Abstract
The invention relates to the field of fertilizers, in particular to a medical fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid, which comprises the potassium phosphite, the mineral potassium fulvate and the polyglutamic acid, wherein the weight ratio of the potassium phosphite to the mineral potassium fulvate to the polyglutamic acid is 20-500:1:12-300, so that the yield of crops can be increased, and root rot can be effectively inhibited.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fertilizers, in particular to a pesticide-fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid.
Background
Because of long-term unreasonable application of chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers, soil pollution is aggravated, the concentration of single nutrients in soil is too high, the phase reaction inventory in soil is too large, harmful substances are generated in soil, the control difficulty of crop root systems is increased, the control effect is worse and worse, and the growth of crops is seriously influenced. Meanwhile, most of the pesticides and fertilizers cannot be applied simultaneously or are applied together, so that the respective effects are influenced, and the pesticides and the fertilizers need to be applied separately, so that the labor cost is increased. Therefore, the creation of novel pesticide-fertilizer products, particularly the development of pesticide-fertilizer products with good compatibility and environmental protection, is an important means for realizing sustainable development of agriculture.
Polyglutamic acid (gamma-poly-glutamic acid, abbreviated as gamma-PGA), also known as natto gum and polyglutamic acid, is a water-soluble, biodegradable, nontoxic biopolymer prepared by using a microbial fermentation method. The polyglutamic acid is a homo-polyamino acid polymerized by glutamic acid monomers through amido bonds, has the advantages of excellent biodegradability, super-strong adsorption, no toxicity and the like, and has multiple effects of reducing fertilizer nutrient loss, improving fertilizer utilization rate, regulating plant growth and the like when being added into a compound fertilizer. The fertilizer has obvious application effect on plants such as rice, wheat, corn, vegetables, fruit trees, flowers and the like, and can obviously improve the crop yield.
Potassium Phosphite (Potassium Phosphite), the molecular formula of phosphorous acid H3 PO 3, is a common acid, which has one oxygen atom less than phosphoric acid, but has significant differences from the physicochemical properties and uses of phosphoric acid. The application of potassium phosphite has been widely used, either as a bactericide or as a fertilizer, and in many cases, potassium phosphite is used as a fertilizer for supplementing phosphorus and potassium for crops.
The mineral potassium fulvate is a black powdery substance dissolved in water. It is an essential fertilizer in the plant growth process. Can promote plant growth, play an important role in drought resistance, improve the stress resistance of plants, increase yield and improve quality. The content of mineral potassium fulvate is more than 50% of fulvic acid, more than 12% of potassium oxide and the pH value is 9-11. The mineral source potassium fulvate has strong adsorption and ion exchange capacity which is 10-20 times higher than that of common soil, can exchange and adsorb salt ions in the soil, neutralize the salt ions and buffer the saline-alkali hazards, and flocculates with a soil particle structure to form a stable small fertilizer warehouse with water retention, fertilizer retention and ventilation. The mineral potassium fulvate chelates the medium and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, molybdenum and the like in soil, generates calcium humate, zinc and the like which have high solubility and are easy to be absorbed by crops, can be complexed with the solidified phosphorus and the solidified potassium in the soil, dissolves phosphorus and potassium, and has indispensable effects of improving disease resistance and stress resistance, increasing yield and improving quality. In addition, the mineral potassium fulvate participates in the synthesis of various enzymes, thereby increasing the drought and cold resistance, promoting the growth of root systems, promoting the activity of soil microorganisms and the like.
The three substances are widely applied to fertilizers, and one or two of potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid cannot exert good effects.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a pesticide-fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid, which can improve the crop yield and effectively inhibit root rot.

step one, adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, then adding mineral source potassium fulvate, and stirring at normal temperature for 30min at the stirring speed of 100 rpm;
step two, putting potassium phosphite into the reaction kettle in the step one, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7.5, heating to 55-60 ℃, stirring for 1h at a stirring speed of 200rpm to obtain a chelated state A liquid, and taking out for later use;
putting polyglutamic acid into deionized water, stirring at the speed of 100rpm for 30min at normal temperature to obtain solution B, and taking out for later use;

Further, in step two, the PH is adjusted by 10% potassium hydroxide or citric acid.

mixing a medical fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid with 10 hundred million/ml of bacillus subtilis, 2 hundred million/ml of bacillus licheniformis and 2 hundred million/ml of bacillus mucilaginosus to obtain a mixed liquid medicine;
and II, watering the peanuts in the seedling stage, before the peanuts bloom and after the peanuts fall, and watering the mixed liquid medicine and the irrigation water after the mixed liquid medicine is mixed, wherein the amount of the mixed liquid medicine is 5000g per mu.
A use method of a medical fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid comprises the following steps:

The polyglutamic acid can improve the absorption and utilization rate of mineral potassium fulvate, the utilization rate of phosphorous acid and the lasting period of the usage as a bactericide, can activate the inherent disease-resistant and stress-resistant activity of crops, and has a synergistic effect with the mineral potassium fulvate on the nutrient demand of the crops and the disease prevention and control of the potassium phosphite on the crops; has obvious disease resistance effect on crops in growing seasons.
Can improve the fertilizer absorption and utilization rate of crops. and II, watering the peanuts in the seedling stage, before the peanuts bloom and after the peanuts fall, and watering the mixed liquid medicine and the irrigation water after the mixed liquid medicine is mixed, wherein the amount of the mixed liquid medicine is 5000g per mu.

2. A method for preparing the medical fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid in claim 1, which comprises the following steps:
step one, adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, then adding mineral source potassium fulvate, and stirring at normal temperature for 30min at the stirring speed of 100 rpm;
step two, putting the potassium phosphite solution into the reaction kettle in the step one, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7.5, heating to 55-60 ℃, stirring for 1h at the stirring speed of 200rpm to obtain a chelated solution A, and taking out for later use;
putting polyglutamic acid into deionized water, stirring at the speed of 100rpm for 30min at normal temperature to obtain solution B, and taking out for later use;

mixing a medical fertilizer composition containing potassium phosphite, mineral potassium fulvate and polyglutamic acid with 10 hundred million/ml of bacillus subtilis, 2 hundred million/ml of bacillus licheniformis and 2 hundred million/ml of bacillus mucilaginosus to obtain a mixed liquid medicine;
and II, watering the peanuts in the seedling stage, before the peanuts bloom and after the peanuts fall, and watering the mixed liquid medicine and the irrigation water after the mixed liquid medicine is mixed, wherein the amount of the mixed liquid medicine is 5000g per mu.
