(2) seed treatment: selecting cucumber varieties with good quality, low temperature resistance, weak light, early maturity, dense prickling, strong plant growth without overgrowth, downy mildew resistance, main vine bearing melon, low female flower bearing level and high yield, airing the screened and stored seeds for 3h in sunlight, soaking the seeds in warm water at 60 ℃ for 30min, and then placing the seeds in a sealed environment at 27 ℃ for 4 days;
(3) sowing: adding nutrient soil into the seedbed, pressing out sowing holes, sowing 1-2 seeds in each hole, covering soil with the thickness of 1.5cm on the surfaces of the seeds, and sprinkling water until the matrix is wet;
(4) seedling culture: planting seeds in the soil to a depth of 1.2-1.5cm and a distance of 1.8-2cm, covering a mulching film after sowing, and controlling the temperature in the heat-preservation shed to be 28-30 ℃ in the daytime and not lower than 20 ℃ in the evening;
(5) planting: the lowest night temperature is higher than 5 ℃ at fixed value, the soil temperature at 0-10cm is higher than 12 ℃, the fixed value density ensures 4400 plants/mu, the large and small rows are fixedly planted, the small row spacing is 45cm, the large row spacing is 85cm, and the plant spacing is 35 cm;
(6) inserting a frame: after planting for 10 days, planting a frame, adopting a flower frame or a herringbone bracket, pulling a line along the ridge direction by 5-11cm away from the root, and hanging one line on the upper side of each cucumber seedling;
(7) pruning and pinching: only the main vine is reserved in the main vine melon-forming part, one or two leaves of the lateral vine melon-forming part are pinched after melon-forming, all tendrils are cut off, and when the stem exceeds the frame head, the tip is pinched or twisted in time;
(8) planting management: watering and intertilling in time, and watering the seedlings in the seedling-relaxing water 2-3 days after planting; controlling water, intertillage and squating seedlings before sitting on the cucumber; watering the root melons when the root melons grow 10-12 cm; the water is poured every 2-3 days in the result period.
Comparative experiment:
in the control group, a conventional planting mode is adopted, common turf and vermiculite are used as main raw materials as a matrix, seedling raising, transplanting and plant cultivation are carried out according to a normal management mode, relevant data are respectively counted, and the following table is obtained:
table 1 cucumber yield and appearance quality data:
the hardness was measured by a hardness meter.
Table 2 data on cucumber nutritional quality:
item | Control group | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 |
Soluble protein (pg/g) | 44.5 | 42.3 | 42.0 | 42.2 |
Free amino acid (ug/100g) | 356.2 | 325.5 | 322.1 | 323.8 |
Soluble sugar (Pg/g) | 0.47 | 0.55 | 0.58 | 0.54 |
Vitamin C (mg/100g) | 10.49 | 12.62 | 12.77 | 12.59 |
The data in tables 1 and 2 show that the cucumber yield of the cucumber cultivated by the method is obviously improved, the hardness is not much different, but the taste is obviously improved, the main reason is that carbohydrates in the growth process of the cucumber in the control group mainly generate soluble protein, so that the content of the soluble protein is increased, the content of vitamin C is reduced, and the taste is affected.
