Abstract
本发明属于清洗材料领域,具体涉及一种碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其组分包括:按质量比计:5‑30%的无机碱、5‑10%的有机碱、3‑15%的螯合剂、1‑10%的高效分散剂、5‑15%的阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂、1‑5%的抑菌剂、50‑70%的去离子水。本发明通过采用阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂,可以使丝印后的玻璃表面附着的硅胶胶印软化卷离,有效解决清洗后玻璃表面存在大量胶印和硅油的问题,同时对研磨粉、抛光粉、油渍、指纹和无机物残留的清洗具有显著效果。该清洗剂尤其适用于精雕玻璃、AG玻璃、手机光学玻璃的清洗,组分稳定性好,气味小,在CMP(化学机械抛光)后清洗工序具有良好的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于清洗材料技术领域,具体涉及一种碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂。
背景技术
随着现实技术的不断革新,现实产品逐渐往平面化、轻薄化、高清晰度、高分辨率、绿色环保方向发展。在TP盖板玻璃的生产工序中,为了增加玻璃的表面应力,使玻璃可以达到抗刮花、耐冲击的效果,会将玻璃置于170-400℃的硝酸钾溶液中,让玻璃表面的钠离子与硝酸钾溶液的钾离子进行充分的离子交换。因为钾离子体积大于钠离子,钾离子的相互挤压在玻璃表面形成应力层,从而达到玻璃强化的效果。在这个过程中,用于吸附玻璃的硅胶垫片容易在玻璃AG面残留明显的胶印和硅油,从而影响产品质量,无法满足下游客户的使用需求。当前行业采用酸洗、有机溶剂清洗的方法,清洗效果都较为有限,成本也较高,影响生产效率,同时可能对玻璃基板造成二次污染。
因此,开发一款合适的清洗剂对抛光后的玻璃进行清洗,对提高产品质量和工作效率具有非常重要的意义和价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一个组方和制备工艺简易、清洗能力强、稳定性好、气味小、对环境友好的TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,同时在该基础之上,可以有效解决玻璃表面存在的胶印和硅油问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种碱性抛光后TP盖板清洗剂,其是由以下重量百分比的成分混合而成:5-30%的无机碱、5-10%的有机碱、3-15%的螯合剂、1-10%的高效分散剂、5-15%的阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂、1-5%的抑菌剂、50-70%的去离子水,上述成分的重量百分数之和为100%。
所述阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂的化学结构式为:
其中,n=12~14,R为甲基、乙基、乙氧基中的一种。
所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾中的至少一种。
所述有机碱为N,N-二甲基苯胺、哌啶、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、N-甲基二环己胺、异丙胺、二异丙胺中的任意一种。
所述螯合剂为三聚磷酸钠、偏硅酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、山梨糖醇中的至少一种。
所述高效分散剂为六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙烯醇、油酸钠、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、丙二醇嵌段聚酯、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、羧甲纤维素钠中的任意一种。
所述抑菌剂为葡萄糖酸钠、山梨酸钾、十二烷基二甲基苯氧乙基溴化铵、脱氢乙酸钠、卵磷脂、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、三氯叔丁醇、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
所述去离子水为在25℃下的电阻率不低于15MΩ的去离子水
所述阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)中间体脂肪醇缩水甘油醚的制备
在四口烧瓶中,按质量比例1:1.5分别加入高级醇和环氧氯丙烷(ECH),升至50-70℃范围之内,以苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂反应5h,添加量大约为原材料总质量的5%-10%,再滴加40%(w)的氢氧化钠溶液,添加量大约为原材料总质量的20%-30%,60℃下恒温3h。反应结束后减压蒸馏,除去过量的ECH和水,过滤,即得十二醇缩水甘油醚(DGE);其反应过程如下:
2)阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂的制备
在250mL四口烧瓶中加入11.4g双酚A和12.0g1,2-二氯乙烷,升温到60℃,加入2.1g催化剂三氟化硼乙醚,在0.5h内,将30.0g DGE滴入反应器反应4h。醚化结束后生成物质A,再降温至15℃,缓慢加0.5mol氯磺酸钠,反应3h。反应完毕后加入95%(w)的工业酒精,升温回流1h后,趁热抽滤、干燥,即得阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂。其反应过程如下:
其中,n=12~14,R为甲基、乙基、乙氧基中的一种。
所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂的使用方法具体为:需将盖板玻璃放入超声设备中,在45℃下浸泡3-5min,然后采用在50℃下超声清洗5-6min,最后经过纯水超声清洗后放入烤箱烘干。
本发明使用的阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂是以高级醇缩水甘油醚为主链,苯环为连接基团,该结构结合了醇醚链段和阴离子型结构的特性,既有醇醚链段的超润滑、润湿作用,良好的铺展性和渗透性,还有阴离子型结构优良的乳化性能和抗硬水能力。除此之外,通过主链磺化的方式可以提高溶液的离子化作用和水解稳定性,对油污清洗有很好的协同作用。由于阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂的使用,可以极大提高溶液的增溶能力,在水溶液中更易形成胶团,因此可以将丝印后的玻璃表面附着的硅胶胶印软化卷离,同时还能有效降低表面活性剂的用量,对环境更加友好。
本发明的有益效果是:使丝印后的玻璃表面附着的硅胶胶印软化卷离,有效解决清洗后玻璃表面存在大量胶印和硅油的问题。同时对研磨粉、抛光粉等残留的清洗具有显著效果,组分稳定性好,气味小。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例中的较佳技术方案和对比例对本发明进一步说明。这些实施例只是本发明中部分实施例,并不是所有的实施例。技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于被保护的范围内。所述的份的单位可以是克或千克或吨,或其他重量单位。
所用的阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂制备方法如下:
1)在四口烧瓶中,按质量比例1:1.5分别加入高级醇和环氧氯丙烷(ECH),升至50-70℃范围之内,以苄基三乙基氯化铵为相转移催化剂反应5h,添加量大约为原材料总质量的5%-10%,再滴加40wt%(w)的氢氧化钠溶液,添加量为原材料总质量的20%-30%,60℃下恒温3h。反应结束后减压蒸馏,除去过量的ECH和水,过滤,即得十二醇缩水甘油醚(DGE)。
2)在250mL四口烧瓶中加入11.4g双酚A和12.0g1,2-二氯乙烷,升温到60℃,加入2.1g催化剂三氟化硼乙醚,在0.5h内,将30.0gDGE滴入反应器反应4h。醚化结束后生成物质A,再降温至15℃,缓慢加0.5mol氯磺酸钠,反应3h。反应完毕后加入95wt%的工业酒精,升温回流1h后,趁热抽滤、干燥,即得阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂。
由所得核磁共振氢谱图分析,其化学位移为(δ):0.88(t,6H,CH2-CH3);1.18(t,6H,CH2-CH3);1.26(m,40H,CH2-CH2-CH2)1.30(m,8H,CH2-CH2-CH2);1.50(m,8H,CH2-CH2-CH2);2.72(m,6H,C-CH2-CH3);3.35(t,4H,O-CH2-CH2);3.38(d,2H,O-CH2-CH);3.95(t,2H,CH-CH2-O);5.50(m,8H,CH2-CHO-CH2);6.86(t,4H,C=CH-CH);7.13(t,4H,CH-CH=C),证明成功合成了R基为CH3,n=14的阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂。
实施例一:
按表1配方制备碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其具体的制备方法是常温下先将去离子水加入在转速为200r/min的搅拌釜中,再加入无机碱,持续搅拌的同时降低釜内温度至室温后,依次加入有机碱、螯合剂、高效分散剂、阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂、抑菌剂,每添加一种材料需等待完全溶解才能加入下一种材料。全部添加完毕后继续搅拌20min,通过2道1um的过滤芯过滤即可得到目标产物。

表1中的FAES-14命名指的是R基为CH3,n=14的阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂,其他命名以此类推。
关于碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂的清洗测试:
1、硅胶胶印清洗效果测试
测试方法:将硅胶垫紧密贴合在AG玻璃表面,放入烤箱170℃烘烤4h后,取出静置至常温。取下硅胶垫,把上述实施例1-3和对比例1-3的溶液用去离子水稀释20倍,然后加热至50℃,把受污染的AG玻璃浸入在超声清洗槽内恒温50℃,在40HZ下超声6分钟,再用去离子水清洗喷淋干净后,放入烤箱90℃烘烤30分钟。最后取出玻璃采用射灯和电子显微镜观察清洗情况。评价方法如下:
☆:表面洁净,无胶印残留物。
△:表面有局部胶印残留物。
×:表面有明显的大面积胶印残留物和玻璃发蒙现象。
2、玻璃粉清洗效果测试
测试方法:先将玻璃粉和水按1:8的质量比例配制成玻璃粉溶液,静置待用;再把洁净的手机盖板玻璃吸附在小型旋涂机上,用胶头滴管在玻璃表面均匀涂覆玻璃粉溶液,150rpm/min旋涂10s后再用300rpm/min旋涂10s后,放入烤箱50℃烘干2分钟。接着把上述实施例1-3和对比例1-3的溶液用去离子水稀释20倍配制成超声溶液,然后加热至50℃,把涂有玻璃粉的手机盖板玻璃放入超声清洗槽内恒温50℃,在40HZ下超声6分钟,用去离子水清洗喷淋干净后,放入烤箱90℃烘烤30分钟。最后取出玻璃采用射灯和电子显微镜观察清洗情况。评价方法如下:
☆:表面洁净,无残留物。
△:表面有局部玻璃粉残留物和发蒙现象。
×:表面有明显的大面积玻璃粉残留物和玻璃发蒙现象。
3、抛光粉清洗效果测试
测试方法:先将抛光粉和水按1:8的质量比例配制成抛光粉溶液,静置待用;再把洁净的手机盖板玻璃吸附在小型旋涂机上,用胶头滴管在玻璃表面均匀涂覆玻璃粉溶液,150rpm/min旋涂10s后再用300rpm/min旋涂10s后,放入烤箱50℃烘干2分钟。接着把上述实施例1-3和对比例1-3的溶液用去离子水稀释25倍,然后加热至45℃,把涂有玻璃粉的手机盖板玻璃放入超声清洗槽内恒温45℃,在40HZ下超声6分钟,用去离子水清洗喷淋干净后,放入烤箱90℃烘烤30分钟。最后取出玻璃采用射灯和电子显微镜观察清洗情况。评价方法如下:
☆:表面洁净,无残留物。
△:表面有局部抛光粉残留物和发蒙现象。
×:表面有明显的大面积抛光粉残留物和发蒙现象。

由实验结果可知,实施例1-3在合适的比例范围之内,可以满足对玻璃表面的硅胶胶印、玻璃粉、抛光粉残留的清洗要求。说明采用该阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂可以产生超强的增溶性、润湿性,对胶印具有高渗透乳化作用,能有效解决玻璃表面残留的胶印问题。
而从对比例1-3可以进一步发现,由于对比例1明显减少了阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂的用量,直接影响了溶液对残留物的清洗效果,其次对比例2将螯合剂替换成柠檬酸钠后,发现对玻璃粉的清洗影响最大,说明螯合剂在对玻璃粉清洗方面起到一定的协同效应。对比例3在没有添加阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂的前提下,发现对所有的残留物都有明显的影响,玻璃表面均存在明显的大面积残留物和发蒙现象。
以上所述的仅是本发明中的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,组分及其重量百分比如下:
无机碱 5-30%
有机碱 5-10%
螯合剂 3-15%
分散剂 1-10%
阴离子脂肪醇醚类双子表面活性剂 5-15%
抑菌剂 1-5%
去离子水 50-70%
上述组分重量百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和氢氧化钾中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述有机碱为N,N-二甲基苯胺、哌啶、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、N-甲基二环己胺、异丙胺、二异丙胺中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为三聚磷酸钠、偏硅酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠、山梨糖醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、聚乙烯醇、油酸钠、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、丙二醇嵌段聚酯、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、羧甲纤维素钠中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂为葡萄糖酸钠、山梨酸钾、十二烷基二甲基苯氧乙基溴化铵、脱氢乙酸钠、卵磷脂、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、三氯叔丁醇、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述去离子水为在25℃下的电阻率不低于15MΩ的去离子水。
9.如权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,将碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂用纯水稀释10-20倍配制成超声溶液,再把盖板玻璃放入超声设备中,在45℃下浸泡3-5min,然后采用在50℃下超声清洗,最后经过纯水超声清洗后放入烤箱烘干。
10.如权利要求1所述的碱性抛光后TP盖板玻璃清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,超声清洗时间为5-6min。
