Each deep root blanket comprises an upper net-shaped reinforcing rib layer and a lower net-shaped reinforcing rib layer, wherein the peripheries of the upper net-shaped reinforcing rib layer and the lower net-shaped reinforcing rib layer are connected together through a plurality of ground nails; a straw covering heat-insulating layer, an attapulgite water-retaining layer, a fine sand permeable layer, a biological base and a seed planting layer are sequentially arranged between the upper reticular reinforced layer and the lower reticular reinforced layer from top to bottom; a drip irrigation belt is embedded in the fine sand permeable layer; a plurality of root-guiding cones are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the lower reticular reinforced layer; each ground nail is sleeved with one connecting ring. The invention integrates the wind prevention, sand prevention, water retention and heat preservation into a whole, and all the materials can use the existing degradable materials, thereby not causing secondary pollution to the environment.
