Method for making cistanche tubulosa-tamarisk integrated seedlings
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the technical field of crop cultivation, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing cistanche tubulosa-tamarisk integrated seedlings.
Technical background:
cistanche, also known as golden bamboo shoot, herba speranskiae tuberculatae, commonly known as cistanches, is a perennial medicinal plant of cistanche genus of Orobanchaceae, has extremely high medicinal value, is worthy of the 'desert ginseng', and has the effects of tonifying kidney yang, benefiting essence and blood, relaxing bowel, improving immunity, protecting liver, inhibiting tumor and the like. The cistanche genus plants are divided into 4 varieties 1, namely: desert cistanche, fresh saline cistanche, white flower saline cistanche, desertliving cistanche and cistanche tubulosa.
Cistanche tubulosa is one of basic source plants of traditional Chinese medicine cistanche, is the most abundant wild resource and the most abundant seed with the largest yield in the cistanche plants at present, and is also the most easily developed large-scale cultivation seed in the cistanche plants. Besides, the cistanche tubulosa also has high ornamental value, the cistanche tubulosa is parasitized on the root system of the tamarisk specially, is inoculated underground and grows nutritionally, flowers and fruits on the ground, the inflorescence is conical, the inflorescence can reach 50 cm, the flower color is bright, and a string of white and purple flowers are bloomed. As a host plant of the cistanche tubulosa, the tamarix chinensis branches are flexible, the branches and the leaves are emerald green, the tamarix chinensis branches can be shaped, and then light purple florets are dotted, correspond to the out-of-soil cistanche tubulosa inflorescence, so that the cistanche tubulosa has good ornamental value, along with the deepening of the public understanding of the cistanche tubulosa, the demand of the cistanche tubulosa in the market is gradually increased, but the market supply is in short supply.
The key points of the potted seed-tube flower cistanche deserticola are that the proper soil water content is adjusted and the root system development of the tamarix chinensis is promoted. The current inoculation methods mainly comprise: the invention discloses a method for potting cistanche tubulosa (published with the number of CN 108370801A), which utilizes two substrates of two containers to create a condition suitable for the inoculation of the cistanche tubulosa and can quickly inoculate. Guo Yuhai et al invented a method of inoculating cistanche tubulosa with tamarisk stem (publication No. CN1864463A) and a method of inoculating cistanche tubulosa with light medium mesh bag container (publication No. CN 101772041A). The problems with these methods are: complex containers and materials are required, and the operation is complex; the specialty of inducing root system development is strong, needs professional operation and is difficult to popularize.
The invention content is as follows:
