as shown in the figures 2 and 4, the longitudinal section of the connecting rod 7 is of a T-shaped structure, and the fence 6 is connected with the mounting plate 8 through the connecting rod 7 in a clamping manner and is mounted at the middle end in the ring body 1, so that the fence 6 and the ring body 1 can be conveniently detached and mounted, and external machinery can conveniently move in the ring body 1.
