Abstract
本发明涉及玻璃盖板清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃盖板清洗剂及其清洗方法,所述玻璃盖板清洗剂包括酸性清洗剂和碱性清洗剂;将玻璃盖板放入超声波清洗机中,先采用酸性清洗剂在40‑80℃温度下清洗2‑6min,再采用碱性清洗剂在40‑80℃温度下清洗5‑15min,然后用水冲洗干净后进行干燥。本发明的清洗剂通过采用分散剂,可以使玻璃盖板表面粘附的小颗粒杂质分离,有效去除玻璃盖板表面的指纹、灰尘、玻璃粉、油脂及其他有机无机固体粒子,清洗效果好。本发明的清洗方法尤其适用于对2.5D和3D玻璃抛光后的清洗,能够避免人工刷洗工序以及使用强碱清洗剂,能够提高清洗效率以及清洗良率。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃盖板清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃盖板清洗剂及其清洗方法。
背景技术
随着手机、手表等电子产品外形多元化,对玻璃面板材料和加工要求更加严格。手机玻璃一般采用康宁材料,但是这种产品外形加工后表面不耐强酸、强碱清洗剂的超声清洗,易出现产品表面密集细划、表面粗糙度增大,甚至是整面发蒙发蓝不良等缺陷。目前现有技术一般采用碱度大于1%的高碱高螯合清洗剂,在55~75℃下超声清洗90~240s玻璃制品,清洗后表面损伤(细划、发蒙、发蓝等)达到20~60%。
而且,现在对玻璃表面粗糙度要求更为严格,如需表面粗糙度在100nm以下。为达到此要求,单纯使用氧化铈为主的稀土抛光粉和水稀释的抛光液已不能满足要求,需要采用纳米氧化铈、高分子增稠剂、悬浮剂、硅溶胶稳定剂等复配的玻璃抛光液进行抛光,但是抛光后的玻璃表面,尤其是3D玻璃表面,采用常规的九槽超声波清洗工艺进行清洗,脏污不良率几乎达到了100%。为清洗干净,通常采用人工刷洗后再采用中强碱清洗剂进行超声清洗。但是人工刷洗容易出现产品崩边及清洗盲区,清洗后的产品出现崩边以及脏污等不良比例仍然很高;另外,人工刷洗效率较低,对于小尺寸产品,例如手机上的摄像头玻璃需要量身定制夹治具进行辅助清洗,生产成本较高。
因此,研发合适的清洗剂以及合理的清洗工艺对抛光后的玻璃制品进行清洗,提高玻璃制品的清洗质量和效率具有非常重大的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种玻璃盖板清洗剂及其清洗方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,所述玻璃盖板清洗剂包括酸性清洗剂和碱性清洗剂;

本发明的酸性清洗剂通过采用上述原料,并严格控制各原料的重量配比,制得的酸性清洗剂能够在不损伤玻璃的前提下使得玻璃表面和附着物彻底被湿润,从而使粘附在玻璃表面的粉状颗粒和有机物膨胀、松动,并部分自然掉落和分散在包括清洗剂的水溶液中,保证待清洗的玻璃产品上残留的玻璃抛光液能够得到彻底清洗。
所述碱性清洗剂由如下重量份的原料组成:
本发明的碱性清洗剂通过采用上述原料,并严格控制各原料的重量配比,制得的碱性清洗剂可以使玻璃盖板表面发生局部的酸碱化学反应,其表面附着物因液体中剧烈的分子运动被快速润湿、分散和乳化而脱离,彻底去除玻璃盖板表面粘附的其他物质,最终能够使玻璃盖板表面的净洗率可以达到99%以上。
优选的,所述无机酸是由磷酸、硫酸和冰醋酸以体积比1-3:1.5-2.5:1组成的混合物。本发明通过严格控制无机酸的种类、复配及配比,制得的酸性清洗剂清洗效果好。
所述分散剂为丙烯酸-磺酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸-丙烯酸钠盐、木质素磺酸盐和菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种。本发明通过采用分散剂,可以使玻璃盖板表面粘附的小颗粒杂质分离,有效去除玻璃盖板表面的指纹、灰尘、玻璃粉、油脂及其他有机无机固体粒子,清洗效果好。
优选的,所述润湿剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、甘油聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚脂肪酸酯和烷基糖苷中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述润湿剂,具有优良的润湿性,可以降低抛光粉与玻璃之间的粘合力,并且对皮肤的刺激性小,使用安全性高。
优选的,所述渗透剂为全氟己基磺酸钾、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐、蓖麻醇磺酸钠、十二醇磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇磺酸钠、硬脂醇磺酸钠、异硬脂醇磺酸钠、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述渗透剂,具有优良的渗透性以及乳化剥离作用,并且可降低其他表面活性剂的刺激性,与润湿剂配合后,可以在对抛光液润湿后降低抛光液与玻璃之间的粘合力,通过螯合剂可以将玻璃表面的金属离子包裹并将其溶于水中,从而达到高效清洗效果玻璃的目的。
优选的,所述保湿剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚和二乙二醇丁醚中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述保湿剂,可以提高分散剂、渗透剂、润湿剂和抗静电剂的溶解性能。
所述抗静电剂为单月桂基磷酸酯、N-十二烷基双季铵盐和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述抗静电剂,具有优良的乳化、去污以及润湿能力,而且还具有良好的抗静电性能,在清洗剂摩擦清洗玻璃上的抛光液时,可以降低摩擦时产生的静电,防止污渍被再次粘附在玻璃上,提高清洗效果。
优选的,所述无机碱是由氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾以体积比1-2:1组成的混合物。
所述有机碱为单乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、二甲基乙醇胺、四甲基乙二胺和羟乙基乙二胺中的至少一种。
优选的,所述钾盐为氯化钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、硫酸钾、硫酸氢钾、硝酸钾、亚硝酸钾、硅酸钾、偏硅酸钾、磷酸钾和三聚磷酸钾中的至少一种。
本发明通过采用上述无机碱、有机碱和钾盐复配,清洗效果好,可以彻底去除玻璃盖板表面粘附的其他物质。
所述螯合剂为偏硅酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、氨基三乙酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述螯合剂,可以将玻璃表面的金属离子包裹并将其溶于水中,从而达到高效清洗效果玻璃的目的。
优选的,所述抑菌剂为对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、羟乙基六氢均三嗪、三氯叔丁醇、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、双乙酸钠、丙酸钙和乳酸钠中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述抑菌剂,制得的碱性清洗剂具有较好的抑菌灭菌效果。
所述助溶剂为乙二醇、丙三醇、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇二甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇苯醚和磷酸三丁酯中的至少一种。本发明通过采用上述助溶剂,可以提高无机碱、渗透剂和润湿剂等在水中的溶解。
本发明的另一目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种玻璃盖板清洗剂的清洗方法,将玻璃盖板放入超声波清洗机中,先采用酸性清洗剂在40-80℃温度下清洗2-6min,再采用碱性清洗剂在40-80℃温度下清洗5-15min,然后用水冲洗干净后进行干燥。
本发明的清洗方法通过采用酸性清洗剂进行清洗,使玻璃表面和附着物被彻底润湿,使粘附在玻璃表面的粉状颗粒和有机物膨胀、松动,并部分自然掉落;然后再采用碱性清洗剂进行清洗,玻璃盖板表面发生局部的酸碱化学反应,其表面附着物因液体中剧烈的分子运动被快速润湿、分散和乳化而脱离,彻底去除玻璃盖板表面粘附的其他物质。

本发明的清洗方法通过采用酸性清洗剂进行清洗,使玻璃表面和附着物被彻底润湿,使粘附在玻璃表面的粉状颗粒和有机物膨胀、松动,并部分自然掉落;然后再采用碱性清洗剂进行清洗,玻璃盖板表面发生局部的酸碱化学反应,其表面附着物因液体中剧烈的分子运动被快速润湿、分散和乳化而脱离,彻底去除玻璃盖板表面粘附的其他物质。
本发明的清洗方法清洗后的产品表面通透、目视无可见脏污,三波灯检验合格率在99%以上;而且本发明提供的清洗方法工艺简单、稳定,可采用全自动机器控制,制程良率和效率较高。本发明提供的清洗方法与后工序检验可实现连续自动化生产,如使用平板清洗机连接自动检验设备(AOI),可有效节约人力并提高生产效率,降低加工玻璃的成本,提高经济效益。
本发明的清洗方法尤其适用于对2.5D和3D玻璃抛光后的清洗,能够避免人工刷洗工序以及使用强碱清洗剂,能够提高清洗效率以及清洗良率。

经测试,本发明的清洗方法清洗后的产品表面通透、目视无可见脏污,三波灯检验合格率在99%以上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为丙烯酸-磺酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸钠、马来酸-丙烯酸钠盐、木质素磺酸盐和菊粉月桂基氨基甲酸酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、甘油聚氧乙烯醚聚氧丙烯醚脂肪酸酯和烷基糖苷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为全氟己基磺酸钾、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐、蓖麻醇磺酸钠、十二醇磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇磺酸钠、硬脂醇磺酸钠、异硬脂醇磺酸钠、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚和二乙二醇丁醚中的至少一种;所述抗静电剂为单月桂基磷酸酯、N-十二烷基双季铵盐和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述无机碱是由氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾以体积比1-2:1组成的混合物;所述有机碱为单乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、甲基二乙醇胺、二甲基乙醇胺、四甲基乙二胺和羟乙基乙二胺中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述钾盐为氯化钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、硫酸钾、硫酸氢钾、硝酸钾、亚硝酸钾、硅酸钾、偏硅酸钾、磷酸钾和三聚磷酸钾中的至少一种;所述螯合剂为偏硅酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、氨基三乙酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠和乙二胺四乙酸四钠中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂,其特征在于:所述抑菌剂为对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、羟乙基六氢均三嗪、三氯叔丁醇、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、双乙酸钠、丙酸钙和乳酸钠中的至少一种;所述助溶剂为乙二醇、丙三醇、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇二甲醚、二丙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇苯醚和磷酸三丁酯中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种玻璃盖板清洗剂的清洗方法,其特征在于:将玻璃盖板放入超声波清洗机中,先采用酸性清洗剂在40-80℃温度下清洗2-6min,再采用碱性清洗剂在40-80℃温度下清洗5-15min,然后用水冲洗干净后进行干燥。
