背景技术
随着时代的进步,人们越来越重视服装的美观及舒适性。普通的织物难以满足人们的日常需求,尤其是内衣面料、户外运动服装面料等。氨纶属于聚氨酯系纤维,是一种高弹性纤维,国际上通称为“斯潘德克斯”(Spandex),我国的商品名为氨纶。氨纶有极好的伸缩性能,伸长度可达300%~800%,松弛后又可以迅速恢复原状,具有柔软舒适感,有良好的耐化学药品、耐油、耐汗水、不虫蛀、不霉、日晒不泛黄等特性。而棉氨纶包芯纱以氨纶为芯丝,具有氨纶特有的弹性,符合人们的穿着舒适性需求,由此发展迅速。一般织物染色交货慢,不如纱线染色更能适应流行色的变化。而氨纶因为其卓越的弹性,绞纱染色势必会影响棉氨纶包芯纱的弹性以及强度。
筒纱染色相比能耗低、纤维损耗低、成品品质高。筒子纱染色由于交货快,适宜小批量化生产,发展迅速。而在筒子纱染色时,常常有以下问题出现:若筒子纱密度过大,染液不易穿透,会造成内外层色差,同时不利于杂质、浮色的去除,影响纱线手感;而筒子纱密度过小,纱线可能会缠结,在后续处理过程中,消耗较大;染氨纶包芯纱时,前处理或者染色温度较高会使纱线收缩,筒子纱密度增大,易产生纱线强力受损、弹性下降;同时氨纶包芯纱作为内衣和运动服装的常用纱线,抗菌性能较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,通过松式络筒-倒角处理-前处理-染色-后整理-紧式络筒工序进行加工,通过张力调节筒子纱密度,不会产生内外层色差,减少因肩角密度的过高而导致的色差,有效的提高了棉氨纶包芯纱的抗菌性能。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤1.松式络筒工序:将氨纶包芯纱通过松式络筒机上进行松式络筒;
步骤2.倒角处理工序:将松式络筒后的筒子纱送入倒角装置,修圆肩角至肩角密度与筒子纱其他部位一致;
步骤3.前处理工序:将修圆好的筒子纱放入染缸中,通过前处理液进行前处理,将工作液从常温以3℃/min的升温速率升至96℃,保温30min,排液后,皂洗,进行两道50℃的温水进行清洗,所述工作液采用如下的配方:精练剂1g/L,纯碱1g/L,渗透剂JFC-1 1g/L,30%H2O2 8~18g/L,双氧水稳定剂1g/L,浴比为1∶8;
步骤4.染色工序:将前处理好的筒子纱在染缸中使用染液进行染色,常温入染,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升至60℃,加入纯碱,保温染色30~60min,排液后,进行一道50℃温水进行清洗,所述染液采用如下的配方:活性染料0.05~ 3%(o.w.f),元明粉5~20g/L,纯碱5~20g/L,匀染剂1g/L,浴比1:8;
步骤5.后整理工序:将染色好的筒子纱在染缸中使用后整理液进行后整理,染缸中常温浸渍30min,所述后整理液采用如下的配方:抗菌整理剂5g/L,亲水性有机硅柔软整理剂HWS 20g/L,丁烷四羧酸BTCA5g/L,次亚磷酸钠6g/L;
步骤6.紧式络筒工序:将经后整理过的筒子纱放入筒子纱专用脱水机进行脱水,脱水后再放入烘干机进行烘干处理,最后通过紧式络筒机进行紧式络筒,包装。
优选的,在步骤1中,所述氨纶包芯纱选用18.45tex。
优选的,在步骤1中,所述筒子纱的密度控制在0.28-0.32g/cm3,控制筒子间质量差异在±1%以内。

抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤1.松式络筒工序:将选用18.45tex的氨纶包芯纱通过松式络筒机上进行松式络筒,筒子纱的密度控制在0.28-0.32g/cm3,控制筒子间质量差异在±1%以内,通过松式络筒机的张力调节筒子纱密度,避免纱线因密度过高产生内外层色差;
步骤2.倒角处理工序:将松式络筒后的筒子纱送入倒角装置,修圆肩角,减小筒子纱肩角密度,至肩角密度与筒子纱其他部位一致,避免产生肩角色花;

抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤1.松式络筒工序:将选用18.45tex的氨纶包芯纱通过松式络筒机上进行松式络筒,筒子纱的密度控制在0.28g/cm3,控制筒子间质量差异在±1%以内,通过松式络筒机的张力调节筒子纱密度,避免纱线因密度过高产生内外层色差;
步骤2.倒角处理工序:将松式络筒后的筒子纱送入倒角装置,修圆肩角,减小筒子纱肩角密度,至肩角密度与筒子纱其他部位一致,避免产生肩角色花;
步骤3.前处理工序:将修圆好的筒子纱放入染缸中,通过前处理液进行前处理,将工作液从常温以3℃/min的升温速率升至96℃,保温30min,排液后,皂洗,进行两道50℃的温水进行清洗,所述工作液采用如下的配方:精练剂1g/L,纯碱1g/L,渗透剂JFC-1 1g/L,30%H2O2 10g/L,双氧水稳定剂1g/L,浴比为 1∶8;
步骤4.染色工序:将前处理好的筒子纱在染缸中使用染液进行染色,常温入染,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升至60℃,加入纯碱,保温染色30min,排液后,进行一道50℃温水进行清洗,所述染液采用如下的配方:活性染料0.3%(o.w.f),元明粉1020g/L,纯碱1020g/L,匀染剂1g/L,浴比1:8;
步骤5.后整理工序:将染色好的筒子纱在染缸中使用后整理液进行后整理,染缸中常温浸渍30min,所述后整理液采用如下的配方:抗菌整理剂5g/L,亲水性有机硅柔软整理剂HWS 20g/L,丁烷四羧酸BTCA 5g/L,次亚磷酸钠6g/L,抗菌整理剂通过纳米氯化银和聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐混合;
步骤6.紧式络筒工序:将经后整理过的筒子纱放入筒子纱专用脱水机进行脱水,脱水后再放入烘干机进行烘干处理,最后通过紧式络筒机进行紧式络筒,包装。
实施例二:

步骤5.后整理工序:将染色好的筒子纱在染缸中使用后整理液进行后整理,染缸中常温浸渍30min,所述后整理液采用如下的配方:抗菌整理剂5g/L,亲水性有机硅柔软整理剂HWS 20g/L,丁烷四羧酸BTCA5g/L,次亚磷酸钠6g/L,抗菌整理剂通过纳米氯化银和聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐混合;
步骤6.紧式络筒工序:将经后整理过的筒子纱放入筒子纱专用脱水机进行脱水,脱水后再放入烘干机进行烘干处理,最后通过紧式络筒机进行紧式络筒,包装。

步骤5.后整理工序:将染色好的筒子纱在染缸中使用后整理液进行后整理,染缸中常温浸渍30min,所述后整理液采用如下的配方:抗菌整理剂5g/L,亲水性有机硅柔软整理剂HWS 20g/L,丁烷四羧酸BTCA5g/L,次亚磷酸钠6g/L,抗菌整理剂通过纳米氯化银和聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐混合;
步骤6.紧式络筒工序:将经后整理过的筒子纱放入筒子纱专用脱水机进行脱水,脱水后再放入烘干机进行烘干处理,最后通过紧式络筒机进行紧式络筒,包装。
经本发明处理的氨纶包芯纱断裂强力为350.40cN,断裂伸长率为23.1%,耐洗色牢度达到4级,抑菌率达到100%,洗涤100次后抑菌率仍能达到99%,柔软性能良好。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:步骤1.松式络筒工序:将氨纶包芯纱通过松式络筒机上进行松式络筒;
步骤2.倒角处理工序:将松式络筒后的筒子纱送入倒角装置,修圆肩角至肩角密度与筒子纱其他部位一致;
步骤3.前处理工序:将修圆好的筒子纱放入染缸中,通过前处理液进行前处理,将工作液从常温以3℃/min的升温速率升至96℃,保温30min,排液后,皂洗,进行两道50℃的温水进行清洗,所述工作液采用如下的配方:精练剂1g/L,纯碱1g/L,渗透剂JFC-1 1g/L,30%H2O28~18g/L,双氧水稳定剂1g/L,浴比为1:8;
步骤4.染色工序:将前处理好的筒子纱在染缸中使用染液进行染色,常温入染,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升至60℃,加入纯碱,保温染色30~60min,排液后,进行一道50℃温水进行清洗,所述染液采用如下的配方:活性染料0.05~3%(o.w.f),元明粉5~20g/L,纯碱5~20g/L,匀染剂1g/L,浴比1:8;
步骤5.后整理工序:将染色好的筒子纱在染缸中使用后整理液进行后整理,染缸中常温浸渍30min,所述后整理液采用如下的配方:抗菌整理剂5g/L,亲水性有机硅柔软整理剂HWS 20g/L,丁烷四羧酸BTCA 5g/L,次亚磷酸钠6g/L;
步骤6. 紧式络筒工序:将经后整理过的筒子纱放入筒子纱专用脱水机进行脱水,脱水后再放入烘干机进行烘干处理,最后通过紧式络筒机进行紧式络筒,包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:在步骤1中,所述氨纶包芯纱选用18.45tex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:在步骤1中,所述筒子纱的密度控制在0.28-0.32g/cm3,控制筒子间质量差异在±1%以内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌的筒染氨纶包芯纱的加工方法,其特征在于:在步骤5中,所述抗菌整理剂通过纳米氯化银和聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐混合。
