油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材,其特征在于所述保湿剂为丁二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材,其特征在于所述增溶剂为聚山梨酯-80。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材,其特征在于所述无刺激防腐组合为相同比例的甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮和丁二醇。
5.制备如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材的方法,其特征在于其步骤如下:
1)、将上述重量份数的丝素蛋白纳米乳、乳酸杆菌和保湿剂加入搅拌机中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分A;
2)、将上述重量份数的促进剂、抗敏剂、增溶剂和无刺激防腐组合加入搅拌机中,然后在转速为50-60转/分下混合5-10分钟,制得组分B;
3)、将上述重量份数的纯水加入主搅拌釜中,接着将组分A加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌5-10分钟,然后将组分B在45℃以下加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌5-10分钟,最后将上述重量份数的增稠剂和成膜剂加入主搅拌釜中,保持转速在50-60转/分搅拌15-25分钟,静置,出料。
6.应用如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾或护垫护理基材的卫生巾,其特征在于将所述丝素蛋白美肌卫生巾护理基材喷涂于无纺布的表层,然后对所述无纺布进行滚轮挤压,再进行烘干。
