其中,本色竹纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚丙烯、天然弹性体、天然柔软剂以及天然降温母粒按照重量比分别为40份~50份、30份~50份、4份~5份、3份~4份、3份~5份以及4份~6份。
S2:准确控制芳香纳米银的施加量,使其均匀混合在绒毛浆里,使的芳香纳米银的香味进入混合物内;
S3:利用表面包覆纸对绒毛浆和芳香纳米银的混合物进行包覆;
S4:对经过表面包覆纸包覆的混合装物体进行分切,分切后得到具备纸尿裤内芯的形状,从而完成纸尿裤的内芯;
S5:对分切好的纸尿裤的内芯输送至紫外线灭菌机内对其进行30min以上的照射进行高温灭菌;
增强吸收效果和锁定水分,同时加入高分子吸水树脂,从而进一步保障纸尿裤的吸水效果,提高了婴儿在使用时的干爽度,提高了婴儿的使用效果,同时该纸尿裤内芯通过天然纤维为内芯的生产原料,在保障纸尿裤的吸水效果,同时也避免了婴儿在接触到该纸尿裤出现过敏或者更加严重的情况,提高了该纸尿裤的安全性。
作为优选,所述芳香纳米银在混合的过程完成后,将混合物内的温度提升至50℃下浸提8h,有益效果:从而保障了自然芳香浸透在绒毛浆内,使得在生产出的内芯具备芳香,提高了后期使用时香味的持久性。
其中,所述芳香纳米银由纳米银粉剂与芳香物质混合溶于蒸馏水中制成0.25%w/v的芳香纳米银母液,使用时再次用蒸馏水将芳香纳米银母液稀释120倍,制成芳香纳米银,有益效果:在纳米银粉剂基础上融入芳香物质,从而增加了芳香纳米银的芳香。
其中,所述芳香物质由玫瑰、蔷薇、金银花、薄荷、艾叶、茉莉花以及柠檬的天然植物的提取物混合而成;其中玫瑰、蔷薇、金银花、薄荷、艾叶、茉莉花以及柠檬按重量比分别为5%~10%、15%~20%、10%~15%、5%~10%、15%~20%、12%~15%以及13%~15%。有益效果:在增加纸尿裤所具备的芳香味,也增加了纸尿裤对婴儿排泄物杀菌的效果,进一步增加了纸尿裤对婴儿的保护效果。
作为优选,所述表面包覆纸由表层无纺布、防侧边据水布以及湿强纸组成,有益效果:提高尿裤内部的透气程度,让体内散发的湿气和热气能够及时排出,避免了湿气或者热气刺激到婴儿的皮肤,造成婴儿皮肤出现过敏引起湿疹和红pp等病症,从而婴儿在使用时具有很高的安全性,提高了对婴儿的保护效果。
作为优选,所述纸尿裤内芯在经过高温灭菌后的内芯由全自动输送带输送至全自动包装机内,完成对纸尿裤的整体包装,有益效果:减少了人体触碰纸尿裤的次数,进一步降低了纸尿裤受到感染的风险,从而保障了婴儿使用时的安全性。

S1:原生木浆经过专用设备拉毛成为绒毛浆,原生木浆由本色竹纤维与壳聚糖纤维组成,同时在搅拌的过程中依次添加聚丙烯、天然弹性体、天然柔软剂以及天然降温母粒;
其中,本色竹纤维、壳聚糖纤维、聚丙烯、天然弹性体、天然柔软剂以及天然降温母粒按照重量比分别为40份~50份、30份~50份、4份~5份、3份~4份、3份~5份以及4份~6份。
S2:准确控制芳香纳米银的施加量,使其均匀混合在绒毛浆里,使的芳香纳米银的香味进入混合物内;
S3:利用表面包覆纸对绒毛浆和芳香纳米银的混合物进行包覆;
S4:对经过表面包覆纸包覆的混合装物体进行分切,分切后得到具备纸尿裤内芯的形状,从而完成纸尿裤的内芯;
S5:对分切好的纸尿裤的内芯输送至紫外线灭菌机内对其进行30min以上的照射进行高温灭菌。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳香纳米银纸尿裤的生产方法,其特征在于:所述纸尿裤内芯在经过高温灭菌后的内芯由全自动输送带输送至全自动包装机内,完成对纸尿裤的整体包装。
