技术领域
本发明涉及一种弱消光塑料薄膜领域,具体涉及一种具有消光效果的弱消光塑料薄膜,还涉及表面保护膜以及在汽车内屏幕保护中的应用。
背景技术
塑料薄膜是现有技术中广泛应用的一种高分子材料,其广泛应用于工业、农业和日常生活中。在实际使用中发现,其具有较强的反光性,在强光照射下,具有强反光,长时间注视会引起眼部的不适,对其进行消光处理成为现有技术中亟待解决的问题,但需要选择合适的组成和消光剂保证弱消光塑料薄膜的综合性能。表面保护膜是一种塑料薄膜和粘合剂组成的膜层材料,其可以同时具有表面保护、消光和透光的性能。这也就要求塑料薄膜具有更佳的、更多的性能需要平衡,并需要考虑弱消光塑料薄膜与粘合剂的配合,粘合剂层也不能对消光效果有明显的影响。
随着汽车行业的快速发展,车内中控台大屏幕成为标配,且屏幕尺寸由逐渐增大的趋势。但随着中控台屏幕尺寸的增大,提高车辆档次同时,也存在一定的弊端,就是在夜间行车时,屏幕亮度过大,对驾驶员眼睛有一定的刺激,故可以选择一种表面保护膜,在一定程度上降低亮度,但不能过度降低导致白天屏幕亮度不够。现有技术也没有明显意识到该问题,也没有可以平衡上述诸多性能的弱消光塑料薄膜以及表面保护膜。为了解决该问题,发明人进行了长期、艰苦的研发,得到一种可以基本满足上述要求的弱消光塑料薄膜和表面保护膜。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明中弱消光塑料薄膜通过三层结构,具体为:基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层,得到一种具有一定强度且具有明显消光效果的薄膜,其附着力增强层的设置使两层融为一体,层间作用力很强。其通过对祥光无机颗粒与基体数值配比的严格控制,并同时选择了合适的消光度参数,得到具有降低亮度,但不影响实际使用效果的弱消光塑料薄膜。
在此基础上,在弱消光塑料薄膜表面设置合适的粘合剂层,得到一种具有实际应用前景的表面保护膜。同时,还提供了弱消光塑料薄膜和表面保护膜在光学表面,进一步在显示屏保护中的应用。
为了达到上述效果,采用了如下的技术方案。
技术概述

技术详述
本发明主要包含三个主题,分别为弱消光塑料薄膜、表面保护膜及应用,下面分别进行详细介绍:
弱消光塑料薄膜
本发明的弱消光塑料薄膜主要包含三个层,分别为基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层,其中消光涂层包括基体树脂和消光无机颗粒。其中基材层属于基本强度提供,消光涂层属于一个功能涂层,为的是赋予弱消光塑料薄膜以消光特性,由于不同聚合物之间相容性存在一定问题,故进一步设置了附着力增强层,以提高消光涂层在基材层表面的附着力,使三层融为一层,不会分层。
所述基材层的材质包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯或其混合物,基材层中必须含有1-20wt%的乙烯-辛烯共聚物。由于本发明需要在较为薄的情况下具有较好的柔韧性,故选择了聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁烯,为了进一步提高其性能,加入了一定的乙烯-辛烯共聚物,并限定了具体的用量,如果加入乙烯-辛烯共聚物含量小于1%时,则无法实现加入乙烯-辛烯共聚物增柔的技术效果;如果加入乙烯-辛烯共聚物含量大于20%,则增柔效果过大,导致后期弱消光塑料薄膜的强度较低,无法满足实际使用的需要。
所述消光涂层由基体树脂和消光无机颗粒组成,其中消光无机可以是纳米二氧化钛颗粒或纳米二氧化硅颗粒,两者都是较为常见的消光组分,均具有消光效果,对于其用量,消光无机颗粒与基体树脂的比例为1:100-150,消光颗粒过少的话,难以实现其消光效果;消光颗粒过大的话,消光程度过大,会导致在显示屏幕亮度过低,影响屏幕在白天或强光条件下的实际使用效果。
为了进一步对其消光程度的限定,发明进一步利用消光度的参数进行了限定,所述塑料薄膜的消光度在18-23%。在此范围内效果最佳。通过消光无机颗粒与基体树脂的比例、消光度参数的选择,得到具有良好的使用效果,不在上述两个参数限定的范围内,其效果不佳;如果仅仅第一个消光无机颗粒与基体树脂比例落入本发明的范围,其消光度不一定会落入发明要保护的消光度范围,最终消光度还是要受到基体树脂以及助剂种类和用量的综合影响,因此,采用两个参数进行限定是具有必要性和科学性的。
为了提高消光无机颗粒良好的分散性,其基体树脂为聚烯烃树脂和聚酯树脂的混合物,所述聚烯烃树脂为基材层层材质相同的聚合物,所述聚酯树脂为PET、PTT或PBT中一种或几种的混合物。如果仅仅使用聚烯烃或者聚酯树脂,其二氧化钛分散性不好,且与附着力增强层的作用力不能满足要求。作为优选技术方案,所述聚烯烃树脂与聚酯树脂的重量比为1:3-6。在此范围内,二氧化钛分散性和附着力增强剂的效果都是最佳的,属于最优选的技术方案。
附着力增强层是弱消光塑料薄膜中一个重要的组分,所述粘附力增强层为与基材层层材质相同的聚合物、偶联剂、增粘树脂,三者的重量比为100:5-8:25-32。其采用与基材层相同的树脂,提高层间作用力,并进一步采用偶联剂和增粘树脂,可以提高涂层的作用力、与涂层中无机颗粒的作用力,同时满足了基材层与涂层增强作用力的需要。其中偶联剂可以提高涂层无机颗粒的附着力,而增粘树脂具有普遍增粘特性,可以提高涂层聚合物的作用力。增粘树脂没有特别的限定,现有技术中常见的种类均可以达到相近的效果,但本发明中增粘树脂的用量是高于常规用量的,这一点是需要特别注意的。
弱消光塑料薄膜中各层的设置,主要在于聚合物种类的选择,既要满足单层实际性能的需要,又可以满足层间作用力。
弱消光塑料薄膜的三层厚度,基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层的厚度分别为50-250μm、10-20μm和25-80μm,在优选范围内,其效果最优。
表面保护膜
表面保护膜是实际使用的一种形式,其包含基膜和粘合剂层,基膜采用上述弱消光塑料薄膜,在弱消光塑料薄膜基材层一侧设置粘合剂层,另外一侧可以设置耐磨层,其中耐磨层不含增光效果的组分。
对于粘合剂的组成,没有十分特别的限制,仅要求其对弱消光塑料薄膜具有较强的粘接强度,可以为聚氨酯粘合剂、丙烯酸粘合剂或橡胶粘合剂中的一种,而有机硅粘合剂就无法满足需求。
为了进一步提高粘合剂对基材膜的粘接强度,优选其粘合剂中也含有2-8wt%的乙烯-辛烯共聚物。如果不含有2-8wt%的乙烯-辛烯共聚物,其层间粘接强度明显降低。
对于厚度,基材膜和粘合剂层优选为300μm和100-200μm。
应用
本发明的目的都是为了屏幕的消光性保护,其可以广泛应用于各类屏幕的表面保护,本发明其更具针对性的涉及汽车内显示屏幕的保护。达到降低屏幕亮度,减少在夜间行车中屏幕过高的亮度对驾驶员或乘坐者眼睛的刺激。
有益的技术效果

为了扩展其使用,还将弱消光塑料薄膜制备了表面保护膜,使其使用方便,其中粘合剂特选择的,使其在实际使用中可以延长使用时间。其主要应用是在屏幕保护,进而是汽车内显示屏幕的保护。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只是用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。以下制备例和实施例各原料的单位为重量份。
【制备例】
树脂1:
100重量份聚乙烯和20重量份的乙烯-辛烯共聚物混合组成;
树脂2:
100重量份聚乙烯和25重量份的乙烯-辛烯共聚物混合组成;
树脂3:
100重量份聚乙烯和1重量份的乙烯-辛烯共聚物混合组成;
【实施例】
实施例1:
该实施例中弱消光塑料薄膜具有基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层;其中基材层由树脂1制成,厚度200μm;粘附力增强层由100重量份树脂1、偶联剂8重量份和增粘树脂32重量份制备得到,厚度20μm;消光涂层由树脂1和PET聚酯树脂质量比为1:4组成的基体树脂组成,其中基体树脂和纳米二氧化钛的质量比为120:1,该层厚度为80μm。制备中,粘附力增强层和消光涂层依次涂布在基材层表面。
实施例2-5
实施例2-5分别将实施例1中的树脂1替换为树脂2、树脂3、聚乙烯和聚丁烯,其他用量和组分同实施例1。
实施例6
粘附力增强层中的树脂1替换为聚乙烯,其他组分和用量同实施例1。
实施例7
消光涂层中不采用纳米二氧化钛,其他组分和用量同实施例1。
实施例8和9
消光涂层中树脂1和PET聚酯树脂质量比分别为1:8、1:2,其他组分和用量同实施例1。
实施例10
消光涂层中PET聚酯树脂替换为聚氨酯树脂,其他组分和用量同实施例1。
实施例11
该实施例中弱消光塑料薄膜具有基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层;其中基材层由树脂1制成,厚度200μm;粘附力增强层由100重量份树脂1、偶联剂5重量份和增粘树脂28重量份制备得到,厚度20μm;消光涂层由树脂1和PET聚酯树脂质量比为1:3组成的基体树脂组成,其中基体树脂和纳米二氧化钛的质量比为120:1,该层厚度为80μm。制备中,粘附力增强层和消光涂层依次涂布在基材层表面。
实施例12
该实施例中弱消光塑料薄膜具有基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层;其中基材层由树脂1制成,厚度200μm;粘附力增强层由100重量份树脂1、偶联剂3重量份和增粘树脂25重量份制备得到,厚度20μm;消光涂层由树脂1和PET聚酯树脂质量比为1:5组成的基体树脂组成,其中基体树脂和纳米二氧化钛的质量比为120:1,该层厚度为80μm。制备中,粘附力增强层和消光涂层依次涂布在基材层表面。
应用例1
实施例1中弱消光塑料薄膜表面涂覆150μm厚的粘合剂层,粘合剂层为含有2-8wt%的乙烯-辛烯共聚物的聚丙烯酸粘合剂。
应用例2
实施例1中弱消光塑料薄膜表面涂覆150μm厚的粘合剂层,粘合剂层为纯聚丙烯酸粘合剂。
测试方法:
本发明的涂层附着性是采用GB/T1720-79进行测试;
本发明的消光度为(1-透光率%)进行表征,其中透光率采用GB/T2410-2008测试得到。
本发明表面消光片采用GB/T2792-1998进行测试层间剥离强度。

在实际使用中,附着性达到1级或者2级是可以满足基本需要,但达到4级以上,在实际使用效果较差;对于消光度,当大于23%时,会使透光率较低,屏幕亮度过低,影响白天强光下使用,而当小于18%时,消光效果不佳,夜间形成开启屏幕后还存在刺激眼睛的问题。
因此,本发明选择的特定选择和用量是可以满足上述对附着性和消光度的双重需要,其消光度还是通过TiO2用量以及消光度两个参数进行限定,单纯用TiO2用量难以保证其必然可以达到上述效果,解决了现在技术中没有关注但实际影响使用效果的问题,暂时没有简单相关的技术报道。

Claims (6)

1.一种弱消光塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述弱消光塑料薄膜包括基材层、粘附力增强层和消光涂层,其中消光涂层包括基体树脂和消光无机颗粒,消光无机颗粒与基体树脂的比例为1:100-150,所述塑料薄膜的消光度在18-23%;
基体树脂为聚烯烃树脂和聚酯树脂的混合物,所述消光无机颗粒为纳米二氧化钛颗粒;所述聚烯烃树脂与聚酯树脂的重量比为 1:3-6 ;
所述基材层的材质包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯或其混合物,基材层中必须含有1-20wt%的乙烯-辛烯共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弱消光塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述粘附力增强层为与基材层层材质相同的聚合物、偶联剂、增粘树脂,三者的重量比为100:5-8:25-32。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弱消光塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚烯烃树脂为基材层层材质相同的聚合物,所述聚酯树脂为PET、PTT或PBT中一种或几种的混合物。
4.一种表面保护膜,其包含基膜和粘合剂层,其特征在于:所述基膜为权利要求1-3中任一所述的弱消光塑料薄膜,所述粘合剂设置在弱消光塑料薄膜的基材层一侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的表面保护膜,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为聚氨酯粘合剂、丙烯酸粘合剂或橡胶粘合剂中的一种,所述粘合剂中必须含有2-8wt%的乙烯-辛烯共聚物。
6.权利要求1-3任一所述的弱消光塑料薄膜或权利要求4-5任一所述的表面保护膜在汽车内显示屏保护中的应用。
