Abstract
本发明公开了一种马齿苋提取物的制备方法。制备方法包括以下步骤:取马齿苋粉碎40‑60目,加入超临界萃取釜中,在萃取压力5‑15MPa、温度60‑80℃的条件下,通入液态CO2超临界萃取3‑5小时,在压力15‑20MPa,温度60‑70℃解析,得萃取物;上述萃取物,加入大孔树脂中吸附,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩,得沉淀物;上述沉淀物经重结晶,干燥即得马齿苋提取物。采用本发明制备方法,工艺操作简便、得率高,污染小,适合高纯度马齿苋提取物的生产。
Description
本发明公开了一种植物提取物的制备方法及应用,特别涉及一种马齿苋提取物的制备方法。
背景技术
马齿苋为马齿苋科一年生草本植物。为药食两用植物。全草供药用,有清热利湿、解毒消肿、消炎、止渴、利尿作用;马齿苋还含有丰富的SL3脂肪酸及维生素A样物质。SL3脂肪酸是形成细胞膜,尤其是脑细胞膜与眼细胞膜所必需的物质;维生素A样物质能维持上皮组织如皮肤、角膜及结合膜的正常机能,参与视紫质的合成,增强视网膜感光性能,也参与体内许多氧化过程。
马齿苋中含有的黄酮和皂甙具有去自由基和抗氧化作用,可以延缓皮肤衰老。
马齿苋提取物具有在冬季防干燥老化、增加皮肤舒适度以及清除自由基,改善皮肤舒适感等的综合性能。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
马齿苋提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.取马齿苋粉碎40-60目,加入超临界萃取釜中,在萃取压力5-15MPa、温度60-80℃的条件下,通入液态CO2超临界萃取3-5小时,在压力15-20MPa,温度60-70℃解析,得萃取物;
b.上述萃取物,加入大孔树脂中吸附,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩,得沉淀物;
c.上述沉淀物经重结晶,干燥即得马齿苋提取物。
步骤b中所述的大孔树脂为HZ816和HPD100中的一种。
步骤c中重结晶溶剂为70%甲醇。
采用本法制备马齿苋提取物,工艺简便易操作,制备量大,产品得率高,而且低污染。
下面将结合具体实施方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于下列实施方式。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
取马齿苋粉碎40目,加入超临界萃取釜中,在萃取压力5MPa、温度60℃的条件下,通入液态CO2超临界萃取3小时,在压力15MPa,温度60℃解析,得萃取物,上述萃取物,加入大孔树脂HZ816中吸附,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩,得沉淀物,上述沉淀物加入70%甲醇溶液重结晶,干燥即得马齿苋提取物,HPLC测定含量。
实施例2:
取马齿苋粉碎60目,加入超临界萃取釜中,在萃取压力15MPa、温度80℃的条件下,通入液态CO2超临界萃取5小时,在压力20MPa,温度70℃解析,得萃取物,上述萃取物,加入大孔树脂HPD100中吸附,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩,得沉淀物,上述沉淀物加入70%甲醇溶液重结晶,干燥即得马齿苋提取物,HPLC测定含量。
实施例3:
取马齿苋粉碎50目,加入超临界萃取釜中,在萃取压力10MPa、温度70℃的条件下,通入液态CO2超临界萃取4小时,在压力20MPa,温度60℃解析,得萃取物,上述萃取物,加入大孔树脂HZ816中吸附,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩,得沉淀物,上述沉淀物加入70%甲醇溶液重结晶,干燥即得马齿苋提取物,HPLC测定含量。

1.一种马齿苋提取物的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.取马齿苋粉碎40-60目,加入超临界萃取釜中,在萃取压力5-15MPa、温度60-80℃的条件下,通入液态CO2超临界萃取3-5小时,在压力15-20MPa,温度60-70℃解析,得萃取物;
b.上述萃取物,加入大孔树脂中吸附,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,收集洗脱液浓缩,得沉淀物;
c.上述沉淀物经重结晶,干燥即得马齿苋提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马齿苋提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤b中所述的大孔树脂为HZ816和HPD100中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的马齿苋提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤c中重结晶溶剂为70%甲醇。
