本发明提供的是即食阿胶红糖补血片,其是药食两用的营养补益食品,目的是解决人们对零食的爱好,同时又获得补血养颜的功效。主要采用经人类食用几千年证明具有补血功能的阿胶红糖和红枣花生芝麻,经科学蒸烤粉碎压制构成成品,适宜除了糖尿病患者外的所有人,尤其是无牙齿的老人小孩食用。

背景技术:与本发明最相近的食品有很多种,如芝麻糖、花生糖、花生芝麻糖等,但含有中国国药补血中药阿胶和大枣的花生芝麻糖片未见有产品面世,本发明便是填补这一空白的产品之一。
发明内容:在传统的甜香食品类中,花生芝麻糖片流传世间时间最早也流传最广,其香甜可口百吃不厌,而且还具有温胃补脾益精生血的作用,但脾胃实热的人群贪吃反而会生热上火引起喉痛胃炎等问题,为了克服上述缺点,并增强发挥该产品的补血营养人体的功效和保留该产品的香甜口味不变差的目的,又适合男女老幼食用,采用新的制作方法,改变工艺流程,使之转变性质,克服原有缺点,发挥其优点,使之成为一种新型补血食品。下面是创新的制作方案。
实施方式:采取将产品原料花生利用120-150度热气烤熟变香打成颗粒粉,将芝麻采用蒸汽蒸熟晒干打粉,将大红枣取肉切碎粒,将红糖加水煮至可拔丝的糖浆,将阿胶用蒸茏佯化成阿胶浆,然后按重量计量将上述材料按花生占30%、芝麻占30%、大红枣肉占30%、红糖糖浆占9%、阿胶浆占1%的份量加入刚出锅未冷却翻沙的红糖浆之中混合,均匀摊于模板格中压实冷却切成方块片即为成品,其工艺流程同制作传统花生芝麻糖片一样,或者将上述原料冷拌均匀,采用月饼印模或饼干模器将混合均匀的原料放入模中压成月饼或饼干后,再入蒸笼蒸5-10分钟,取出凉干或晒干即是成品。本产品香甜适口,符合无牙老幼食用,其营养价值,尤其是其补血养颜的作用比原传统的花生芝麻糖效果好,该产品克服了体质有热的人群多食上火生热的缺点,变成了老少佳宜食用的平补营养食品。据新旧医书、电视广告、报纸记载:阿胶是中国相传药用几千年的国宝级补血药材,其补血作用不可质疑,另一种食药两用的大红枣,包括小红枣均是人类食用了几千年的补血益脾营养美容的食材之一,其补益作用也是举世公认的。还有红糖,也是我们中国及世界食用了几千年的补血之材,就连三岁小孩都懂得它是一种甜甜的补血药物。另有花生和芝麻都是家喻户晓的药食两用的补气又补血,益胃又健脾的好食材,几千年来人类把它们组合制成花生芝麻糖和花生乳,芝麻糊食用了几千年,养生了人类亿万人。如今申请发明人将之古为今用,创新制作方法,克服了原有缺点,发挥它们的补血特点,重新组合构成本发明产品,非常适宜除了患有糖尿病的人之外的男女老少,当作营养美容健身补血的食品放心食用。笔者的孙子经医院体检证实是再生障外性贫血,即地中海贫血症,经服用阿胶浆配花生芝麻糖半年,现已血检恢复正常。当然,也不可因为香甜可口,任意大量拿来当饭吃,每天二至三次,每次吃一至二两即可。该产品更适合创业的厂家老板采纳生产制作推广市场销售营利。

1.即食阿胶红糖补血片其特征是:采取将产品原料花生利用120-150度热气烤熟变香打成颗粒粉,将芝麻采用蒸汽蒸熟晒干打粉,将大红枣取肉切碎粒,将红糖加水煮至可拔丝的糖浆,将阿胶用蒸茏佯化成阿胶浆,然后按重量计量将上述材料按花生占30%、芝麻占30%、大红枣肉占30%、红糖糖浆占9%、阿胶浆占1%的份量加入刚出锅未冷却翻沙的红糖浆之中混合,均匀摊于模板格中压实冷却切成方块片即为成品,其工艺流程同制作传统花生芝麻糖片一样,或者将上述原料冷拌均匀,采用月饼印模或饼干模器将混合均匀的原料放入模中压成月饼或饼干后,再入蒸笼蒸5-10分钟,取出凉干或晒干即是成品。
