一种吸收性卫生用品及其芯体 技术领域

背景技术
目前的芯体技术有:1.木浆(俗称绒毛浆)+高分子吸水树脂混合结构(全球产品中90%占比);2、全芯体(是由多种不同型号的高分子吸水树脂或1-2种高分子吸水树脂组成)结构(全球产品中10%占比,近2年在亚洲市场突起);3.半芯体结构(是以上2种结构各占一半混合而成)。
1、木浆+高分子吸水树脂结构(见图1):
目前市场上吸收性卫生用品,包括纸尿裤,拉拉裤,卫生巾等,各种产品款式玲琅满目,但基本构造大同小异。以纸尿裤为例,制造纸尿裤的材料通常包括无纺布、木浆、高分子吸水树脂、化纤纺丝纤维、PE透气膜、氨纶丝、胶贴(前+左右)、腰围松紧带等。
吸收性卫生用品的吸收芯体是最核心(功能价值核心与价格价值核心)的组成部分。芯体分为六大层:面层,导流层,木浆,高分子吸水树脂层,锁水层,底膜。
木浆释义:通过漂白处理,溶解、抽提、软化木材后的一种用作吸水介质的纸浆,广泛用于卫生产品。
木浆芯体缺点:木浆芯体由于木浆填充量大,会导致纸尿裤厚度(以L码计单片克重超30克以上)增加,因其工艺的特点,易产生起坨断层现象,从而导致漏尿情况的产生。同时,木浆在生产过程中均需漂白,容易残留漂白所致的化学物质。也由于木浆芯体中木浆的使用量大,易产生对森林资源的过度索取。高分子吸收树脂的可降解性较差,同时,吸收树脂因其聚合工艺特征,难免会产生丙烯酸单体残留,而丙烯酸单体有明显皮肤刺激性,红屁屁的风险不容忽视。
2、全芯体结构(见图2):
在亚洲特别是中国市场,用户对吸收性卫生用品追求薄,超薄,设计出了全芯体结构产品,全芯体可以使吸收性卫生用品变得更薄。采用化纤纺丝纤维与大 量胶粘剂进行高分子吸水树脂复合,木浆使用量减少,使得芯体结构更紧密且轻薄。
全芯体结构缺点:但也由于该工艺的应用,导致吸收后的吸水树脂紧密排布,导致再次吸收性能降低。全芯体的热溶胶比较多,会导致产品残留有胶粘剂的味道,引起人们不适。在使用过程中,由于高分子吸收树脂的膨胀与吸附,导致产品变硬,也影响了使用感受。作为石油加工产物,高分子吸收树脂的可降解性较差,同时,吸收树脂因其聚合工艺特征,难免会产生丙烯酸单体残留,而丙烯酸单体有明显皮肤刺激性,“红屁屁”的风险不容忽视。
3.半芯体结构(见图3)
由于半芯体结构是木浆(俗称绒毛浆)+高分子吸水树脂混合结构和全芯体结构两者组合而成,其同样存在上述两者存在的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本申请提供一种新型芯体,其不使用木浆,不需要经过漂白,不残留漂白化学物质。同时,本芯体减少30%高分子吸水树脂用量,从整体上大大降低了高分子吸收树脂的使用量,同时,提高了产品的舒适性以及吸水性,本芯体吸水前后其厚度均明显低于现有的同类产品。因此,提供一种新型吸水性芯体,具体技术方案如下:
一种吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述吸水性芯体包括至少一层高吸水性树脂层与至少一层棉纤维层体,该芯体吸收300ml水,吸完时间7~15秒,吸干时间20~30秒,所述芯体厚度2~6mm,吸水量500ml后厚度为20~35mm。有上述参数可知,该芯体的性能超越现有技术中所有的芯体的性能。

现有技术中未发现采用棉纤维用于制备吸水性芯体的技术方案,现有技术中也未给出任何能够采用棉纤维制备芯体的技术启示。本申请创造性的采用棉纤维作为制备芯体的原料,改善了吸水性芯体的性能,且大幅度降低制造成本,属于个人卫生产品的一种开拓性发展,采用棉纤维取代木浆或化纤,并设定所述上面喷洒高分子吸水性树脂为60~90克每平方米,所述棉纤维为100~140克每平方米,所述下面喷洒高分子吸水性树脂为100-140克每平方米,相较于现有的产品达到相同功能时,只需要原来大概70%左右的高分子吸水树脂的量,降低吸水性树脂的用量,降低了对环境的污染,且易于分解。
本申请的芯体结构,以棉花纤维替代木浆与化纤纺丝纤维,创造新结构的吸收性卫生用品——吸收芯层产品,称为“棉芯体”结构。这种新结构的吸收性卫生用品可以解决目前所述的上述各种不同芯体结构的吸收性卫生用品存在的多种问题。
棉花释义:棉花主要成分是天然纤维素,纤维之间存在有许多天然亲水性空隙,因此棉花具有高吸水性与强安全性,棉花与吸水树脂结合可作为互补,一吸一锁更适合应用在婴幼儿产品及卫生用品。
棉芯体结构采用棉花,属于天然材质,棉花替代木浆与化纤纺丝纤维,吸收能力明显优于木浆纤维,以棉花替代木浆作为吸收性卫生用品的主要填充材料,可大幅降低纤维的使用量。木浆价格稳定在7500元/吨上下,按照大码纸尿裤用量10克木浆每片一吨可以生产10万片纸尿裤。而棉花因为天然农作物,会随着气候与经济环境波动,目前价格在20000元/吨上下波动,按照大码纸尿裤用量4克棉花每片一吨可以生产25万片纸尿裤。二者的单片纸尿裤价格相当。
同时采用与之相应的新工艺制造尿裤中最核心的结构芯体,对生产设备的一次技术革新,在大幅提升效能的基础上,达到节能减排、安全环保,舒适的三大强关系发明,是继木浆+高分子吸水树脂结构、全芯体结构、半芯体结构后的第四种吸收性卫生用品结构:以一层或多层棉花作为主要纤维成份所加工制成的吸收性卫生用品所用芯体,简称“棉芯体结构”。此结构采用一层或多层棉花+高分子吸水树脂结构复合结构组成,具体如下:
第一层使用无尘纸,无尘纸具有独特的物理性能,表现为高弹力,柔软、手感、垂感极佳,具有极高的吸水性能,被广泛应用于卫生护理用品,特种医用用品等领域!
第二层使用高分子吸水树脂,它能吸收其自身重量数十倍的液体,并具有很强的保水能力,所以它又被称为超强吸水剂或高保水剂。从化学结构上来讲,高吸水性树脂是具有许多亲水基团的低交联度或部分结晶的高分子聚合物。卫生领域主要用于卫生巾、纸尿裤的原材料。
第三层采用棉花作为主要填充材料,其主要成分是天然纤维素,由于棉花纤维之间有许多亲水性的空隙,所以棉的吸水性高,是木浆的5倍,并且棉花具有透气性高、天然抗菌性、手感柔软舒适且拥有非常好的导流性瞬间吸水等特点。
中间吸收层,可根据产品设计及使用需求,重复第二层第三层的结构补充。棉花层上下,可根据产品设计,填充其它吸水性材料
底层采用无尘纸,也可以使用无纺布,无纺布一种非织造布,用途广泛,无纺布也是新一代环保材料,具有透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、可循环再利用等优质特点。

1、环保减排:目前中国市场吸收性卫生用品存在极大的环保隐患,据中国造纸协会统计数据显示,中国每年产生的吸收性卫生用品高达700亿片,中国采用的垃圾填埋技术,每年填埋需要300万立方,体积约等于广东万绿湖的水容量。更可怕的是,整个吸收性卫生用品结构中,除了木浆降解时间为180天左右,其余材质长达8-10年,且吸收性卫生用品系列产品市场规模复合平均增长率为11%左右。而新的方案中,以棉花作为主要填充材料,其生物降解性能优异,3个月后可天然生物降解为有机肥料。且棉花在种植与生产过程,可有效收尾气排放(参 考棉花10大优势数据)。高分子吸收树脂,可降解时间为8~10年,但是因为棉花具有强于绒毛浆5倍左右的吸水性与蓬松性,在同样吸收功能的情况下,高分子吸水树脂使用量可以降低30%,直接减少高分子树脂的原材料使用量。
2、舒适健康:棉花的特性决定使用的舒适性。松、软的触感让新生儿健康快长。
3、功效性:产品的性能完全超出现有的产品,获得吸收300ml水,吸完时间7~15秒,吸干时间20~30秒,所述芯体厚度2~6mm,吸水量500ml后厚度为20-35mm,棉花吸收速度是绒毛浆5倍,也就是大幅减低尿液经婴儿皮肤的接触时间,传统芯体产品的吸收速度约为35秒,而新的方案则仅需10秒就可以做到完全吸收。快速吸收将大幅度降低新生儿红屁屁的发生率。
4、安全性:棉花材质的天然特性,其材料特性可不经漂白直接应用于吸收性卫生用品芯体的制造,有效降低化学品污染风险,会让产品的安全性能大幅提升,且可以完善中国吸收性卫生样品系列产品的国家标准。
5、产业扶持:目前我国吸收性卫生用品系列产品,核心原材料木浆80%需依赖进口。同时我国的新疆地区作为全球核心棉花产区,通过研发新产品,一方面降低了进口依赖的风险,另一方面,将会大幅提升农作物的工业化应用,棉花大量种植还会吸收尾气排放。
6、社会责任:在环保提升,性能提升,降解加速的前提下,推进节能减排,加大产业扶持。

具体实施方式
一种吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述吸水性芯体包括至少一层高吸水性树脂层与至少一层棉纤维层体,该芯体吸收300ml水,吸完时间7~15秒,吸干时间20~30秒,所述芯体厚度2~6mm,吸水量500ml后厚度为20~35mm。
优选,所述吸水性芯体是在棉纤维层上面和/或下面喷洒颗粒状的高分子吸水性树脂层形成,所述上面的高分子吸水性树脂为60~90克每立方米,所述棉纤维层为100~140克每平方米,所述下面喷洒高分子吸水性树脂层为100~140克每平方米。
优选,所述上面喷洒的高分子吸水性树脂为75克每平方米,所述棉纤维层为125克每平方米,所述下面喷洒的高分子吸水性树脂为125克每平方米。
优选,所述芯体由N层棉纤维层和N+1层高吸水性树脂层间隔叠加而成,其中N为整数,其大于等于1。
优选,棉纤维层每平方米克重100~300克,棉纤维为细绒棉,纤维长度为23~33mm,棉纤维细度为3.7~4.2,单位马克隆值。
优选,棉纤维层每平方米克重200克。
优选,该芯体吸收300ml水,吸完时间10秒,吸干时间25秒。
优选,所述芯体厚度4mm,吸水量500ml后厚度为30mm。
一种个人卫生用品,其特征在于,其包括至少一层所述的芯体。
优选,所述个人卫生用品为纸尿裤、拉拉裤或卫生巾。
以纸尿裤为例,以舒适为标准,对棉芯体结构的产品进行试验测试,部分实验结果如下:

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述吸水性芯体包括至少一层高吸水性树脂层与至少一棉纤维层体,该芯体吸收300ml水,吸完时间7~15秒,吸干时间20~30秒,所述芯体厚度2~6mm,吸水量500ml后厚度为20~35mm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述吸水性芯体是在棉纤维层上面和/或下面喷洒颗粒状的高分子吸水性树脂层形成,所述上面的高分子吸水性树脂为60~90克每平方米,所述棉纤维层为100~140克每平方米,所述下面喷洒高分子吸水性树脂层为100~140克每平方米。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述上面喷洒的高分子吸水性树脂为75克每平方米,所述棉纤维层为125克每平方米,所述下面喷洒的高分子吸水性树脂为125克每平方米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述芯体由N层棉纤维层和N+1层高吸水性树脂层间隔叠加而成,其中N为整数,其大于等于1。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,棉纤维层每平方米克重100~300克,棉纤维为细绒棉,纤维长度为23~33mm,棉纤维细度为3.7~4.2,单位马克隆值。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,棉纤维层每平方米克重200克。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,该芯体吸收300ml水,吸完时间10秒,吸干时间25秒。
  8. 根据权利要求8所述的吸水性芯体,其特征在于,所述芯体厚度4mm,吸水量500ml后厚度为30mm。
  9. 一种个人卫生用品,其特征在于,其包括至少一层根据权利要求1~8任一所述的芯体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的个人卫生用品,其特征在于,所述个人卫生用品为纸尿裤、拉拉裤或卫生巾。
