本发明公开了一种高分子材料造粒设备,包括所述机体内设有混合腔,所述混合腔上侧与所述机体外互通,所述混合腔下侧设有与其互通的输送腔,所述输送腔右侧设有与其互通的制粒腔,所述输送腔左侧设有传动腔一,所述制粒腔下侧设有与其互通的蓄水腔,所述混合腔内设有将高分子原料进行搅拌混合的搅拌装置,所述混合腔内设有阻断所述混合腔与所述输送腔的隔绝装置;本发明可以通过所述传动轴一上的所述搅棍对原料进行搅拌,还可以通过拔出对应的所述隔板二改变制粒尺寸;本发明操作简便,制造成本低,可实现原料的混合,并将其溶化后制成不同尺寸的颗粒。

本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体为一种高分子材料造粒设备。
背景技术
高分子材料是以高分子化合物为基础的材料,其中塑料是应用最为广泛的一种,塑料是以合成树脂或化学改性的天然高分子为主要成分,再加入填料、增塑剂和其他添加剂制得,在塑料销售时,产家以颗粒的形式进行收买,因此需要使用到造粒机,传统造粒机通常只能生产一种规格的颗粒,当需要不同规格颗粒的用户时,产家需要购置多套设备进行加工,提高力生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高分子材料造粒设备,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种高分子材料造粒设备,包括机体,所述机体内设有混合腔,所述混合腔上侧与所述机体外互通,所述混合腔下侧设有与其互通的输送腔,所述输送腔右侧设有与其互通的制粒腔,所述输送腔左侧设有传动腔一,所述制粒腔下侧设有与其互通的蓄水腔,所述混合腔内设有将高分子原料进行搅拌混合的搅拌装置,所述混合腔内设有阻断所述混合腔与所述输送腔的隔绝装置,所述搅拌装置包括所述混合腔内设置的传动轴一,所述传动轴一上环形阵列有多根搅棍,所述传动腔一右侧壁开设有与所述混合腔互通的辅助槽,所述过滤网内转动设有齿圈,所述齿圈内圈与所述传动轴一之间用连接杆固定连接,所述传动腔一左侧壁上固定安装有电机一,所述电机一右侧末端转动安装有延伸至所述输送腔内的传动轴二,所述传动腔一内所述传动轴二上固设有带轮一,所述传动腔一右侧壁转动设有传动轴三,所述传动轴三上从左至右依次固设有带轮二、锥齿轮一,所述带轮二与所述带轮一之间传动设有皮带,所述传动腔一上侧壁转动设有传动轴四,所述传动轴四上从上至下依次固设有与所述齿圈啮合的齿轮一以及与所述锥齿轮一啮合的锥齿轮二;所述电机一带动所述传动轴二转动,所述传动轴二通过所述带轮一、所述皮带以及所述带轮二带动所述传动轴三转动,所述传动轴三通过所述锥齿轮一与所述锥齿轮二啮合带动所述传动轴四转动,所述传动轴四通过所述齿轮一与所述齿圈啮合带动所述传动轴一转动,所述传动轴一通过所述搅棍对所述混合腔内原料进行搅拌。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述隔绝装置包括所述混合腔内开设有与所述机体外前后互通的导向槽一,所述导向槽一内以所述传动轴一为对称中心前后位置对称滑动设有隔板一,所述导向槽一右侧设有与其互通的传动腔二,所述传动腔二前侧壁固定安装有电机二,所述电机二后侧壁转动安装有蜗杆,所述传动腔二上下壁之间前后位置对称转动设有传动轴五,所述传动轴五上从上至下依次固设有连杆、齿轮二,前后侧所述齿轮二相互啮合,前侧所述传动轴五上固设有与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述输送腔内壁上固设有对所述输送腔内原料进行加热使其溶化的加热器,所述输送腔内所述传动轴二上固设有将溶化的原料送入所述制粒腔内的螺旋片,所述制粒腔内设有将溶化的原料制成颗粒状的制粒装置。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述制粒装置包括所述制粒腔内固定安装的制粒轮,所述制粒轮上以所述传动轴二为中心环形阵列开设有导向槽二,所述导向槽二右侧壁上开设有导料槽,且每个所述导向槽二内的导料槽尺寸不一,所述制粒腔内壁上开设有与所述导向槽二位置数量相对应且与所述机体外互通的导向槽三,所述导向槽三与所述导向槽二内滑动设有隔板二,所述隔板二远离所述机体一侧末端固设有把手,所述制粒轮套设于所述传动轴二上,所述传动轴二右侧末端固设有刀片,所述机体右侧壁上固定安装有水泵,所述制粒腔右侧壁上固设有多个喷嘴,所述喷嘴之间用连接槽连通,所述连接槽与所述蓄水腔之间用水管连接,且设于所述水泵上,所述蓄水腔右侧壁开设有与所述机体外互通的出料口,所述蓄水腔左侧壁固设有过滤网,所述过滤网穿过所述出料口延伸至所述机体外。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以通过所述传动轴一上的所述搅棍对原料进行搅拌,还可以通过拔出对应的所述隔板二改变制粒尺寸;本发明操作简便,制造成本低,可实现原料的混合,并将其溶化后制成不同尺寸的颗粒。

另外,在一个实施例中,所述输送腔33内壁上固设有对所述输送腔33内原料进行加热使其溶化的加热器30,所述输送腔33内所述传动轴二32上固设有将溶化的原料送入所述制粒腔24内的螺旋片31,所述制粒腔24内设有将溶化的原料制成颗粒状的制粒装置57。
另外,在一个实施例中,所述制粒装置57包括所述制粒腔24内固定安装的制粒轮49,所述制粒轮49上以所述传动轴二32为中心环形阵列开设有导向槽二50,所述导向槽二50右侧壁上开设有导料槽51,且每个所述导向槽二50内的导料槽51尺寸不一,所述制粒腔24内壁上开设有与所述导向槽二50位置数量相对应且与所述机体10外互通的导向槽三18,所述导向槽三18与所述导向槽二50内滑动设有隔板二19,所述隔板二19远离所述机体10一侧末端固设有把手45,所述制粒轮49套设于所述传动轴二32上,所述传动轴二32右侧末端固设有刀片46,所述机体10右侧壁上固定安装有水泵22,所述制粒腔24右侧壁上固设有多个喷嘴20,所述喷嘴20之间用连接槽21连通,所述连接槽21与所述蓄水腔27之间用水管23连接,且设于所述水泵22上,所述蓄水腔27右侧壁开设有与所述机体10外互通的出料口25,所述蓄水腔27左侧壁固设有过滤网26,所述过滤网26穿过所述出料口25延伸至所述机体10外。
初始状态时,两侧所述隔板一53处于闭合状态,将所述混合腔12与所述输送腔33阻绝,所述隔板二19靠近所述传动轴二32一侧末端与所述传动轴二32接触,所述蓄水腔27内注入一定量水。
开始工作时,将原料导入所述混合腔12内,所述电机一38启动带动所述传动轴二32转动,所述传动轴二32通过所述带轮一36、所述皮带34以及所述带轮二39带动所述搅拌装置55运作,通过所述传动轴一13上的所述搅棍11对原料进行搅拌混合。
当原料混合完后,所述电机二29启动通过所述蜗杆47与所述蜗轮52啮合带所述隔绝装置56运作,使得两侧所述隔板一53分离,将所述混合腔12与所述输送腔33连通,原料从所述混合腔12落入所述输送腔33内。
进行制粒时,所述加热器30启动对原料进行加热使其溶化,根据需要颗粒大小,拔出对应所述隔板二19,所述传动轴二32通过所述螺旋片31带动溶化的原料向右移动,并从所述导向槽二50从挤入所述制粒腔24内,同时通过所述刀片46将其切割成一定长度的颗粒,所述刀片46切割的同时,通过所述水泵22将水从所述蓄水腔27喷洒在所述制粒轮49上,使原料冷却凝固,切割下的颗粒落在所述过滤网26上,滑出所述机体10内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以通过所述传动轴一上的所述搅棍对原料进行搅拌,还可以通过拔出对应的所述隔板二改变制粒尺寸;本发明操作简便,制造成本低,可实现原料的混合,并将其溶化后制成不同尺寸的颗粒。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子材料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述隔绝装置包括所述混合腔内开设有与所述机体外前后互通的导向槽一,所述导向槽一内以所述传动轴一为对称中心前后位置对称滑动设有隔板一,所述导向槽一右侧设有与其互通的传动腔二,所述传动腔二前侧壁固定安装有电机二,所述电机二后侧壁转动安装有蜗杆,所述传动腔二上下壁之间前后位置对称转动设有传动轴五,所述传动轴五上从上至下依次固设有连杆、齿轮二,前后侧所述齿轮二相互啮合,前侧所述传动轴五上固设有与所述蜗杆啮合的蜗轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高分子材料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述输送腔内壁上固设有对所述输送腔内原料进行加热使其溶化的加热器,所述输送腔内所述传动轴二上固设有将溶化的原料送入所述制粒腔内的螺旋片,所述制粒腔内设有将溶化的原料制成颗粒状的制粒装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高分子材料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述制粒装置包括所述制粒腔内固定安装的制粒轮,所述制粒轮上以所述传动轴二为中心环形阵列开设有导向槽二,所述导向槽二右侧壁上开设有导料槽,且每个所述导向槽二内的导料槽尺寸不一,所述制粒腔内壁上开设有与所述导向槽二位置数量相对应且与所述机体外互通的导向槽三,所述导向槽三与所述导向槽二内滑动设有隔板二,所述隔板二远离所述机体一侧末端固设有把手,所述制粒轮套设于所述传动轴二上,所述传动轴二右侧末端固设有刀片,所述机体右侧壁上固定安装有水泵,所述制粒腔右侧壁上固设有多个喷嘴,所述喷嘴之间用连接槽连通,所述连接槽与所述蓄水腔之间用水管连接,且设于所述水泵上,所述蓄水腔右侧壁开设有与所述机体外互通的出料口,所述蓄水腔左侧壁固设有过滤网,所述过滤网穿过所述出料口延伸至所述机体外。
