本发明的一种纱线抗污浸渍设备,利用原材料氟碳化合物共聚物、纳米氧化锌以及纳米微晶纤维素胶体制作抗污整理剂,纳米氧化锌具有良好的抗污抗菌效果,氟碳化合物共聚物能够进一步的提高纳米氧化锌的表面活性,进一步的提高纳米氧化锌的抗污抗菌性能,纳米微晶纤维素胶体溶于水中能够显著的提高溶液的交联性,进而能够增加抗菌整理剂与纱线表面的附着能力,将尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线制得的混纺纱线经过抗污整理剂浸渍,在混纺纱线的外表面先附着一层抗污整理剂,增加了本发明的抗污性能,抗污整理剂浓度控制在7.5%o.w.f,使得本发明更加耐洗,100次洗涤后,面料的抗污效果仍能保持98%以上。

背景技术
现如今,随着社会经济的不断提高,人们的生活水平也逐渐的提高,人们开始追求更高的生活品质,在选择服装时人们大都会选择品质更高、功能性更全面的面料,现在市面上的面料特性较单一,高弹性、透气性以及抗污性往往不能同时具备,很多人在锻炼身体比如跑步时,为了在运动的过程中便于汗水的蒸发,大都会选择一些透气性好的面料的衣服,比如纯棉的衣服,但纯棉服装的弹性不是很好,随着运动过程中人们较大幅度的动作对衣服的拉扯,使得衣服容易变形,例如专利号为201710207735.5的专利提出了一种透气透湿面料,该发明设计的一种透气透湿面料由经纱和纬纱交织成坯布后经染整制成,所述经纱与纬纱均为A纱与B纱按1:1的排列比进行穿经投纬,所述A纱和B纱均是采用赛络纺或赛络菲尔纺将再生纤维素纤维单纱与水溶性纤维呈螺旋状捻合而成的复合纱,众所周知,水溶性纤维的抗污性能较低,所制得的面料抗污性较差;同时,现有技术中,对于纱线的浸渍工艺中,是将整个卷绕有纱线的卷筒放进染缸中进行浸渍,由于纱线是缠绕在一起的,内部纱线不能很好的进行浸渍,浸渍效果较差,同时,由于现有技术中卷筒都是带有封闭空间内表面的,这样就更加阻碍了纱线浸渍效果,进一步的由于浸渍都需要放好液体后,再将纱线浸渍一段时间,因此,效率较低。
发明内容
针对背景中的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法,在对纱线进行浸渍时,可以使得纱线浸渍完全,且能够有效缩短浸渍时间,从而能够有效提高针织面料的透气抗污能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法,包括以下制作步骤:
A、选取尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维做为原材料;
B、将步骤A中的尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维分别送入绞捻机绞捻后,得到对应的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线;
C、将步骤B中得到的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线送入并捻机,在45℃的环境下进行并捻,得到混纺纱线M;
D、浸渍处理:将步骤C中得到的混纺纱线M送入染缸中,加入抗污整理剂溶液,进行浸渍,抗污整理剂溶液浓度7.5%o.w.f,溶液pH值为6.5-7.5,将染缸内溶液加热至60℃并对混纺纱线浸渍一段时间后,得到混纺纱线N;
E、将步骤D中的混纺纱线N送入离心机,在270r/min的转速下将混纺纱线N进行分离,得到混纺纱线O;
F、将步骤E中得到的混纺纱线O经过浆液压缩后,使得纤毛伏贴送入织布机进行纺织,得到坯布P;
G、将步骤F中得到的坯布P送入高压釜,并加入脱胶剂,加热至60℃,10分钟后得到坯布Q;
H、将步骤G中的坯布Q送入箱式烘干机烘干,然后经压延机拉幅定型,得到成品;
所述步骤D浸渍处理,具体包括:
①将框架卷筒两端分别卡入染缸两侧的环形旋转框上,将混纺纱线M一端引出,分别穿过染缸前端的导线槽以及导线器后,固定设置在框架卷筒的条形板上;
②打开导线器上端供混纺纱线M穿过的环套上的喷嘴,使得喷嘴内的抗污整理剂溶液喷出,驱动框架卷筒转动的电机转动,带动卷筒收卷纱线,同时,打开驱动导线器中的丝杆转动的电机工作,使得纱线能够均匀的缠绕在框架卷筒上;
③喷嘴内的抗污整理剂溶液喷出后,回流至染缸的底部,从而可以对缠绕在框架卷筒上的纱线进行浸渍;
④当纱线M完全缠绕上框架卷筒上后,继续喷射溶液,直到溶液完全将框架卷筒上的纱线浸渍;
⑤停止驱动框架卷筒转动的电机以及驱动丝杆转动的电机,将纱线M剪断;
⑥继续启动驱动框架卷筒转动的电机转动,从而能够带动纱线M在染缸中转动,充分使得纱线能够得到浸渍,转动5-10min后即可关闭电机电源;
⑦将染液放出,露出框架卷筒后,即可将框架卷筒取出,以备下步工序使用。
优选地,所述尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维的质量百分比为:尼龙纤维8%-15%、氨纶纤维12%-19%、毛竹纤维25%-35%以及棉纤维37%-58%。
优选地,所述尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维的质量百分比为:尼龙纤维10%-14%、氨纶纤维14%-17%、毛竹纤维27%-34%以及棉纤维40%-56%。
优选地,所述抗污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、选取氟碳化合物共聚物、纳米氧化锌以及纳米微晶纤维素胶体做为原材料;
b、按照质量份数将步骤a中的原材料溶于1000份水中,质量份数别为氟碳化合物共聚物为2-6,纳米氧化锌为1-3,纳米微晶纤维素胶体为3-7,然后将该溶液送入震荡搅拌器,并向该溶液中加入3份的脂肪酸溶液,脂肪酸溶液:7g/L,25分钟后得到溶液h;
c、将步骤b中的溶液h送入转炉中,充入氮气进行保护,然后加热至450℃,置于容器中降至室温并将pH值调节至7.5-8,得到抗污整理剂成品。
优选地,所述脱胶剂为双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合物。
优选地,所述双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的质量百分比为1∶2∶2。
优选地,步骤D浸渍处理中所使用的浸渍设备包括染缸,染缸的两端转动设置有环形旋转框,环形旋转框可转动设置于染缸上,染缸的前端设置有导线槽,导线槽的下端设置有导线器,导线器包括丝杆、滑块、支撑杆和套环,丝杆转动固定设置在染缸上,滑块内设置有与丝杆配合的螺纹孔,支撑杆固定设置于滑块上端,套环固定设置在支撑杆的上端,喷嘴均匀布置固定设置于套环的四周,喷嘴的另外一端连接存储有抗污整理剂溶液的容器,框架卷筒两端卡接入环形旋转框内,从而可以相对于染缸旋转,环形旋转框通过轴承设置于染缸内,环形旋转框通过设置凹槽结构卡设框架卷筒的边缘,在连接处使用密封橡胶进行密封;框架卷筒包括由多根条形板组成的主体结构;丝杆转动设置于染缸的两端,丝杆和框架卷筒均使用电机进行驱动转动;导线槽的长度小于框架卷筒的长度。
优选地,导线槽横向布置且与框架卷筒的轴线水平。
优选地,喷嘴设置有4个,均匀布置于套环的四周。
优选地,在染缸的下端设置有放液阀,以将染液放出。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果有:
1、在本发明的制备过程中,利用原材料氟碳化合物共聚物、纳米氧化锌以及纳米微晶纤维素胶体制作抗污整理剂,纳米氧化锌具有良好的抗污抗菌效果,氟碳化合物共聚物能够进一步的提高纳米氧化锌的表面活性,进一步的提高纳米氧化锌的抗污抗菌性能,纳米微晶纤维素胶体溶于水中能够显著的提高溶液的交联性,进而能够增加抗菌整理剂与纱线表面的附着能力,将尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线制得的混纺纱线经过抗污整理剂浸渍,在混纺纱线的外表面先附着一层抗污整理剂,然后再将混纺纱线纺织成布匹,增加了本发明的抗污性能,抗污整理剂浓度控制在7.5%o.w.f,使得本发明更加耐洗,100次洗涤后,面料的抗污效果仍能保持98%以上。
2、本发明通过选取尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维做为原材料,尼龙纤维和氨纶纤维具有良好的弹性,使所制得的面料具有良好的弹性,毛竹纤维具有良好的透气以及吸附性能,使所制得的面料具有良好的透气以及吸湿性能;
3、本发明使用框架结构的卷筒对需要进行浸渍的纱线进行卷收,同时在进行卷收的同时,对单根纱线进行喷射染液进行全方位浸渍,喷射后的染液又回流到染缸中,使得收卷纱线和添加染液的工序同时进行,缩短了工序加工时间,同时,染缸中导线槽长度小于框架结构的卷筒,因此,纱线缠绕在卷筒上后,会在卷筒两端留有缝隙空间,又由于使用的是框架结构的卷筒,因此,染液可以顺着卷筒两端留有的缝隙空间浸入卷筒内部,从而可以实现对纱线的全方位浸染,进一步提高浸渍效果。
4、染缸专门设置了与框架机构的卷筒两端进行匹配的环形旋转框,并且该环形旋转框能够相对于染缸进行转动,卷筒两端卡入环形旋转框后,再将纱线一端紧固在卷筒上即可进行浸渍作业,浸渍完成后,将染缸内的染液放出,取出卷筒即可进行下步工序;同时,由于卷绕纱线的为框架结构的卷筒,因此,在纱线进入到下个离心工艺时,可以将内部多余的染液甩出,进一步提高了后续工艺的技术效果。
5、染缸中导线槽的高度高于卷筒上表面,从而使得纱线完全卷绕上卷筒后,染液可以将卷筒完全浸没,而导线槽又不需要增加密封构件,同时也方便观察纱线是否完全收卷。
6、本申请浸渍步骤中,染液放置完成后,还可以驱动卷筒带动纱线转动,从而进一步提高纱线浸渍效果。

为了使本发明的技术方案更加明白,结合以下实例对本发明进行进一步的详细说明,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法,包括以下制作步骤:
A、选取尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维做为原材料;
B、将步骤A中的尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维分别送入绞捻机绞捻后,得到对应的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线;
C、将步骤B中得到的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线送入并捻机,在45℃的环境下进行并捻,得到混纺纱线M;
D、浸渍处理:将步骤C中得到的混纺纱线M送入染缸中,加入抗污整理剂溶液,进行浸渍,抗污整理剂溶液浓度7.5%o.w.f,溶液pH值为7.5,将染缸内溶液加热至60℃并对混纺纱线浸渍一段时间,优选15分钟后,得到混纺纱线N;
E、将步骤D中的混纺纱线N送入离心机,在270r/min的转速下将混纺纱线N进行分离,得到混纺纱线O;
F、将步骤E中得到的混纺纱线O经过浆液压缩后,使得纤毛伏贴送入织布机进行纺织,得到坯布P;
G、将步骤F中得到的坯布P送入高压釜,并加入脱胶剂,加热至60℃,10分钟后得到坯布Q;
H、将步骤G中的坯布Q送入箱式烘干机烘干,然后经压延机拉幅定型,得到成品。
所述尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维的质量百分比为:尼龙纤维11%、氨纶纤维15%、毛竹纤维28%以及棉纤维46%。
所述抗污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、选取氟碳化合物共聚物、纳米氧化锌以及纳米微晶纤维素胶体做为原材料;
b、按照质量份数将步骤a中的原材料溶于1000份水中,质量份数别为氟碳化合物共聚物为2-6,纳米氧化锌为1-3,纳米微晶纤维素胶体为3-7,然后将该溶液送入震荡搅拌器,并向该溶液中加入3份的脂肪酸溶液,脂肪酸溶液:7g/L,25分钟后得到溶液h;
c、将步骤b中的溶液h送入转炉中,充入氮气进行保护,然后加热至450℃,置于容器中降至室温并将pH值调节至7.5-8,得到抗污整理剂成品。
所述步骤D浸渍处理,具体包括:
①将框架卷筒5两端分别卡入染缸2两侧的环形旋转框6上,将混纺纱线M一端引出,分别穿过染缸2前端的导线槽4以及导线器7后,固定设置在框架卷筒5的条形板13上;
②打开导线器7上端供混纺纱线M穿过的环套11上的喷嘴8,使得喷嘴8内的抗污整理剂溶液喷出,驱动框架卷筒5转动的电机转动,带动卷筒受卷纱线,同时,打开驱动导线器7中的丝杆12转动的电机工作,使得纱线能够均匀的缠绕在框架卷筒5上;
③喷嘴8内的抗污整理剂溶液喷出后,回流至染缸2的底部,从而可以对缠绕在框架卷筒5上的纱线进行浸渍;
④当纱线M完全缠绕上框架卷筒5上后,继续喷射溶液,直到溶液完全将框架卷筒5上的纱线浸渍;
⑤停止驱动框架卷筒5转动的电机以及驱动丝杆12转动的电机,将纱线M剪短;
⑥继续启动驱动框架卷筒5转动的电机转动,从而能够带动纱线M在染缸中转动,充分使得纱线能够得到浸渍,转动5-10min后即可关闭电机电源;
⑦将染液3放出,露出框架卷筒5后,即可将框架卷筒5取出,以备下部工序使用。
优选地,步骤D浸渍处理中所使用的浸渍设备,如图1所示,包括染缸2,图1示出的染缸为方便观看内部结构后的部分剖视图,染缸2的两端转动设置有环形旋转框6,环形旋转框6可转动设置于染缸2上,染缸2的前端设置有导线槽4,导线槽4的下端设置有导线器7,导线器7包括丝杆12、滑块9、支撑杆10和套环11,丝杆12固定设置在染缸2上,滑块9内设置有与丝杆12配合的螺纹,支撑杆10固定设置于滑块9上端,套环11固定设置在支撑杆10的上端,喷嘴8均匀布置固定设置于套环11的四周,喷嘴8的另外一端连接存储有抗污整理剂溶液的容器,框架卷筒5两端卡接入环形旋转框6内,从而可以相对于染缸2旋转,优选地,如环形旋转框6通过轴承设置于染缸2内,环形旋转框6通过设置凹槽结构卡设框架卷筒5的边缘,优选地,为了防止染液泄露,在连接处使用密封橡胶进行密封;框架卷筒5包括由多根条形板13组成的主体结构,从而使得卷筒为框架结构;丝杆12转动设置于染缸2的两端,丝杆12和框架卷筒5均使用电机进行驱动转动;优选地,导线槽4横向布置且与框架卷筒5的轴线水平,导线槽4的长度小于框架卷筒5的长度;优选地,喷嘴8设置有4个,均匀布置于套环11的四周;在染缸2的下端设置有放液阀,以将染液放出。
所述脱胶剂为双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合物。
所述双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的质量百分比为1∶2∶2。
实施例2
一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法,包括以下制作步骤:
A、选取尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维做为原材料;
B、将步骤A中的尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维分别送入绞捻机绞捻后,得到对应的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线;
C、将步骤B中得到的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线送入并捻机,在45℃的环境下进行并捻,得到混纺纱线M;
D、浸渍处理:将步骤C中得到的混纺纱线M送入染缸中,加入抗污整理剂溶液,进行浸渍,抗污整理剂溶液浓度7.5%o.w.f,溶液pH值为6.5,将染缸内溶液加热至60℃并对混纺纱线浸渍一段时间,优选15分钟后,得到混纺纱线N;
E、将步骤D中的混纺纱线N送入离心机,在270r/min的转速下将混纺纱线N进行分离,得到混纺纱线O;
F、将步骤E中得到的混纺纱线O经过浆液压缩后,使得纤毛伏贴送入织布机进行纺织,得到坯布P;
G、将步骤F中得到的坯布P送入高压釜,并加入脱胶剂,加热至60℃,10分钟后得到坯布Q;
H、将步骤G中的坯布Q送入箱式烘干机烘干,然后经压延机拉幅定型,得到成品。
所述尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维的质量百分比为:尼龙纤维12%、氨纶纤维16%、毛竹纤维30%以及棉纤维42%。
所述抗污整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、选取氟碳化合物共聚物、纳米氧化锌以及纳米微晶纤维素胶体做为原材料;
b、按照质量份数将步骤a中的原材料溶于1000份水中,质量份数别为氟碳化合物共聚物为2-6,纳米氧化锌为1-3,纳米微晶纤维素胶体为3-7,然后将该溶液送入震荡搅拌器,并向该溶液中加入3份的脂肪酸溶液,脂肪酸溶液:7g/L,25分钟后得到溶液h;
c、将步骤b中的溶液h送入转炉中,充入氮气进行保护,然后加热至450℃,置于容器中降至室温并将pH值调节至7.5-8,得到抗污整理剂成品。
所述步骤D浸渍处理具体步骤与实施例一相同,步骤D浸渍处理中所使用的浸渍设备也与实施例一相同。
所述脱胶剂为双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合物。
所述双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的质量百分比为1∶2∶2。
实施例3
一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法,包括以下制作步骤:
A、选取尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维做为原材料;
B、将步骤A中的尼龙纤维、氨纶纤维、毛竹纤维以及棉纤维分别送入绞捻机绞捻后,得到对应的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线;
C、将步骤B中得到的尼龙纤维纱线、氨纶纤维纱线、毛竹纤维纱线以及棉纤维纱线送入并捻机,在45℃的环境下进行并捻,得到混纺纱线M;
D、浸渍处理:将步骤C中得到的混纺纱线M送入染缸中,加入抗污整理剂溶液,进行浸渍,抗污整理剂溶液浓度7.5%o.w.f,溶液pH值为7,将染缸内溶液加热至60℃并对混纺纱线浸渍一段时间,优选15分钟后,得到混纺纱线N;
E、将步骤D中的混纺纱线N送入离心机,在270r/min的转速下将混纺纱线N进行分离,得到混纺纱线O;
F、将步骤E中得到的混纺纱线O经过浆液压缩后,使得纤毛伏贴送入织布机进行纺织,得到坯布P;
G、将步骤F中得到的坯布P送入高压釜,并加入脱胶剂,加热至60℃,10分钟后得到坯布Q;

c、将步骤b中的溶液h送入转炉中,充入氮气进行保护,然后加热至450℃,置于容器中降至室温并将pH值调节至7.5-8,得到抗污整理剂成品。
所述步骤D浸渍处理具体步骤与实施例一相同,步骤D浸渍处理中所使用的浸渍设备也与实施例一相同。
所述脱胶剂为双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合物。
所述双氧水、硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的质量百分比为1∶2∶2。
对比例1
将实施例1中的纳米氧化锌去掉,其它配比和制备方法不变。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3和对比例1得到的成品按照分组均制成200毫米×200毫米见方的试片,各组试片均取200个,对每个试片做沾染油污处理,然后,对每个试片做同等程度的清水清洗10秒钟后,对每组试片的表面洁净程度做统计,结果见表1:

由表1数据可知,依照本发明所述的一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法所制得的面料,较普通面料具有明显提升的抗污能力,且将依照本发明所述的一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法制得的面料制成衣服并投放至市场,并做消费者反馈统计,结果显示,依照本发明所述的一种高弹透气抗污针织面料的生产方法制得的面料制成衣服能够兼具高弹性、透气性以及抗污性,更受消费者的青睐。

1.一种纱线抗污浸渍设备,其特征在于,所述浸渍设备包括染缸(2),染缸(2)的两端转动设置有环形旋转框(6),环形旋转框(6)可转动地设置于染缸(2)上,染缸(2)的前端设置有导线槽(4),导线槽(4)的下端设置有导线器(7),导线器(7)包括丝杆(12)、滑块(9)、支撑杆(10)和套环(11),丝杆(12)转动固定设置在染缸(2)上,滑块(9)内设置有与丝杆(12)配合的螺纹孔,支撑杆(10)固定设置于滑块(9)的上端,套环(11)固定设置在支撑杆(10)的上端,喷嘴(8)均匀布置固定设置于套环(11)的四周,喷嘴(8)的另外一端连接存储有抗污整理剂溶液的容器,框架卷筒(5)两端卡接入环形旋转框(6)内,从而能够相对于染缸(2)旋转,环形旋转框(6)通过轴承设置于染缸(2)内,环形旋转框(6)通过设置凹槽结构卡设所述框架卷筒(5)的边缘,在环形旋转框(6)和框架卷筒(5)之间的连接处使用密封橡胶进行密封;所述框架卷筒(5)包括由多根条形板(13)组成的主体结构;丝杆(12)转动设置于染缸(2)的两端,丝杆(12)和框架卷筒(5)均使用电机进行驱动转动;导线槽(4)的长度小于框架卷筒(5)的长度,导线槽(4)横向布置且与框架卷筒(5)的轴线水平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线抗污浸渍设备,其特征在于:喷嘴(8)设置有四个,均匀布置于所述套环(11)的四周。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纱线抗污浸渍设备,其特征在于:在染缸(2)的下端设置有放液阀,以将染缸(2)内的溶液放出。
