在本发明的照明系统的另外优选设计方案中设置成,控制设备根据摆动角度激活或解除激活发光器件矩阵的可单独操控的发光器件中的至少一个。以该方式可使探照灯的照明区域(Beleuchtungsbereich)与摆动适配。优选地,针对性地解除激活可单独操控的发光器件中的各个,以便针对性地掩盖在车辆前面的各个区域,这极大地提高照明系统的可靠性。
在本发明的照明系统的另外优选设计方案中设置成,设置有传感器例如包括摄像机、雷达或红外线传感器用于检测位于探照灯的照明区域中的物体并且为了掩盖该物体可解除激活发光器件矩阵的相应的发光器件。物体例如可以是在前行驶的或迎面而来的车辆。特别有利地,这也可根据光模块的摆动角度实现,以便如此例如掩盖在转弯行驶中行驶在前的车辆。传感器也可包括基于因特网的定位系统,其调用在前行驶的车辆的方位。
本发明的第三方面涉及一种机动车,其带有根据本发明的根据先前的说明的探照灯和/或根据本发明的根据先前的说明的照明系统。
总地来说,换言之再次可以说,本发明涉及一种探照灯以及一种照明系统和一种带有探照灯的机动车,其中,探照灯将远光矩阵和近光联合在共同的可摆动的光模块中。
本发明的在该申请中所提到的不同实施形式(只要未在个别情况中不同地来实施)可有利地互相组合。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地示出根据本发明的用于车辆12(参见图3)的探照灯10的构造。此处仅示出探照灯10的壳体14,其在前部区域中以光盘16来封闭。在壳体14中布置有光模块18。光模块18包括发光器件矩阵20。在图1的下部中在左边示出,发光器件矩阵20包括多个可单独操控的发光器件22。可单独操控的发光器件22在当前示例中是发光二极管(Leuchtdiode)24。可识别出的是,光模块18在下部区域中包括带有发光二极管24的排(Zeile)。在发光器件矩阵20之上布置有另外的发光器件26。其在发光器件矩阵20之上形成另外的排。发光器件矩阵20用于产生可逐段激活的远光60。为了该目的,发光二极管24或发光器件22中的每个关联有至少一个折光元件28,例如用于远光31的准直透镜。折光元件28当前简化地示出。另外,为了产生(当前近光的)基础光分布56,另外的发光器件26关联有至少一个另外的折光元件30(例如用于近光32的准直透镜),其同样仅简化地示出。
在图1的上部中,在其中示意性地从侧面这里示出探照灯10,可识别出,光模块18在壳体14中围绕竖直轴34可摆动地来支承。尤其在图1中在下面在左边和右边示出,光模块18的支承在机械的摆动框架36处来实现。摆动框架36当前以门型结构方式来实施并且大约在中心容纳竖直轴34。竖直轴34可旋转地支承在上面的和下面的横梁38、40处。在所示出的探照灯10的示例中摆动框架36相对于壳体14经由未进一步示出的机构平移地在竖直和水平方向上可调节地支承,以便在装配时实现基本调整(Grundjustage)。光模块18相对于摆动框架36关于竖直轴34可摆动地来支承。竖直轴34的支承点在此相应位于摆动框架36的上横梁38和下横梁40中。在图1中在左下示出,在竖直轴34之下在摆动框架36中布置有传动装置42。另外在图1中在上部示出,在摆动框架36的基础结构44处设置有电驱动器46。电驱动器46能够将其驱动功率经由传动装置42和未示出的主轴传输到竖直轴34上用于使光模块18摆动。竖直轴34在此延伸通过光模块18的质量重心M。在确定质量重心时要考虑,光模块18可能包括另外的附装部件(Anbaukomponent),例如冷却体48。在图1中在右下为了说明再次示出光模块18的摆动区域50。
图2按照根据本发明的机动车52(其配备有根据本发明的照明系统54,其尤其包含图1中的根据本发明的探照灯10)示意性地示出可如何实现不同的光功能。图2在上部例如示出,如何利用探照灯10来产生以近光的形式的基础光分布56。在该情况中示出,光模块18如何围绕竖直轴34摆动了摆动角度α。接着使基础光分布56的照亮区域相应地摆动。图2在下部示出,除了在图2中在上部示出的情况之外如何激活可逐段激活的远光60。在马上驶入弯道的机动车52前面,另一车辆62已在弯道中在前行驶。还在图2中在下部示出的情况中机动车52的可逐段激活的远光60以光模块18围绕竖直轴34且以摆动角度α摆动。在此利用未示出的传感器58(此处摄像机68(参见图3))来检测另外的车辆62,其位于探照灯10的照明区域64中。接着将发光器件矩阵20的相应的发光器件22解除激活,使得另外的车辆62被掩盖或者不再位于照明区域64中。为了该目的,照明系统54评估另外的车辆62的摆动角度α以及由摄像机68所检测的位置并且如此计算要将发光器件矩阵20的哪个发光器件22解除激活。
图3示出根据本发明的机动车52,其配备有根据本发明的照明系统54。在机动车52的前部中布置根据本发明的探照灯10。照明系统54包括至少一个控制设备66。控制设备66能够操控安装在探照灯10中的光模块18。另外,控制设备66能够操控探照灯10的电驱动器46。由此引起光模块18的摆动。控制设备66也可集成在探照灯10的壳体14处或在其中。控制设备66还生成用于激活或解除激活光模块18的发光器件22、26的控制参数并且在此必要时考虑摆动角度α。为了该目的,控制设备66还能够处理机动车52所配备有的摄像机68的摄像机数据。优选地,控制设备66获得以坐标、例如另外的车辆62的坐标的形式的摄像机数据。为了推导出坐标,例如机动车52的已存在的车载电脑可预处理摄像机68的原始摄像机数据。利用摄像机68也以该方式可检测位于探照灯10的照明区域64中的其他物体。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆(12)的探照灯(10),其至少包括:
-壳体(14);
-光盘(16);以及
-光模块(18),其围绕竖直轴(34)可摆动地支承在所述壳体(14)中,
其中,所述光模块(18)包括带有多个可单独操控的发光器件(22)的至少一个发光器件矩阵(20),其中,为了产生可逐段激活的远光(60),所述发光器件(22)中的每个关联有至少一个折光元件(28,31),并且所述光模块(18)此外包括至少一个另外的发光器件(26),其为了产生基础光分布(56)关联有至少一个另外的折光元件(30,32),并且所述光模块(18)支承在机械的摆动框架(36)处,
其特征在于,所述摆动框架(36)相对于所述壳体(14)平移地在竖直和水平方向上可调节地支承,并且通过将所述光模块(18)挂在所述竖直轴(34)处,所述竖直轴(34)由所述摆动框架(36)承载并且延伸通过所述光模块(18)的质量重心(M),所述光模块(18)相对于所述摆动框架(36)可摆动地来支承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的探照灯(10),其特征在于,所述光模块(18)的至少一个折光元件(28,30,31 32)能够在至少一个自由度中机动地调整。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的探照灯(10),其特征在于,为了摆动所述光模块(18)设置有电驱动器(46),其布置在所述摆动框架(36)的基础结构(44)处。
4.一种照明系统(54),其包括至少一个根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的探照灯(10)以及至少一个控制设备(66),经由所述控制设备能够操控所述探照灯(10)的至少一个光模块(18)并且能够操控所述探照灯(10)的至少一个电驱动器(46)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的照明系统(54),其特征在于,所述控制设备(66)能够根据所述光模块(18)的摆动角度(α)操控所述光模块(18)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的照明系统(54),其特征在于,所述控制设备(66)根据所述摆动角度(α)激活或解除激活所述发光器件矩阵(20)的可单独操控的发光器件(22)中的至少一个。
7.根据权利要求4至6中任一项所述的照明系统(54),其特征在于,设置有传感器(58,68)用于检测位于所述探照灯(10)的照明区域(64)中的物体(62)并且为了掩盖所述物体(62)所述发光器件矩阵(20)的相应的发光器件(22)能够解除激活。
8.一种机动车(52),其带有根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的探照灯(10)和/或根据权利要求4至7中任一项所述的照明系统(54)。
