Test examples
Influence of different seed treatment methods on germination rate of cucurbita pepo seeds
Selecting 500 full and uniform sized cucurbita pepo seeds, A, B, C, D, E respectively, and sequentially performing the following treatment:
a: the zucchini seeds are treated by the seed treatment method in the embodiment 3 of the invention;

As is apparent from table 1, when the laser described in example 3 of the present invention is used in combination with the moisture absorption and drying method to treat the zucchini seeds, the germination rate of the zucchini seeds reaches 99.4% within 7 days, whereas when the group D of the conventional zucchini seed treatment methods is used, the germination rate of the zucchini seeds is only 77.4% within 7 days, and compared with the conventional methods, the germination rate of the zucchini seeds is increased by 22% by the method described in the present invention.

A selenium-rich summer squash organic soilless high-efficiency cultivation method comprises the steps of variety selection, matrix preparation, cultivation groove construction, seed treatment, soilless seedling raising, transplanting and field planting, fertilizer and water management and harvesting, and is characterized in that:
① preparing culture medium, mixing vegetable garden soil, coconut husk, folium Pini and sodium selenite at a weight ratio of 4:3:3:1, adding Lumbricus, standing for 20 days, covering with film, sealing for 10-12 days, and removing film for 7 days to obtain culture medium;

④ management of fertilizer and water, wherein after 1 week of planting, poly-gamma-glutamic acid with concentration of 0.1g/L is sprayed on roots of pumpkin seedlings, the water content of a root matrix is kept at 36-40%, after 20 days of planting, organic fertilizer leaching liquor is diluted by 100 times and applied, the amount of applied fertilizer is 15 g/plant and applied for 1 time every 10 days, when the plants enter a fruiting prosperity period, the amount of applied fertilizer can be increased to 30 g/plant, the water content of the root matrix is kept at 36-40% after 1 time every 10-15 days, vines of the pumpkin vines are hung in time when the vines of the pumpkin vines grow to 20cm, the organic fertilizer leaching liquor is obtained by leaching nitric acid with pH of 1 and the cultivation matrix according to the weight ratio of 5: 1, and the leaching temperature is kept at 25 ℃ for 24 hours at constant temperature.
