堆高车是一种工业用装卸搬运工具,堆高车具有行走和提升货物的功能。常见的堆高车通常包括两个前轮和一个后轮,前轮固定安装于堆高车的底座,后轮通常为万向轮,可以随着手柄拖动而被动地发生转向,这样的技术方案的缺陷在于,当堆高车要发生转向时会比较困难,要先使堆高车运动,然后再带动后轮发生转动后转向。

本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种半电动堆高车后轮结构,包括底座,底座底部尾端的的两侧分别安装有后轮,底座尾部的中间位置铰接座,铰接座经轴承支承于底座,铰接座上铰接有手柄,铰接座的底部固定有竖直的转轴,所述转轴伸入底座下方;所述后轮由竖直的转向轴连接于底座的,转向轴与后轮的转轴固定连接,所述转向轴与转轴上均安装有链轮,转轴与转向轴由链条连接传动。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:手柄底部连接的竖直的转轴与其中的一个后轮轴连接的竖直的转轴有链条联动,在需要发生转向时,现有手柄带动其中一个后轮转动,后轮转动角度后再拉动手柄带动堆高车转向,使转向更加便利。
