本发明公开了一种适合航天员体重控制的复合营养制剂,原料为:藜麦粉、燕麦粉、玉米粉、小米粉、糯米粉、粳米粉、高粱粉、蚕豆粉、荞麦粉、红薯粉、黄豆粉、红小豆粉、山楂粉、菊苣粉、南瓜粉、茭白粉、淡竹叶粉、红枣粉、芹菜粉、决明子粉、洋葱粉、槐花粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、白萝卜粉、绿豆粉、桔梗粉、桑叶粉、枸杞粉、苦瓜粉、乌梅粉、生姜粉、生菜粉、玫瑰花粉等160多种素食材料。本发明通过将粮、豆类、蔬菜、水果、花、种仁及功能性成分和调味料进行复配,产品富含碳水化合物、不饱和脂肪酸、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维等人体所需的六大营养素,保证了产品营养均衡合理,并且具有多种食疗功效,尤其适用于控制航天员的体重。

本发明涉及属于营养食品技术领域,具体涉及一种适合航天员体重控制的复合营养制剂。
背景技术
素食即将由动物身体各部位加工成的产品排除在外,一般的素食,定义为将蔬菜、谷类、菌藻、果品等植物类加工成各种制品食用。相关专家考证发现,古代“素食”有三义:一是蔬食,与现代解释一致;二是生吃瓜果植物,与天然纯素食非常相近;三是无功而食禄。佛教素食,不但强调禁“腥”动物肉,而且禁“荤”葱、姜、蒜、韭菜等气味强烈的蔬菜。现代意义的“素食”,指以植物油、植物性原料为主制作的食物。但无论怎么去考究素食的定义,其兴起的原因主要为:宗教信仰与伦理,饮食健康的需求,饮食简美的需求,低碳环保的需求。在我国,食素的观念从春秋战国时代就已经深入人心,如《礼记·玉藻》载:“逢子卯,稷食菜羹”。即每逢甲子、乙卯日,为了警戒并避免走上桀纣的奢侈腐化道路,在这几天要吃谷类主食和菜羹,禁止吃肉食。随着时代的发展,物质的丰裕,食肉不再是奢侈的事,反而带来疾病的大幅度增加,如当前流行的高血压、高血脂等“富贵病”,这一系列变化使得人们对饮食健康的关注度提高。而素食作为重要的养生之道,其主张少肥腻厚味、多清淡素食。《备急千金翼方》、《黄帝内经》等多部医学养生典籍都曾记载素食对于健康的益处。现代营养学也认为素食具有防癌、降低肝肾负担、减肥、预防心脑血管疾病等作用。因此,素食或素食文化已经不仅仅作为宗教的信仰,其已成为一种健康养生、低碳环保的现代生活方式。
目前,我国载人航天工程正逐步进入到空间站时代,航天员在太空中的执行任务及生活的时间不断增加,载人航天技术也将面临着“如何保障航天员在太空环境中长期生活”的问题,而其中之一就是要保证航天员在太空长期、稳定、优质的食品供应。在太空中,饲养肉用动物由于受限于空间、资源和废弃物排放的问题而很难实现;但种植谷物和蔬菜是可行的,因为植物在太空种植仅需提供光照和营养液。因此,对于航天员在太空环境中的长期生活,可提供持续的谷物、蔬菜等素食来维持其营养补给和能量消耗。另外,研究表明长期摄入素食可提供更长久的耐力和体力。基于以上,航天员进入太空执行任务时,需要进行素食训练,而进入太空执行任务也是主要携带和摄入素食,那么开发出适合于航天员在太空环境长期食用的素食产品意义重大。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种适合航天员体重控制的复合营养制剂,其精选上百种蔬菜、谷物杂粮、水果、豆类等素食原料,并搭配黑枸杞粉、鸡内金粉、决明子粉、蒲公英粉、栀子粉、桔梗粉、桑叶粉、蛹虫草粉、人参粉、白芷粉、芡实粉、枸杞粉等中草药和功能性植物原料,产品含丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、维生素、脂肪酸等营养物质,同时还含有γ-氨基丁酸、植物甾醇、大豆磷脂、乳清蛋白、水溶性膳食纤维、玛卡酰胺、玛卡稀、胃激素、挥发油、黄酮、多肽等活性成分;本发明产品复合营养制剂不仅可为航天员在太空执行任务和生活提供营养和能量补给,还具有增强抵抗力、缓解体力疲劳、调节人体机能、润肠通便、美容养颜等诸多功效作用,也可作为普通素食人群的营养补充食品使用;本发明产品以粮(杂粮)、豆类、蔬菜、水果、花、种仁等168种素食原料制备而成,富含膳食纤维,不含动物脂肪和高热量的原料,有利于控制航天员体重。

作为具体技术方案,所述复合营养制剂的制备方法为:
步骤1,将配方中的各原料粉碎、过筛,控制各原料的粒度为80~120目;粉体真密度采用全自动真密度测试仪进行测定(型号JW-M100A,厂家北京精微高博科学技术有限公司);
步骤2,计算步骤1得到的各原料的粉体真密度;
步骤3,按原料配方称重;
步骤4,在实际生产过程中,由于产品的配方种类较多,在混料中很难实现物料的均匀混合,尤其是原料的密度差异较大时,密度大的物料往往聚集在混料容器的底部,很难将物料混合均匀,因此采用下述a或b任一的方法进行混料:
a、每次投料1~5种原料至混料机内,混合5~10min后,再投入另外1~5种原料,直至所有原料全部投入至混料机内,最后再混合15~120min;其中,配方中各原料的投料次序按照粉体真密度从小至大的顺序依次投料至混料机;
b、按照配方中各原料粉体真密度从小至大的顺序排序,然后依次平均分成10~15个原料组,余数列入最后一个原料组;然后将不同原料组投入不同的混料机内混合15~30min,分别进行混料;之后将混料后的不同原料组投入至同一混料机内混合30~60min;
步骤5:分装、灭菌。
作为具体技术方案,所述步骤3中,混料机为真空混料机,混料时控制混料温度为12~25℃、真空度为0.85~0.98MPa。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种适合航天员体重控制的复合营养制剂,其特征在于制备方法为:
步骤1,将配方中的各原料粉碎、过筛,控制各原料的粒度为80~120目;
步骤2,计算步骤1得到的各原料的粉体真密度;
步骤3,按原料配方称重;
步骤4,采用下述a或b任一的方法进行混料:
a、每次投料1~5种原料至混料机内,混合5~10min后,再投入另外1~5种原料,直至所有原料全部投入至混料机内,最后再混合15~120min;其中,配方中各原料的投料次序按照粉体真密度从小至大的顺序依次投料至混料机;
b、按照配方中各原料粉体真密度从小至大的顺序排序,然后依次平均分成10~15个原料组,余数列入最后一个原料组;然后将不同原料组投入不同的混料机内混合15~30min,分别进行混料;之后将混料后的不同原料组投入至同一混料机内混合30~60min;
步骤5:分装、灭菌。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种适合航天员体重控制的复合营养制剂,其特征在于,所述步骤3中,混料机为真空混料机,混料时控制混料温度为12~25℃、真空度为0.85~0.98MPa。
