本发明涉及聚酯薄膜,特别涉及一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜及其制备方法,该聚酯薄膜能够用作汽车窗膜,黏贴在汽车车窗的外面。
背景技术
汽车玻璃上的贴膜具有多种功能,主要作用是挡紫外线、阻隔部分热量以及防止玻璃飞溅导致的伤人、防眩光等情况发生,此外,它也可以减少车内物品以及人员因紫外线照射造成的损伤,通过物理反光,降低车内温度,减少汽车空调的使用,从而降低油耗,节省一部分开支,传统的汽车前档用薄膜外观为透明薄膜,功能单一,抗紫外效果低,隔热性能差,薄膜清晰度不够好,影响驾驶员视野。
发明内容
为了解决现有汽车车窗外贴膜的透光率低、抗紫外效果差、雾度高的问题,本发明提供一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜及其制备方法。本发明提供的聚酯薄膜的透光率高,抗紫外线效果好,雾度低,从而驾驶员的视野足够清晰;且该聚酯薄膜的红外线阻隔率高、隔热性能好,进一步解决了现有汽车车窗外贴膜隔热性差的问题;进一步的,该聚酯薄膜的强度高,具有抗爆功能。进一步的,该高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜的胶黏层与车窗的剥离力高,在玻璃碎裂的情况下,能将碎玻璃粘在胶黏层上,碎玻璃不易到处飞溅,也提高了薄膜的抗爆能力。本发明提供的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜能够用作汽车车窗的外贴膜,黏贴在汽车车窗的外面。

本发明提供一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,所述聚酯薄膜依次包括镀膜层、第一功能层、芯层、第二功能层、金属隔热层、粘结层、PET基膜层、和胶黏层。
进一步的,所述聚酯薄膜依次包括镀膜层、第一功能层、芯层、第二功能层、金属隔热层、粘结层、PET基膜层、胶黏层、和剥离层。
进一步的,所述芯层为透明层。进一步的,所述芯层的透光率大于76%。

所述镀膜层的材料选自空心二氧化硅纳米球或空心二氧化硅纳米管。
进一步的,所述镀膜层为空心二氧化硅纳米球和/或空心二氧化硅纳米管形成的膜层。
具体操作方法:采用PEVCD法(等离子体增强化学气相沉淀法),将二氧化硅镀到第一功能层上,二氧化硅形成空心二氧化硅纳米球或空心二氧化硅纳米管。所述镀膜层的厚度为1-10μm,该层与金属镀膜相比,不氧化褪色,更易维护,经久耐用,且具有优异的红外线阻隔性能。
进一步的,所述金属隔热层为铝镀层(或称镀铝层)。进一步的,通过真空磁控溅技术在第二功能层表面镀上一层对红外线有较高反射率的纳米级金属铝颗粒,形成铝镀层。作为金属隔热层,该层厚度为1-10μm。
所述第一功能层和第二功能层统称为功能层,所述功能层包括下述成分:聚酯60%~80%,和抗粘连母粒20%~40%。所述百分含量为质量百分含量。

进一步的,所述PET基膜层,在制备过程中,先用0.9-20%PET和0.1-10%无机抗粘粒子制备成抗粘母粒,再将剩于的PET与抗粘母粒加入挤出机制备PET基膜层。
所述胶黏层为胶黏剂层,所述胶黏剂选自聚氨酯胶黏剂,或丙烯酸酯胶黏剂中的一种或至少两种的混合。所述胶黏层的厚度为1-5μm。
所述离型层的作用是防粘,且易剥离。使用时,将离型层剥离去掉,将胶黏层粘贴到车窗的外表面。
进一步的,所述功能层包括60-62%的PET聚酯,38-40%的PET抗粘连母粒。所述芯层包括98.6-98.8%PET聚酯,1.2-1.4%隔热抗紫外功能母粒;所述第一功能层和第二功能层统称为功能层。进一步的,所述功能层中的抗粘连母粒包括无机抗粘连粒子和粘结材料;所述粘结材料包括硅烷偶联剂3.5-4.7%,抗氧剂0.6-0.7%,热稳定剂0.7-0.8%,和PET聚酯94-95%;所述硅烷偶联剂,抗氧剂,热稳定剂,和聚酯的总量为100%;所述无机抗粘连粒子(二氧化硅)的含量占粘结材料的30-32%。所述百分含量为质量百分含量。进一步的,所述芯层中的隔热抗紫外功能母粒包括97-98%的PET聚酯,1.5-1.6%的紫外阻隔剂和0.5-1.4%的红外阻隔剂;所述百分含量为质量百分含量。进一步的,所述PET基膜层包括PET95-98%,无机抗粘粒子2-5%。所述镀膜层为空心二氧化硅纳米球形成的膜层。所述金属隔热层为铝镀层。所述粘结层的材料选自聚酰胺胶黏剂。所述胶黏层的材料选自聚氨酯胶黏剂。所述镀膜层的厚度为1μm,金属隔热层的厚度为1μm,粘结层的厚度为1μm,PET基膜层的厚度为12μm,胶黏层的厚度为1μm。所述功能层的厚度为4-5μm,芯层的厚度为15-16μm,功能层和芯层的总厚度为20μm,功能层与芯层厚度比例为20-25:75-80。前述技术方案包括实施例1-4。
所述镀膜层和芯层及金属隔热层组成薄膜的阻隔层:镀膜层由空心二氧化硅纳米球或空心二氧化硅纳米管形成,镀膜层反光率低,不刺眼,对紫外线具有较高的反射率;金属隔热层也称为纳米级金属铝颗粒层,对红外线具有较高的反射率;芯层的隔热抗紫外功能母粒中包含紫外线和红外线阻隔剂,进一步增强了薄膜对红外线及紫外线的阻隔性能;
功能层:开口剂(开口剂又称为抗粘剂,指功能层中的抗粘连母粒),使薄膜的清晰度进一步提高(即雾度下降),提高驾驶者更加良好的视野;
金属隔热层和PET基膜层(PET基膜层为高强度、高透明PET聚酯膜)及胶黏层组成薄膜抗暴层:金属隔热层和PET基膜层提高了拉伸强度,能缓解受到的外部冲击力。
本发明还提供上述高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜的制备方法,所述制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)采用三层共挤工艺制备第一功能层(A层)、芯层(B层)和第二功能层(A层),形成ABA三层共挤薄膜;
(2)在步骤(1)得到的薄膜的第一功能层上制备镀膜层;
(3)在步骤(2)得到的薄膜的第二功能层上制备金属隔热层;
(4)制备PET基膜层;
(5)在PET基膜层的上表面涂布胶黏剂形成粘结层,并通过粘结层与金属隔热层粘结在一起;
(6)在PET基膜层的下表面涂布胶黏剂形成胶黏层。
进一步的,在步骤(6)中,在PET基膜层的下表面涂布胶黏剂形成胶黏层,并通过胶黏层与离型层粘结在一起。
进一步的,上述步骤(1)包括下述具体步骤:
(1)将芯层和功能层原料通过吸料系统送至相应的料仓内,通过计量泵控制主挤出机和辅挤出机挤出熔体质量比为75~85:25~15(芯层和两个辅层的总质量数为100),各原料在主挤和辅挤出机中经270~285℃熔融、抽真空,再经精度为15μm的过滤器过滤,除去原料熔体中的水分、低聚物和杂质后作为主挤和辅挤的熔体;所得主挤熔体和辅挤熔体在ABA型三层模头中汇合熔融挤出温度为270~290℃,所用过滤器精度为15~25μm,所述模头温度为268~285℃。
(2)由三层模头挤出的熔体通过静电附片的方式密贴附到冷鼓表面进行铸片,冷鼓温度设定为25~30℃,所得铸片厚度为160~860μm,经牵引进入纵拉区进行纵向拉伸形成薄膜,纵拉后的薄膜进入横拉区进行横向拉伸形成薄膜。
(3)所述步骤(2)中纵拉区可分为预热段、拉伸段和冷却定型段,预热段温度为65~75℃,拉伸段温度为70~80℃,冷却定型段温度为25~45℃,纵向拉伸倍率设定为3.2~3.6。
(4)所述步骤(2)中横拉区可分为预热段、拉伸段、定型段和冷却段,预热段温度为85~105℃,拉伸段温度为100~130℃,定型段温度为200~240℃,冷却段温度为35~60℃,横向拉伸倍率设定为3.6~4.0。
(5)步骤(2)所得的薄膜进入牵引系统进行测厚反馈、展平、除静电和收卷,获得厚度为12~20μm的聚酯薄膜(依次包括功能层,芯层和功能层)。
进一步的,所述功能层中的抗粘连母粒的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)无机抗粘粒子选自空心纳米二氧化硅微球,所述空心二氧化硅纳米微球(也简称为空心二氧化硅纳米球)可以自市场购买,也可以自己制备。进一步的,所述空心纳米二氧化硅微球的制备方法如下:
将5g苯乙烯和0.5g PVP加入装有90mL蒸馏水的250mL四口烧瓶中,磁力搅拌,通氮气保护约30分钟,而后水浴70℃保温度,然后将5g过硫酸钾1%的水溶液加入四口瓶中,氮气气氛保护下,反应约24小时。将2.5g上述聚苯乙烯乳液加入到装有90mL蒸馏水的250mL三口烧瓶中,磁力搅拌,室温条件下将1mL浓NH3·H2O加入三口烧瓶中,搅拌约30min后,将5mL正硅酸四乙酯50%的乙醇溶液逐滴加入三口烧瓶中,反应约7.5小时后结束反应。将上述反应液离心得到白色固体,将这些白色固体加入到盛有四氢呋喃的烧杯中,浸泡反应24小时,然后再离心得到白色固体,用丙酮反复洗涤白色固体,最后再冷冻干燥,得到空心二氧化硅纳米微球保存备用。
(2)PET抗粘连母粒的制备
将步骤(1)得到的空心二氧化硅纳米微球添加硅烷偶联剂、抗氧剂、热稳定剂及PET聚酯树脂先以400~600r/min的转速混合18~22min,然后转速调至1500~2000r/min混合10~15min,再以200~500r/min的转速混合15~20min,将共混物熔融挤出造粒得到PET抗粘连母粒。
进一步的,所述芯层中的隔热抗紫外功能母粒(也称为PET隔热抗紫外剂)的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
将PET大有光颗粒、紫外阻隔剂、红外阻隔剂,按照比例加入混料器中;
(1)先以500~600r/min的转速混合5~10min,然后转速调至2000~25000r/min混合3~8min,再以500~600r/min的转速混合5~10min;
(2)最后将混合好的原料投入双螺杆挤出机中挤出,制备得到隔热抗紫外功能母粒。
挤出熔融各区段温度:1区:230℃,2区277℃,3区291℃,4区294℃,5区289℃,6区285℃,7区284℃,8区285℃。
与现有聚酯薄膜相比,本发明提供的聚酯薄膜透光率高,雾度低,抗紫外线效果好,从而薄膜的清晰度高,能提供给驾驶员更舒适的观察视野;此外该薄膜红外线阻隔率高、拉伸强度高、剥离强度高,具有十分优异的隔热性能和抗爆性能。

具体实施方式
为了更易理解本发明的结构及所能达成的功能特征和优点,下文将本发明的较佳的实施例,并配合图式做详细说明如下:
如图2所示,本发明提供一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,所述聚酯薄膜依次包括镀膜层1、第一功能层2、芯层3、第二功能层4、金属隔热层5、粘结层6、PET基膜层7、胶黏层8、和剥离层9。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明提供一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,所述聚酯薄膜依次包括镀膜层1、第一功能层2、芯层3、第二功能层4、金属隔热层5、粘结层6、PET基膜层7、和胶黏层8。
所述芯层包括98.8%PET聚酯,1.2%隔热抗紫外功能母粒;所述第一功能层和第二功能层统称为功能层,所述功能层包括60%的PET聚酯,40%的PET抗粘连母粒。
所述功能层中的抗粘连母粒包括二氧化硅无机抗粘连粒子和粘结材料;所述粘结材料包括硅烷偶联剂4.7%,抗氧剂0.6%,热稳定剂0.7%,和PET聚酯94%;所述硅烷偶联剂,抗氧剂,热稳定剂,和聚酯的总量为100%;所述二氧化硅的含量占粘结材料的30%。所述百分含量为质量百分含量。
所述芯层中的隔热抗紫外功能母粒包括98%的PET聚酯,1.5%的紫外阻隔剂和0.5%的红外阻隔剂;所述百分含量为质量百分含量。
所述PET基膜层包括PET97%,无机抗粘粒子3%。
所述镀膜层为空心二氧化硅纳米球形成的膜层。
所述金属隔热层为铝镀层。
所述粘结层的材料选自聚酰胺胶黏剂。
所述胶黏层的材料选自聚氨酯胶黏剂。
所述镀膜层的厚度为1μm,金属隔热层的厚度为1μm,粘结层的厚度为1μm,PET基膜层的厚度为12μm,胶黏层的厚度为1μm。
所述功能层的厚度为5μm,芯层的厚度为15μm,功能层和芯层的总厚度为20μm,功能层与芯层厚度比例为25:75。
实施例2
如实施例1提供的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,其中,所述芯层包括98.7%PET聚酯,1.3%隔热抗紫外功能母粒;所述第一功能层包括:60%的PET聚酯,40%的PET抗粘连母粒。
实施例3
如实施例1提供的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,其中,所述芯层包括98.6%PET聚酯,1.4%隔热抗紫外功能母粒;所述第一功能层包括60%的PET聚酯,40%的PET抗粘连母粒。
实施例4-8
如实施例1提供的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,其中,各技术参数如表1、表2、表3和表4中所示。
对比例1
如实施例1提供的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,该对比例与实施例1不同之处仅在于所述功能层包括90%PET聚酯,10%抗粘连母粒。其余原料与原料用量及制备方法和条件均与实施例1相同。

将上述实施例1-8所制备的薄膜和对比例1制备的薄膜的性能进行检测,测试方法如下:
(1)雾度/透光率测试:根据国家标准GB/T2410来检测薄膜清晰度;
(2)紫外阻隔率(UV(%))和红外阻隔率(IR(%)):使用LS182太阳膜测试仪进行检测;紫外阻隔率越高说明薄膜的抗紫外线效果越好。红外阻隔率越高说明薄膜的抗红外线效果越好,薄膜的隔热性越好。
(3)拉伸强度:根据国家标准GB/T13542.2来检测薄膜的拉伸强度,拉伸强度越高,抗爆效果越好。
(4)剥离强度:根据国家标准GB/T31849-2015来检测薄膜的剥离强度。
实施例1-8制备的薄膜和对比例1制备的薄膜的主要性能检测结果如表5所示。

由表5可知,本发明提供的一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜具有良好的隔热性和抗紫外、红外能力,并且该薄膜雾度低、清晰度高,强度高、抗爆性好,且表面平整光滑。特别的,实施例1-4提供的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜的综合性能更好。

Claims (4)

1.一种高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,其特征在于,所述聚酯薄膜依次包括镀膜层、第一功能层、芯层、第二功能层、金属隔热层、粘结层、PET基膜层、和胶黏层;
所述镀膜层为空心二氧化硅纳米球和/或空心二氧化硅纳米管形成的膜层;所述镀膜层厚度为1-10μm;
所述第一功能层和第二功能层包括下述成分:聚酯60%-80%,和抗粘连母粒20%-40%;所述抗粘连母粒包括无机抗粘连粒子和粘结材料;所述粘结材料包括硅烷偶联剂1%-4.7%,抗氧剂0.4%-0.7%,热稳定剂0.5-0.9%,和聚酯94%-98%;所述粘结材料中的所述硅烷偶联剂,所述抗氧剂,所述热稳定剂,和所述聚酯的总量为100%;所述无机抗粘连粒子的含量占所述粘结材料的20%-40%;所述第一功能层和所述第二功能层厚度均为1.5-5μm;
所述芯层包括下述成分:聚酯98%-98.8%,和隔热抗紫外功能母粒1.2%-2.0%;所述芯层中的所述隔热抗紫外功能母粒包括96%-98%的聚酯,1.5%-2%的紫外阻隔剂和0.5%-2%的红外阻隔剂;所述芯层厚度为8.5-17μm;
所述PET基膜层包括PET90-99.9%,无机抗粘连粒子0.1-10%;所述PET基膜层厚度为12-20μm;
所述金属隔热层厚度为1-10μm;
以上所述百分含量均为质量百分含量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,其特征在于,所述聚酯薄膜依次包括镀膜层、第一功能层、芯层、第二功能层、金属隔热层、粘结层、PET基膜层、胶黏层、和剥离层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜,其特征在于,所述金属隔热层为铝镀层。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述高透光高清晰抗爆聚酯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)采用三层共挤工艺制备第一功能层、芯层和第二功能层,形成ABA三层共挤薄膜;
(2)在步骤(1)得到的薄膜的第一功能层上制备镀膜层;
(3)在步骤(2)得到的薄膜的第二功能层上制备金属隔热层;
(4)制备PET基膜层;
(5)在PET基膜层的上表面涂布胶黏剂形成粘结层,并通过粘结层与金属隔热层粘结在一起;
(6)在PET基膜层的下表面涂布胶黏剂形成胶黏层。
