制备步骤:
步骤1:将52重量份海藻炭纤维、8重量份棉纤维以及40重量份阻燃芳纶纤维送入第一混棉机混合后制得第一混纺原料,将6重量份棉纤维、26重量份竹炭纤维、13重量份甲壳素纤维、30重量份马海毛纤维以及25重量份阻燃芳纶纤维送入第二混棉机混合后制得第二混纺原料;
步骤2:采用螺杆纺丝机将步骤1中的第一混纺原料纺织成第一纱线,采用螺杆纺丝机将步骤1中的第二混纺原料纺织成第二纱线,第一纱线捻度为350-400T/M,S捻,第二纱线捻度为350-400T/M,S捻;
步骤3:采用剑杆织机或喷气织机将第一纱线纺织成第一坯布,采用剑杆织机或喷气织机将第二纱线纺织成第二坯布,开口时间315°角,坯布规格:幅宽170-173cm,克重140-142g/m2;
步骤4:利用针线将步骤3中的第一坯布与第二坯布相互缝合制得基布;
步骤5:将步骤4中的基布进行染色制得染色基布;
步骤6:对步骤5中的染色基布进行漂洗;
步骤7:对步骤6中的染色基布进行脱水,脱水为离心式脱水,然后退捻开幅,拉幅烘干;
步骤8:将防水层粘贴在基布上制得成品面料;
依照GB/T 12704《纺织品织物透湿性试验方法》测得透湿率为5g/(m2*h)。

Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌蓄热防水服饰面料,包括防水层、蓄热层以及抗菌层,其特征在于:所述蓄热层通过针线与抗菌层相互缝和,所述防水层粘贴在蓄热层远离抗菌层的一面,所述蓄热层包括50-65重量份海藻炭纤维、5-10重量份棉纤维以及35-46重量份阻燃芳纶纤维,所述抗菌层包括6-10重量份棉纤维、22-31重量份竹炭纤维、13-18重量份甲壳素纤维、30-40重量份马海毛纤维以及23-28重量份阻燃芳纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌蓄热防水服饰面料,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1:将50-65重量份海藻炭纤维、5-10重量份棉纤维以及35-46重量份阻燃芳纶纤维送入第一混棉机混合后制得第一混纺原料,将6-10重量份棉纤维、22-31重量份竹炭纤维、13-18重量份甲壳素纤维、30-40重量份马海毛纤维以及23-28重量份阻燃芳纶纤维送入第二混棉机混合后制得第二混纺原料;
步骤2:采用螺杆纺丝机将步骤1中的第一混纺原料纺织成第一纱线,采用螺杆纺丝机将步骤1中的第二混纺原料纺织成第二纱线,第一纱线捻度为350-400T/M,S捻,第二纱线捻度为350-400T/M,S捻;
步骤3:采用剑杆织机或喷气织机将第一纱线纺织成第一坯布,采用剑杆织机或喷气织机将第二纱线纺织成第二坯布,开口时间315°角,坯布规格:幅宽170-173cm,克重140-142g/m2;
步骤4:利用针线将步骤3中的第一坯布与第二坯布相互缝合制得基布;
步骤5:将步骤4中的基布进行染色制得染色基布;
步骤6:对步骤5中的染色基布进行漂洗;
步骤7:对步骤6中的染色基布进行脱水,脱水为离心式脱水,然后退捻开幅,拉幅烘干;
步骤8:将防水层粘贴在基布上制得成品面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌蓄热防水服饰面料,其特征在于:所述防水层为聚氨酯薄膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌蓄热防水服饰面料,其特征在于:在所述拉幅烘干中,拉幅烘干的车速为35-40m/min,机上拉幅140-145cm,温度为160-165℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌蓄热防水服饰面料,其特征在于:在所述染色工序中,浴比1:12,采用含有乙烯砜和一氯均三嗪双活性基的活性染料,染料用量6-7g/L,Na2SO4用量65g/L-70g/L,Na2CO3用量25g/L-27g/L,螯合分散剂R-DL用量0.7-0.8g/L。
