Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of aquaculture, and relates to an early breeding method for crayfish seedlings.
Background
Procambarus clarkii (Procambarus clarkii), commonly known as freshwater crayfish, has become the most rapid and potential variety for the development of aquaculture industry in China, especially plays an important role in a paddy field culture mode in recent years, and the newly increased culture area of rice shrimps aggravates the tension situation of crayfish seedlings. At present, although the total output of crayfish is increasing every year, the crayfish consumption market is fierced, and the demand and price of commercial crayfish rise all the way. At present, the offspring seed market mainly comprises naturally propagated spring offspring seeds, the crayfishes begin to mate in the cave after entering autumn every year, the spawning period in the cave in winter is more than 40 days, and during the period, the crayfishes are produced and sold into slack seasons including Hainan period, and only sporadic crayfishes are supplied to the market. From 2 months to 4 months per year, the crayfishes in the traditional culture pond are not yet on the market, so that the crayfishes in the period have less sources and large demand, and the average price of the crayfishes is promoted to be the highest all the year round. The only way to solve the problem of the bland winter is to promote the crayfish fries to breed in advance, transfer the crayfish fries into a greenhouse for breeding and cultivation, and appear on the market early after the crayfish fries are bred.

Step (4), during transportation of the crayfish parents, wind prevention, sun protection and moisture maintenance are achieved, and the transportation time is not more than 6 h; putting parent shrimps: feeding crayfish parents in the beginning of 9 months and stockingThe density is 100kg/667m2The male-female ratio is 3:1, the average specification requirement of the parent shrimps is more than 30 g/tail, the constitution is strong, no injury or disease exists, the appendages are complete, and the color is bright; before the parent shrimps are put into the pond, 3-5% of salt water is used for washing for 2min for disinfection so as to kill the pathogens of the shrimps; when the shrimp is put into the pond, the parent shrimps are uniformly put on the bank side of the pond ridge, and put in a plurality of places, so that the parent shrimps can not gather in one place to be put in, and then the parent shrimps can climb into the water by themselves.
And (5) after the parent shrimps are put into the pond, carrying out intensive cultivation for about 30 days, and carrying out rotary feeding on the parent shrimps by adopting a mixed feed of crude protein 36, soybeans and iced fresh fish: feeding 3 days of compound feed with 36 percent of crude protein, 1 day of soybeans and 1 day of iced fresh fish in sequence, wherein the feeding amount is 10 percent of the total amount of parent shrimps in a daily period every 5 days;
during parent shrimp cultivation, 2-3 female shrimps are randomly caught every 5-7 days, the broomcorn are stripped, the gonad development condition is observed, and schedule management is enhanced: water temperature control, water level regulation, water oxygenation and water quality management;
controlling water temperature: the water temperature of the breeding pond in the greenhouse is kept above 20 ℃ and is not more than 28 ℃. After the parent shrimps are put in the pond for 9 months, the water temperature of the pond is still high, the plastic film does not need to be covered by the greenhouse, and a black sunshade net can be covered and/or underground water can be introduced to reduce the water temperature of the breeding pond; after 9 months, the greenhouse is covered with a plastic film when the water temperature is lower than 25 ℃ along with the gradual decline of the water temperature so as to keep the proper water temperature in the greenhouse.
Water level adjustment: before the parent shrimps are put into the intensive culture pond, the water level of the breeding pond is kept between 1 and 1.2 meters; after the intensive cultivation is finished, the water level is reduced, and the water level of the breeding pond is kept between 0.6m and 0.8 m;
oxygenation of a water body: periodically using micropore oxygenation equipment, starting micropore oxygenation continuously every noon (12: 00-14: 00) and night (22: 00-07: 00) until the emergence period of the crayfish is 11 months after the parent shrimp is thrown, and keeping the dissolved oxygen concentration of the water body above 4 mg/L;
water quality management: before the parent shrimps are put in, the transparency of a water body is kept at about 40cm, EM (effective microorganisms) is used for splashing for 1 time every 15 days, and the dosage is used according to the instruction; after the parent shrimps are put in, the transparency of the water body is kept at about 30cm, amino acid fertilizer water paste (Beijing fishery, Biotechnology Limited, Inc., according to the instruction) is applied for 1 time every 7-10 days according to the water color condition, and the compound EM bacteria is used for splashing for 1 time every 20 days.
Step (6), catching the parent shrimps and the shrimp seedlings: from the day of putting parent shrimps, breeding for about 2 months to 11 late ten days, feeding large-particle parent shrimp feed and small-particle juvenile shrimp feed simultaneously during the breeding period for avoiding killing between the parent shrimps and juvenile shrimps, wherein the feeding is performed for 1 time about 4 o' clock every afternoon, the feeding amount of the large-particle parent shrimp feed (the content of crude protein is 36%) is 0.5 kg/mu, and the feeding amount of the small-particle juvenile shrimp feed (the content of crude protein is 40%) is 0.25 kg/mu.
And (5) catching the bred parent shrimps in a large-mesh (4 cm-mesh) ground cage in time, and selling the parent shrimps on the market. The shrimp larvae are caught by a dense-eye (0.5 cm-0.8 cm) ground cage, the caught shrimp larvae are collected in a net cage because of large difference of water temperature inside and outside a greenhouse, a micropore oxygenation plate is arranged in the net cage for uninterrupted oxygenation, and young shrimp compound feed with 40% of crude protein is fed for intensive cultivation for about 15 days.
The shrimp fries after intensive culture are treated according to the ratio of 5000 fries/667 m2The breeding pond is released to breed the shrimps until no parent shrimps exist, the temperature difference of water temperature for survival of the shrimps before and after the release is controlled within 2 ℃, mixed feed with 36 percent of crude protein content is fed, the daily feeding amount is 8 percent of the initial weight of the shrimps, and the shrimps are bred for about 30 days, namely the commercial shrimps can be fished for sale in about 1 month. The time of coming into the market for culturing commercial shrimps by the first shrimp seedlings in the last 11 th month is at least 60 days earlier than that for culturing the commercial shrimps by the conventional external pond.
