Abstract
本发明公开了一种美白保湿天然组合物和天然化妆品,涉及化妆品技术领域,该组合物和天然化妆品旨在解决现有技术下组合物制成的化妆品中还含有其他的添加剂,并非纯天然,容易造成皮肤敏感,且美白成分单一,美白的效果不明显的技术问题,该组合物包括如下重量份的组分:可溶性胶原10‑20份、土壤杆菌10‑20份、纤连蛋白10‑20份、胀果甘草提取物10‑20份、龙胆提取物10‑20份、粉防己提取物10‑20份、β‑葡聚糖10‑20份、烟酰胺10‑20份、茯苓提取物3‑5份、白术根提取物3‑5份、芍药根提取物3‑5份和九肽‑10.5‑2份,该组合物和天然化妆品采用纯天然的成分制成,因此刺激性低,且天然产物中富含各种植物萃取物,因此保湿效果更好,通过多重美白成分的添加,起到全方位的美白效果。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种美白保湿天然组合物和天然化妆品。
背景技术
化妆品起到清洁、养护皮肤的作用,随着化妆品的不断发展,化妆品的功能性更强,处理常见的清洁养护以外,还具有美白保湿等功效,进一步防止皮肤水分的流失,使皮肤保持白皙的状态。
目前,专利号为CN 201610077802.1的发明专利公开了一种具有美白功效的天然植物组合物,按质量百分数计,是由以下成分组成:桑白皮提取物:0 .01~20%、白术提取物:0 .01~20%、白芍药提取物:0 .01~20%、姜根提取物:0 .01~20%、山药提取物:0 .01~20%、余量为水,其采用的是结合了桑白皮、白术、白芍药的高效抑制酪氨酸酶活性、姜根提取物卓越的抗氧化、清除自由基活性以及山药提取物优异的保湿性能,有效减少皮肤基底层黑色素的形成、使肌肤更加白净、透亮,达到基底美白的效果,但该组合物制成的化妆品中还含有其他的添加剂,并非纯天然,容易造成皮肤敏感,且美白成分单一,美白的效果不明显。
因此,针对上述并非纯天然和美白的效果不明显的问题,亟需得到解决,以改善化妆品的使用场景。
发明内容
(1)要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种美白保湿天然组合物和天然化妆品,该组合物和天然化妆品旨在解决现有技术下组合物制成的化妆品中还含有其他的添加剂,并非纯天然,容易造成皮肤敏感,且美白成分单一,美白的效果不明显的技术问题。
(2)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种美白保湿天然组合物,该组合物包括如下重量份的组分:可溶性胶原10-20份、土壤杆菌10-20份、纤连蛋白10-20份、胀果甘草提取物10-20份、龙胆提取物10-20份、粉防己提取物10-20份、β-葡聚糖10-20份、烟酰胺10-20份、茯苓提取物3-5份、白术根提取物3-5份、芍药根提取物3-5份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物3-5份、玉竹提取物3-5份、白花百合花提取物3-5份、酵母菌多肽1-3份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液1-3份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸1-3份、谷胱甘肽1-2份和九肽-10.5-2份。
进一步地,所述可溶性胶原包括重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白,其中重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白的质量比为1~2:1。
进一步地,所述胀果甘草提取物的制备步骤为:将胀果甘草投入提取罐中,加入5~10倍的溶剂,提取罐开始加热,使液体沸腾20~30分钟后,用抽滤管将三分之一的提取液抽入浓缩罐,开启浓缩罐的加热装置,使浓缩汁保持80℃,真空度保持在-0.05MPa,浓缩时产生的二次蒸汽紧固冷凝器与冷却器变成冷凝液回流至提取罐作为新溶剂,新溶剂由上而下通过胀果甘草到提取罐底部,胀果甘草中的可溶性成分溶解于提取罐内溶剂,提取液经抽滤管抽入浓缩罐,进行浓缩,然后进行喷雾干燥,得到胀果甘草提取物,同理进行龙胆提取物、粉防己提取物、茯苓提取物、白术根提取物、芍药根提取物、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物、玉竹提取物和白花百合花提取物的制备。
进一步地,所述谷胱甘肽的制备步骤为:将谷胱甘肽发酵液离心5~10min,得到湿酵母细胞体,将湿酵母细胞体加入装有沸水的抽提罐中,湿酵母细胞体和沸水的体积比例为1:8,对其进行搅拌,当抽提液温度达到85~95℃时,保温10~15分钟,将抽提液倒出,将抽提液水浴冷却至室温,将抽提液离心5~10min,除去酵母渣,得到含有谷胱甘肽的抽提液,在离心后的抽提液中加入酸,使料液体系处于pH2.5~3.5的酸性环境中,可沉淀杂质,并使谷胱甘肽处于稳定状态,微滤设备对调节pH后的抽提液进行过滤,得到清亮透明的滤液,将微滤后的料液在酸性环境的磺酸基团阳离子树脂上进行吸附,使谷胱甘肽被吸附,然后用氯化钠或盐酸溶液解析,得到富含谷胱甘肽的液体,将经过阳离子交换树脂分离纯化后的富含谷胱甘肽的液体在苯乙烯系弱极性大孔吸附树脂上再次进行吸附,然后用纯水洗脱,得到纯度很高的谷胱甘肽液体,在-0.07~-0.098Mpa的真空度与55~65℃温度下减压浓缩谷胱甘肽溶液,在谷胱甘肽浓缩液中加入异丙醇或乙醇,使有机溶剂含量达到60%~80%,调PH值至2.90~3.0,在0~4℃环境进行结晶,用70%~90%的丙酮溶液对结晶体进行洗涤,在-0.07~-0.098Mpa的真空度下干燥,得到谷胱甘肽。
进一步地,所述β-葡聚糖的制备步骤为:将燕麦麸粉碎后用60目的过滤网筛分,调节pH值至9.0,加水在70℃下搅拌提取,提取液离心5分钟后收集上清液,搅拌下调节pH值至4.5并静置,去除上清液中的蛋白,离心后收集上清液,调节pH至7.0,用80%酒精沉淀,离心后收集沉淀并干燥,得到β-葡聚糖。
进一步地,所述烟酰胺的制备步骤为:将烟酸、硼酸和氨水投入反应锅,搅拌下通入氨气,升温溶解,然后蒸馏回收氨,至120℃后移入脱水锅内继续浓缩,当温度达145℃后开始加入液氨,并在185~190℃下继续通氨反应20~30h,然后降温至130℃,加蒸馏水稀释,加入活性炭,并在70~80℃下通氨脱色2h,反应后趁热过滤,滤液在水中冷析24h,分离结晶,并用乙醇洗涤、干燥得成品。
进一步地,所述3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸的制备步骤为:3-0-乙基-5,6-0-异亚丙基抗坏血酸按1:10的质量比例溶于甲醇,再加入50%盐酸,盐酸和甲醇的质量比例为1:20,加热至60℃反应3小时,用碳酸氢钠中和后加入乙酸乙酯萃取洁净得到3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸。
一种美白保湿天然化妆品,其包括如上述所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其还包括芦荟原浆、积雪草原液、艾叶提取物、牡丹提取物、栀子提取物和水,其中美白保湿天然组合物在天然化妆品中的含量不少于20%。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的组合物和天然化妆品采用纯天然的成分制成,不含人工香料、色素及石油化学产品等不利的成分,同时并未添加防腐剂及表面活性剂,因此刺激性低,敏感肌的人群依然可以使用,且天然产物中富含各种植物萃取物,因此保湿效果更好,且天然化妆品还具有抗氧化和抗炎特性,能够有效对抗自由基和缓解皮肤炎症,通过多重美白成分的添加,从各种角度抑制黑色素的产生,起到全方位的美白效果。

本具体实施方式是美白保湿天然组合物,该组合物该组合物包括如下重量份的组分:可溶性胶原10-20份、土壤杆菌10-20份、纤连蛋白10-20份、胀果甘草提取物10-20份、龙胆提取物10-20份、粉防己提取物10-20份、β-葡聚糖10-20份、烟酰胺10-20份、茯苓提取物3-5份、白术根提取物3-5份、芍药根提取物3-5份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物3-5份、玉竹提取物3-5份、白花百合花提取物3-5份、酵母菌多肽1-3份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液1-3份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸1-3份、谷胱甘肽1-2份和九肽-10.5-2份。

进一步地,所述β-葡聚糖的制备步骤为:将燕麦麸粉碎后用60目的过滤网筛分,调节pH值至9.0,加水在70℃下搅拌提取,提取液离心5分钟后收集上清液,搅拌下调节pH值至4.5并静置,去除上清液中的蛋白,离心后收集上清液,调节pH至7.0,用80%酒精沉淀,离心后收集沉淀并干燥,得到β-葡聚糖。
进一步地,所述烟酰胺的制备步骤为:将烟酸、硼酸和氨水投入反应锅,搅拌下通入氨气,升温溶解,然后蒸馏回收氨,至120℃后移入脱水锅内继续浓缩,当温度达145℃后开始加入液氨,并在185~190℃下继续通氨反应20~30h,然后降温至130℃,加蒸馏水稀释,加入活性炭,并在70~80℃下通氨脱色2h,反应后趁热过滤,滤液在水中冷析24h,分离结晶,并用乙醇洗涤、干燥得成品。
进一步地,所述3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸的制备步骤为:3-0-乙基-5,6-0-异亚丙基抗坏血酸按1:10的质量比例溶于甲醇,再加入50%盐酸,盐酸和甲醇的质量比例为1:20,加热至60℃反应3小时,用碳酸氢钠中和后加入乙酸乙酯萃取洁净得到3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸。
一种美白保湿天然化妆品,其包括如上述所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其还包括芦荟原浆、积雪草原液、艾叶提取物、牡丹提取物、栀子提取物和水,其中美白保湿天然组合物在天然化妆品中的含量不少于20%。
实施例1
美白保湿天然组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:可溶性胶原10份、土壤杆菌10份、纤连蛋白10份、胀果甘草提取物10份、龙胆提取物10份、粉防己提取物10份、β-葡聚糖10份、烟酰胺10份、茯苓提取物3份、白术根提取物3份、芍药根提取物3份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物3份、玉竹提取物3份、白花百合花提取物3份、酵母菌多肽1份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液1份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸1份、谷胱甘肽1份和九肽-10.5份。
其制备步骤如下:
步骤一:可溶性胶原包括重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白,其中重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白的质量比为1:1;

其制备步骤如下:
步骤一:可溶性胶原包括重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白,其中重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白的质量比为2:1;
步骤二:将胀果甘草投入提取罐中,加入10倍的溶剂,提取罐开始加热,使液体沸腾30分钟后,用抽滤管将三分之一的提取液抽入浓缩罐,开启浓缩罐的加热装置,使浓缩汁保持80℃,真空度保持在-0.05MPa,浓缩时产生的二次蒸汽紧固冷凝器与冷却器变成冷凝液回流至提取罐作为新溶剂,新溶剂由上而下通过胀果甘草到提取罐底部,胀果甘草中的可溶性成分溶解于提取罐内溶剂,提取液经抽滤管抽入浓缩罐,进行浓缩,然后进行喷雾干燥,得到胀果甘草提取物,同理进行龙胆提取物、粉防己提取物、茯苓提取物、白术根提取物、芍药根提取物、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物、玉竹提取物和白花百合花提取物的制备;
步骤三:将谷胱甘肽发酵液离心10min,得到湿酵母细胞体,将湿酵母细胞体加入装有沸水的抽提罐中,湿酵母细胞体和沸水的体积比例为1:8,对其进行搅拌,当抽提液温度达到95℃时,保温15分钟,将抽提液倒出,将抽提液水浴冷却至室温,将抽提液离心10min,除去酵母渣,得到含有谷胱甘肽的抽提液,在离心后的抽提液中加入酸,使料液体系处于pH3.5的酸性环境中,可沉淀杂质,并使谷胱甘肽处于稳定状态,微滤设备对调节pH后的抽提液进行过滤,得到清亮透明的滤液,将微滤后的料液在酸性环境的磺酸基团阳离子树脂上进行吸附,使谷胱甘肽被吸附,然后用氯化钠或盐酸溶液解析,得到富含谷胱甘肽的液体,将经过阳离子交换树脂分离纯化后的富含谷胱甘肽的液体在苯乙烯系弱极性大孔吸附树脂上再次进行吸附,然后用纯水洗脱,得到纯度很高的谷胱甘肽液体,在-0.098Mpa的真空度与65℃温度下减压浓缩谷胱甘肽溶液,在谷胱甘肽浓缩液中加入异丙醇或乙醇,使有机溶剂含量达到80%,调PH值至3.0,在4℃环境进行结晶,用90%的丙酮溶液对结晶体进行洗涤,在-0.098Mpa的真空度下干燥,得到谷胱甘肽;
步骤四:将燕麦麸粉碎后用60目的过滤网筛分,调节pH值至9.0,加水在70℃下搅拌提取,提取液离心5分钟后收集上清液,搅拌下调节pH值至4.5并静置,去除上清液中的蛋白,离心后收集上清液,调节pH至7.0,用80%酒精沉淀,离心后收集沉淀并干燥,得到β-葡聚糖;
步骤五将烟酸、硼酸和氨水投入反应锅,搅拌下通入氨气,升温溶解,然后蒸馏回收氨,至120℃后移入脱水锅内继续浓缩,当温度达145℃后开始加入液氨,并在190℃下继续通氨反应30h,然后降温至130℃,加蒸馏水稀释,加入活性炭,并在80℃下通氨脱色2h,反应后趁热过滤,滤液在水中冷析24h,分离结晶,并用乙醇洗涤、干燥得成品;
步骤六:3-0-乙基-5,6-0-异亚丙基抗坏血酸按1:10的质量比例溶于甲醇,再加入50%盐酸,盐酸和甲醇的质量比例为1:20,加热至60℃反应3小时,用碳酸氢钠中和后加入乙酸乙酯萃取洁净得到3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸;
步骤七;将可溶性胶原20份、土壤杆菌20份、纤连蛋白20份、胀果甘草提取物20份、龙胆提取物20份、粉防己提取物20份、β-葡聚糖20份、烟酰胺20份、茯苓提取物5份、白术根提取物5份、芍药根提取物5份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物5份、玉竹提取物5份、白花百合花提取物5份、酵母菌多肽3份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液3份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸3份、谷胱甘肽2份和九肽-12份混合,得到组合物;
步骤八:将组合物、芦荟原浆、积雪草原液、艾叶提取物、牡丹提取物、栀子提取物和水混合,其中美白保湿天然组合物在天然化妆品中的含量不少于20%。
实施例3
美白保湿天然组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:可溶性胶原15份、土壤杆菌15份、纤连蛋白16份、胀果甘草提取物14份、龙胆提取物15份、粉防己提取物15份、β-葡聚糖15份、烟酰胺15份、茯苓提取物4份、白术根提取物4份、芍药根提取物4份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物4份、玉竹提取物4份、白花百合花提取物4份、酵母菌多肽1份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液2份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸2份、谷胱甘肽2份和九肽-11份。
其制备步骤如下:
步骤一:可溶性胶原包括重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白,其中重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白的质量比为1:1;
步骤二:将胀果甘草投入提取罐中,加入8倍的溶剂,提取罐开始加热,使液体沸腾25分钟后,用抽滤管将三分之一的提取液抽入浓缩罐,开启浓缩罐的加热装置,使浓缩汁保持80℃,真空度保持在-0.05MPa,浓缩时产生的二次蒸汽紧固冷凝器与冷却器变成冷凝液回流至提取罐作为新溶剂,新溶剂由上而下通过胀果甘草到提取罐底部,胀果甘草中的可溶性成分溶解于提取罐内溶剂,提取液经抽滤管抽入浓缩罐,进行浓缩,然后进行喷雾干燥,得到胀果甘草提取物,同理进行龙胆提取物、粉防己提取物、茯苓提取物、白术根提取物、芍药根提取物、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物、玉竹提取物和白花百合花提取物的制备;
步骤三:将谷胱甘肽发酵液离心8min,得到湿酵母细胞体,将湿酵母细胞体加入装有沸水的抽提罐中,湿酵母细胞体和沸水的体积比例为1:8,对其进行搅拌,当抽提液温度达到90℃时,保温12分钟,将抽提液倒出,将抽提液水浴冷却至室温,将抽提液离心7min,除去酵母渣,得到含有谷胱甘肽的抽提液,在离心后的抽提液中加入酸,使料液体系处于pH3.5的酸性环境中,可沉淀杂质,并使谷胱甘肽处于稳定状态,微滤设备对调节pH后的抽提液进行过滤,得到清亮透明的滤液,将微滤后的料液在酸性环境的磺酸基团阳离子树脂上进行吸附,使谷胱甘肽被吸附,然后用氯化钠或盐酸溶液解析,得到富含谷胱甘肽的液体,将经过阳离子交换树脂分离纯化后的富含谷胱甘肽的液体在苯乙烯系弱极性大孔吸附树脂上再次进行吸附,然后用纯水洗脱,得到纯度很高的谷胱甘肽液体,在-0.098Mpa的真空度与65℃温度下减压浓缩谷胱甘肽溶液,在谷胱甘肽浓缩液中加入异丙醇或乙醇,使有机溶剂含量达到60%,调PH值至2.90,在2℃环境进行结晶,用80%的丙酮溶液对结晶体进行洗涤,在-0.090Mpa的真空度下干燥,得到谷胱甘肽;
步骤四:将燕麦麸粉碎后用60目的过滤网筛分,调节pH值至9.0,加水在70℃下搅拌提取,提取液离心5分钟后收集上清液,搅拌下调节pH值至4.5并静置,去除上清液中的蛋白,离心后收集上清液,调节pH至7.0,用80%酒精沉淀,离心后收集沉淀并干燥,得到β-葡聚糖;
步骤五将烟酸、硼酸和氨水投入反应锅,搅拌下通入氨气,升温溶解,然后蒸馏回收氨,至120℃后移入脱水锅内继续浓缩,当温度达145℃后开始加入液氨,并在185℃下继续通氨反应24h,然后降温至130℃,加蒸馏水稀释,加入活性炭,并在75℃下通氨脱色2h,反应后趁热过滤,滤液在水中冷析24h,分离结晶,并用乙醇洗涤、干燥得成品;
步骤六:3-0-乙基-5,6-0-异亚丙基抗坏血酸按1:10的质量比例溶于甲醇,再加入50%盐酸,盐酸和甲醇的质量比例为1:20,加热至60℃反应3小时,用碳酸氢钠中和后加入乙酸乙酯萃取洁净得到3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸;
步骤七;将可溶性胶原15份、土壤杆菌15份、纤连蛋白16份、胀果甘草提取物14份、龙胆提取物15份、粉防己提取物15份、β-葡聚糖15份、烟酰胺15份、茯苓提取物4份、白术根提取物4份、芍药根提取物4份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物4份、玉竹提取物4份、白花百合花提取物4份、酵母菌多肽1份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液2份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸2份、谷胱甘肽2份和九肽-11份混合,得到组合物;
步骤八:将组合物、芦荟原浆、积雪草原液、艾叶提取物、牡丹提取物、栀子提取物和水混合,其中美白保湿天然组合物在天然化妆品中的含量不少于20%。
(1)保湿率的测定实验:称取一定量含水分的样品放置在装有干微粉硅胶的低湿度干燥器中,每间隔一段时间取出称量一次,由实验前后试样的质量差,计算出试样的保湿率=(m3-m2)/m2×100%,其中m2为样品试验前质量,m3为样品试验后质量;
(2)以28天为一个周期,受试者需要在第一天使用测试样品前和第二十八天使用测试样品后进行皮肤测试,并记录ITA°值,第一天和第二十八天的差值用P表示,P越大表示美白效果越明显。
Claims (8)
1.一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,该组合物包括如下重量份的组分:可溶性胶原10-20份、土壤杆菌10-20份、纤连蛋白10-20份、胀果甘草提取物10-20份、龙胆提取物10-20份、粉防己提取物10-20份、β-葡聚糖10-20份、烟酰胺10-20份、茯苓提取物3-5份、白术根提取物3-5份、芍药根提取物3-5份、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物3-5份、玉竹提取物3-5份、白花百合花提取物3-5份、酵母菌多肽1-3份、酵母菌发酵产物滤液1-3份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸1-3份、谷胱甘肽1-2份和九肽-10.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,所述可溶性胶原包括重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白,其中重组人源胶原蛋白和类人胶原蛋白的质量比为1~2:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,所述胀果甘草提取物的制备步骤为:将胀果甘草投入提取罐中,加入5~10倍的溶剂,提取罐开始加热,使液体沸腾20~30分钟后,用抽滤管将三分之一的提取液抽入浓缩罐,开启浓缩罐的加热装置,使浓缩汁保持80℃,真空度保持在-0.05MPa,浓缩时产生的二次蒸汽紧固冷凝器与冷却器变成冷凝液回流至提取罐作为新溶剂,新溶剂由上而下通过胀果甘草到提取罐底部,胀果甘草中的可溶性成分溶解于提取罐内溶剂,提取液经抽滤管抽入浓缩罐,进行浓缩,然后进行喷雾干燥,得到胀果甘草提取物,同理进行龙胆提取物、粉防己提取物、茯苓提取物、白术根提取物、芍药根提取物、紫兰花白芨鳞茎提取物、玉竹提取物和白花百合花提取物的制备。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,所述谷胱甘肽的制备步骤为:将谷胱甘肽发酵液离心5~10min,得到湿酵母细胞体,将湿酵母细胞体加入装有沸水的抽提罐中,湿酵母细胞体和沸水的体积比例为1:8,对其进行搅拌,当抽提液温度达到85~95℃时,保温10~15分钟,将抽提液倒出,将抽提液水浴冷却至室温,将抽提液离心5~10min,除去酵母渣,得到含有谷胱甘肽的抽提液,在离心后的抽提液中加入酸,使料液体系处于pH2.5~3.5的酸性环境中,可沉淀杂质,并使谷胱甘肽处于稳定状态,微滤设备对调节pH后的抽提液进行过滤,得到清亮透明的滤液,将微滤后的料液在酸性环境的磺酸基团阳离子树脂上进行吸附,使谷胱甘肽被吸附,然后用氯化钠或盐酸溶液解析,得到富含谷胱甘肽的液体,将经过阳离子交换树脂分离纯化后的富含谷胱甘肽的液体在苯乙烯系弱极性大孔吸附树脂上再次进行吸附,然后用纯水洗脱,得到纯度很高的谷胱甘肽液体,在-0.07~-0.098Mpa的真空度与55~65℃温度下减压浓缩谷胱甘肽溶液,在谷胱甘肽浓缩液中加入异丙醇或乙醇,使有机溶剂含量达到60%~80%,调PH值至2.90~3.0,在0~4℃环境进行结晶,用70%~90%的丙酮溶液对结晶体进行洗涤,在-0.07~-0.098Mpa的真空度下干燥,得到谷胱甘肽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,所述β-葡聚糖的制备步骤为:将燕麦麸粉碎后用60目的过滤网筛分,调节pH值至9.0,加水在70℃下搅拌提取,提取液离心5分钟后收集上清液,搅拌下调节pH值至4.5并静置,去除上清液中的蛋白,离心后收集上清液,调节pH至7.0,用80%酒精沉淀,离心后收集沉淀并干燥,得到β-葡聚糖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,所述烟酰胺的制备步骤为:将烟酸、硼酸和氨水投入反应锅,搅拌下通入氨气,升温溶解,然后蒸馏回收氨,至120℃后移入脱水锅内继续浓缩,当温度达145℃后开始加入液氨,并在185~190℃下继续通氨反应20~30h,然后降温至130℃,加蒸馏水稀释,加入活性炭,并在70~80℃下通氨脱色2h,反应后趁热过滤,滤液在水中冷析24h,分离结晶,并用乙醇洗涤、干燥得成品。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其特征在于,所述3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸的制备步骤为:3-0-乙基-5,6-0-异亚丙基抗坏血酸按1:10的质量比例溶于甲醇,再加入50%盐酸,盐酸和甲醇的质量比例为1:20,加热至60℃反应3小时,用碳酸氢钠中和后加入乙酸乙酯萃取洁净得到3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸。
8.一种美白保湿天然化妆品,其特征在于包括根据权利要求1-7所述的一种美白保湿天然组合物,其还包括芦荟原浆、积雪草原液、艾叶提取物、牡丹提取物、栀子提取物和水,其中美白保湿天然组合物在天然化妆品中的含量不少于20%。
