Abstract
本发明涉及一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)将回收的废旧涤纶和棉纤维边角料消毒、清理杂质,再进行淀粉酶退浆、烧毛;(2)将步骤(1)得到的边角料分梳再集合成纤维棉条;(3)将纤维棉条与三维中空纤维混纺成纱条,然后多次加工处理得纺织物;(4)将纺织物进行漂白、染色和印花处理,烘干,平整,即得。本发明的有益效果为:降低生产成本,循环利用,有效抑菌防螨。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涤棉布的制备工艺,尤其涉及一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺。
背景技术
中国为纺织大国,随着国内日益提高的物质生活,废旧的边角料、旧衣物随处可寻,纺织废料呈增加趋势,既浪费资源又造成环境污染。涤棉布俗以涤纶为主要成份,是涤纶和棉花混纱线织成的纺织品,它既保持了涤纶纤维强度高、弹性恢复性好的特性,又具备棉纤维的吸湿性强的特征,易染色、洗后免烫快干。但回收的边角料因来源不明,遭受大面积污染,可能带有细菌、真菌等微生物,因此,回收利用的同时,需考虑生产抑菌除螨的问题。现有的回收边角料制备的涤棉布还存在纤维短,强力低的问题,耐用性不够。因此,需对回收涤棉布工艺进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种制备强力高、耐用性强、抑菌防螨的涤棉布的工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将回收的废旧涤纶和棉纤维边角料消毒、清理杂质,再进行淀粉酶退浆、烧毛;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的边角料分梳成单纤维状态,并组成网状纤维层,再集合成纤维棉条;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的纤维棉条与三维中空纤维混纺成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到预处理纺织物;
(4)将预处理纺织物进一步精处理,得纺织物;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的纺织物进行漂白、染色和印花处理,烘干,平整,即得。
进一步,淀粉酶退浆工艺流程为浸轧热水→浸轧酶液→堆置→汽蒸→水洗。
进一步,浸轧工作液在50-80℃浸轧,PH控制在5-7。
进一步,步骤(1)所述的烧毛处理用的气体烧毛机温度控制在600-900℃。
进一步,步骤(4)所述的精处理工艺为将预处理纺织物加入含有1%-3%的聚乙烯醇、1%-4%海藻酸钠、1%山梨酸钾和5%可溶性淀粉的水溶液中,于50-60℃中浸泡处理12-48h,再冷水冲洗,即得纺织物。
进一步,最终得到的纺织物需烫压整理,耐久压烫整理和防油污整理所用材料为TG-491 20-50g/L,2D树脂15-30g/L,氯化镁10-25g/L,醋酸1-3mol/l。
本发明的有益效果是:回收利用,避免浪费,降低企业用料成本;在纺织废料棉布条原料中掺入三维中空纤维进行纺纱,中空度高,蓬松性好、恢复弹性速度快,保暖性好,使纺织物更加柔软耐用,且蓬松的纺织物更透气、防螨性能。
具体实施方式
所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将回收的废旧涤纶和棉纤维边角料消毒、清理杂质,再进行淀粉酶退浆、烧毛;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的边角料分梳成单纤维状态,并组成网状纤维层,再集合成纤维棉条;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的纤维棉条与三维中空纤维混纺成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到预处理纺织物;
(4)将预处理纺织物进一步精处理,得纺织物;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的纺织物进行漂白、染色和印花处理,烘干,平整,即得。
淀粉酶退浆工艺流程为浸轧热水→浸轧酶液→堆置→汽蒸→水洗。
浸轧工作液在80℃浸轧,PH控制在6.5。
步骤(1)所述的烧毛处理用的气体烧毛机温度控制在800℃。
步骤(4)所述的精处理工艺为将预处理纺织物加入含有1%的聚乙烯醇、1%海藻酸钠、1%山梨酸钾和5%可溶性淀粉的水溶液中,于60℃中浸泡处理12h,再冷水冲洗,即得纺织物。
最终得到的纺织物需烫压整理,耐久压烫整理和防油污整理所用材料为TG-49130g/L,2D树脂18g/L,氯化镁18g/L,醋酸1mol/l。

Claims (6)
1.一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将回收的废旧涤纶和棉纤维边角料消毒、清理杂质,再进行淀粉酶退浆、烧毛;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的边角料分梳成单纤维状态,并组成网状纤维层,再集合成纤维条;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的纤维棉条与三维中空纤维混纺成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到预处理纺织物;
(4)将预处理纺织物进一步精处理,得纺织物;
(5)将步骤(4)得到的纺织物进行漂白、染色和印花处理,烘干,平整,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于,淀粉酶退浆工艺流程为浸轧热水→浸轧酶液→堆置→汽蒸→水洗。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于,浸轧工作液在50-80℃浸轧,PH控制在5-7。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的烧毛处理用的气体烧毛机温度控制在600-900℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述的精处理工艺为将预处理纺织物加入含有1%-3%的聚乙烯醇、1%-4%海藻酸钠、1%山梨酸钾和5%可溶性淀粉的水溶液中,于50-60℃中浸泡处理12-48h,再冷水冲洗,即得纺织物。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种边角料回收制造成涤棉布的制备工艺,其特征在于,最终得到的纺织物需烫压整理,耐久压烫整理和防油污整理所用材料为TG-491 20-50g/L,2D树脂15-30g/L,氯化镁10-25g/L,醋酸1-3mol/l。
