The stirring function of ton bucket 11 makes fertilizer dissolve fast, and this structure has obviously improved the dissolution rate of fertilizer, need not additionally to carry out manual stirring, and labour saving and time saving. The capacity of the ton barrel 11 can be adjusted according to the needs of users, and the invention is an irrigation and fertilization system suitable for large, medium and small farms.
According to the invention, a valve and an opening actuator 13 are arranged below the ton barrel, the opening of the valve can be automatically adjusted by regulating the control unit, the control unit is provided with an EC sensor, the EC sensor 14 transmits the collected EC data to the control unit, the control unit automatically analyzes the data, compares the data with the required fertilizer concentration, and then drives the opening actuator 13 to control the flow of the liquid fertilizer. When the monitored EC value is less than the required concentration, the output end of the control unit controls the opening actuator 13 to open the model of the large valve until the EC value of the mixed fertilizer liquid reaches the required EC value, namely the required water and fertilizer concentration is reached, and then the size of the opening valve is maintained; and when the monitored EC value is larger than the required concentration, the output end of the control unit controls the opening actuator 13 to open the model of the small valve until the mixed fertilizer liquid reaches the required EC value, namely the required water and fertilizer concentration, and then the size of the opening valve is kept. The rice liquid fertilizer fertilization and irrigation device adopts a closed-loop control principle, and keeps proper water and fertilizer concentration in real time, so that the fertilization effect is optimized.
