本发明涉及一种具有前柱(front pillar)和除霜器吹出口的侧窗除霜装置(sidedefroster),其中,所述前柱从仪表板(instrument panel)的车宽方向外端部立起;所述除霜器吹出口设置于所述前柱并用于向侧窗玻璃吹风。
背景技术
根据下述专利文献1,公知有如下内容:在汽车上设置有后视镜的位置设置朝向车身后方的摄像头,在设置于前柱下端的仪表板上的显示装置上显示由摄像头拍摄到的车身后方的图像。

发明内容
【发明所要解决的技术问题】
然而,在将用于向侧窗玻璃吹风来除雾的侧窗除霜装置的除霜器吹出口设置于前柱的情况下,若在前柱的下端设置有用于显示车身后方的图像的显示装置,则除霜器吹出口和显示装置可能发生干涉,使从除霜器吹出口吹出的风难以有效地接触侧窗玻璃。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于,在前柱后方的仪表板上设置有显示装置的情况下,确保在前柱上具有除霜器吹出口的除霜装置的功能。
【用于解决技术问题的技术方案】
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的技术方案1,提出一种侧窗除霜装置,其具有前柱和除霜器吹出口,其中,所述前柱从仪表板的车宽方向外端部立起;所述除霜器吹出口设置于所述前柱且用于向侧窗玻璃吹风,该侧窗除霜装置的特征在于,在所述前柱后方的所述仪表板上设置有用于显示车外图像的显示装置,设置于所述除霜器吹出口的翅片指向所述显示装置的外壳的上壁。
另外,根据本发明的技术方案2,提出一种侧窗除霜装置,其特征在于,在技术方案1的结构的基础上,所述除霜器吹出口具有横翅片和纵翅片,所述纵翅片在俯视观察时指向所述外壳的车宽方向外壁。
另外,根据本发明的技术方案3,其特征在于,在技术方案2的结构的基础上,所述外壳的后端部具有朝向后方形成锥形的倾斜面,所述纵翅片在俯视观察时指向所述外壳的车宽方向外壁侧的所述倾斜面。
另外,根据本发明的技术方案4,其特征在于,在技术方案1~3中任一结构的基础上,所述外壳上壁的车宽方向外端的带圆角的第1角部的曲率半径比所述外壳上壁的后端的带圆角的第2角部的曲率半径大。

根据技术方案1的结构,侧窗除霜装置具有:前柱,其从仪表板的车宽方向外端部立起;除霜器吹出口,其设置于前柱并用于向侧窗玻璃吹风。在前柱后方的仪表板上设置有用于显示车外图像的显示装置,由于设置于除霜器吹出口的翅片指向显示装置外壳的上壁,因此,从除霜器吹出口吹出的风通过外壳的上壁扩散,其一部分向侧窗玻璃流动,据此,能够有效清除侧窗玻璃的雾气。

另外,根据技术方案4的结构,外壳上壁的车宽方向外端的带圆角的第1角部的曲率半径比外壳上壁的后端的带圆角的第2角部的曲率半径大,因此,指向外壳上壁的车宽方向外端的风通过曲率半径较大的第1角部向下偏转,从而能够有效清除侧窗玻璃前下部的雾气,另外,指向外壳上壁的后端的风通过曲率半径较小的第2角部被剥离,并从外壳向后方吹得较远,从而能够有效清除侧窗玻璃后部的雾气。

具体实施方式
下面,根据图1~图4对本发明的实施方式进行说明。另外,本说明书中的前后方向、左右方向(车宽方向)和上下方向以就座于驾驶席上的乘员为基准来定义。
如图1所示,在汽车的前排座椅的前方配置有沿车宽方向延伸的仪表板11,前柱12从仪表板11的车宽方向外端向后上方立起。配置在前排座椅的车宽方向外侧的无窗框车门(sashless door)、即侧门13具有侧窗玻璃14,侧窗玻璃14的前缘与设置于前柱12的密封部件15抵接。在侧门13的车宽方向上的外表面设置有用于拍摄车身后方的未图示的摄像头,在仪表板11的车宽方向外端设置有显示装置16,用于显示该摄像头的图像。摄像头和显示装置16构成代替现有技术中的后视镜的CMS(camera monitor system:摄像头监控系统)。
通过向侧窗玻璃14的内表面吹暖风来停止起雾的侧窗除霜装置具有除霜器吹出口17,该除霜器吹出口17在前柱12的下部后表面开口。从前柱12的下端向上纵长地延伸的除霜器吹出口17具有沿车宽方向配置的多片横翅片18、和在上下方向上连接多片横翅片18的1片纵翅片19,通过这些横翅片18和纵翅片19引导暖风向规定方向吹出。

显示装置16的外壳21具有沿大致水平延伸的上壁21a,除霜器吹出口17的下端与外壳21的上壁21a的前端连接,在从前后方向观察时除霜器吹出口17与外壳21的上壁21a重叠(overlap)。另外,显示装置16的外壳21的前壳22具有车宽方向外壁21b,所述车宽方向外壁21b从仪表板11的车宽方向外端向车宽方向外侧伸出,且大致垂直延伸,该车宽方向外壁21b与侧门13的侧窗玻璃14的前下部隔着空间α(参照图1和图3)相向。车门内衬(doorlining)13a上端的高度H3位于外壳21的车宽方向外壁21b的上端H1和下端H2之间(参照图2)。
在外壳21的上壁21a和车宽方向外壁21b之间沿前后方向延伸的第1角部21c以较大的曲率半径平滑地弯曲,另一方面,外壳21的上壁21a的后缘的沿车宽方向延伸的第2角部21d以比所述第1角部21c的曲率半径小的曲率半径较大地弯曲。另外,外壳21的后部、即后壳23的外周面构成以朝向后方顶端变细的方式形成锥形的倾斜面23a(参照图3)。
如图4所示,除霜器吹出口17与侧窗玻璃14的下半部相向,多个横翅片18中位于上侧的翅片以沿车宽方向观察时向水平或者斜上方引导暖风的方式倾斜,多个横翅片18中的位于下侧的翅片以沿车宽方向观察时向斜下方引导暖风的方式倾斜。另外,如图3所示,在俯视观察时除霜器吹出口17的纵翅片19所指向的方向(参照箭头B)向车宽方向外侧倾斜,并与显示装置16的外壳21的车宽方向外壁21b(参照图3的粗线)交叉。更具体而言,纵翅片19所指向的方向与后壳23的倾斜面23a交叉。
接着,对具有上述结构的本发明的实施方式的作用进行说明。
在侧门13的侧窗玻璃14的内表面起雾时,若从前柱12的除霜器吹出口17向后方吹出暖风,则该暖风被多个横翅片18中的上侧的横翅片18向水平方向或者斜上方引导,或者被下侧的横翅片18向斜下方引导,据此,吹到侧窗玻璃14的全部区域来除雾。此时,由于在除霜器吹出口17和侧窗玻璃14的前下部之间存在显示装置16的外壳21,因此,存在如下问题:暖风被该外壳21阻挡而尤其难以到达侧窗玻璃14的前下部,从而难以清除该部分的雾气。
如果使显示装置16的外壳21的位置靠近车宽方向内侧,则不会被外壳21阻挡而使暖风能够吹到侧窗玻璃14的前下部,但由于显示装置16具有现有技术中的后视镜的功能,因此,若使该位置向车宽方向内侧移动,则会远离现有技术中的后视镜的位置从而使驾驶人员产生违和感。
然而,根据本实施方式,除霜器吹出口17位于在前后方向观察时与外壳21的上壁21a在车宽方向上重叠的位置,并且,通过设置于除霜器吹出口17的纵翅片19和横翅片18,暖风的一部分吹向显示装置16的外壳21的上壁21a,因此,该暖风通过外壳21的上壁21a而向车宽方向扩散,其一部分流向侧窗玻璃14,据此,能够有效清除侧窗玻璃14的前下部的雾气。
特别是,除霜器吹出口17的下端位于与外壳21的上壁21a接触的位置,并且,除霜器吹出口17的纵翅片19在俯视观察时指向外壳21的车宽方向外壁21b(参照图3的箭头B),因此从除霜器吹出口17吹出的暖风没有浪费而被导向外壳21的上壁21a,并且穿过外壳21的车宽方向外壁21b与侧窗玻璃14之间的空间α而向下方流动,据此,能够进一步有效地清除暖风难以到达的侧窗玻璃14的前下部的雾气(参照图3和图4的箭头A)。
此时,显示装置16的外壳21的车宽方向外壁21b从仪表板11向车宽方向外侧伸出,并且覆盖侧门13的车宽方向内表面的车门内衬13a的上端的上下方向位置H3位于外壳21的上端H1和下端H2之间,因此,能够将通过外壳21的上壁21a扩散的暖风的一部分顺畅地导入外壳21的车宽方向外壁21b和车门内衬13a之间的空间α,不仅如此,由于外壳21的上壁21a和车宽方向外壁21b之间的第1角部21c为曲率半径形成得较大且带圆角的形状,因此,能够使通过外壳21的上壁21a扩散的暖风的一部分顺畅向下偏转而顺畅地导入到侧窗玻璃14的前下部。
