本发明涉及一种饱腹营养代餐粥粉及其制备工艺;该代餐粥粉包括以下杂粮粉、果蔬粉、菌藻粉、坚果籽种粉、益生元、天然调味品、松花粉、大豆分离蛋白、大豆肽粉、砂仁提取物、橘皮提取物、马齿苋提取物、蒲公英提取物、茯苓提取物、荷叶提取物、百合提取物、佛手提取物、藿香提取物、决明子提取物和肉桂提取物;所述饱腹营养代餐粥粉的制备工艺为,首先配料、混合,然后60‑70℃下沸腾干燥5‑7分钟,冷却至35℃以下,放料,进行装袋包装,制备出饱腹营养代餐粥粉。本发明粥粉配方合理,营养丰富,食用方便,且药食同源,在提供营养的同时,可轻盈体态,改善皮肤和精神状态。

背景技术
所谓代餐(又名替餐、代餐食品),顾名思义就是取代部分或全部正餐的食物,常见的代餐形式有代餐粉、代餐棒、代餐奶昔以及代餐粥等。代餐除了能够快速、便捷的为人体提供大量的各种营养物质外,具有高纤维、低热量、易饱腹等特点。如利用魔芋为原料生产的鲜花派、五谷杂粮辗磨的杂粮粉。
代餐的产品有许多型态,当做卡路里控制餐使用时,所有代餐都有相同的效果,因此在选择代餐时,要选最适合自己口味、食用时机及脂肪含量最少的产品,并在食用前先详读标示,才能发挥代餐的效果。
代餐食品的加工工艺有铜锅炒制、石磨辗轧、低温烘焙、开水冲泡、等等。
