我国是世界上最大的小麦面粉食品生产国和消费国。伴随着科技的进步和生产工艺的优化提高,市场上产销的小麦面粉本来应该包含的营养却在减少,比如高营养的小麦胚芽被提取,含B族维生素非常丰富的麦麸被当成口感较差的物品没有得到充分利用,小麦面粉及其制品成了单一淀粉制品,完全不能满足人们全面均衡摄取营养的需要。利用现代工艺把蔬菜类、菌类、豆类和药食同源类等食物与全粒小麦有机结合在一起制成养生保健食品已经刻不容缓。

3)取出鸡蛋清和蛋黄,用于加工蛋糕或饼干或面条或方便面等;将蛋壳清洗、烘干;
4)将蛋壳、加工小麦得到的麦麸和其余原料(鲜品要烘干)加工成粒径不大于1000目的极细粉;
5)所有原料充分混合均匀得成品面粉;
根据权利要求1或2或3所述高营养全麦养生面粉,如果将面粉进行再加工,加工成馒头、饼干、蛋糕、挂面或方便面等,应将蛋壳粉与食醋按1比3混合放置24小时左右,再混合到面粉里加工得到其成品。
本发明有益效果:
一、本发明面粉中所含的鸡蛋壳、麦麸、燕麦、薏米、芋头、苦瓜、洋葱、韭菜、西蓝花、胡萝卜、金针菇、鸡蛋、紫菜、芹菜、银耳、黑木耳、海带、黑豆、莲子、玉竹、山药、鱼腥草、茯苓、百合、鸡内金、芡实、益智仁加工成粒径不大于1000目的极细粉,它们的营养成分充分释放出来,便于食用者充分消化吸收,营养利用率极高;小麦、豌豆和玉米加工成粒径不大于100目的细粉,粗细搭配,其制品更筋道、口感更好。

2)将小麦、豌豆、玉米加工成粒径不大于100目的细粉;
3)取出鸡蛋清和蛋黄,用于加工蛋糕或饼干或面条或方便面等;将蛋壳清洗、烘干;
4)将蛋壳、加工小麦得到的麦麸和其余原料(鲜品要烘干)加工成粒径不大于1000目的极细粉;
5)所有原料充分均匀混合、杀菌、真空包装得成品面粉。
