Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,原料包括香橼、佛手、枳(子)、橘皮、酸枣仁;经原料筛选清洗、过滤、提取、浓缩干燥、制粒、干燥、包装制得成品。本发明的增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒具有多种食用方式的食用品,可开水冲泡、煮粥或是入汤中食用,以及同面粉制作成糕点食用。具有调理疏肝理气、澄心涤虑、安神解郁的功能。解决了传统剂型的食用方式单一问题。本发明适于在预防及调理功能情况下多途径的使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药材食用制品,具体说是一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒及其制作方法,依据药食同源的中医理论,使用食品级中药按比例配制而成。
背景技术
由于生活环境的影响,以及工作压力的原因,经常熬夜、喝酒、无规律性的生活习惯、过度劳累,日积月累,导致身体方面的严重损害,给个人及家庭带了负担。
目前,对于上述严重病症者只能去看医生。而面对工作方面的情况,加之大多数人对此事不能引起足够的认识,又没有时间去医院,从而失去了有效的治疗时机。因此,提供一种能够疏肝理气、澄心涤虑、安神解郁的食用药物,已成为迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现状,本发明提供了一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,除具有疏肝理气、澄心涤虑、安神解郁的功能外,同时还具有多种食用方式。
本发明的另一目的,是提供了增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒的制作方法。从而实现了本发明的目的。
本发明的具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比:
香橼4-8份 佛手4-8份 枳(子)8-12份
橘皮4-8份 酸枣仁8-12份。
本发明中,所述具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比:
香橼5份 佛手5份 枳(子)10份
橘皮5份 酸枣仁10份。
本发明的具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒的制作方法,包括:
1、取上述原料进行筛选、清洗备用;
2、取原料,加入上述原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮两小时,过滤后得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、取原料渣,加入原料渣总重量8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤后得到二次提取液,弃原料渣;
4、取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用;
5、取提取粉,加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,制得颗粒,经干燥、包装得到食用颗粒成品。
本发明中,所述食用颗粒剂型为固态颗粒状。
为了充分体现本发明的功效及及无毒副作用,并对所选用的中草药原料的药理特性加以说明。
香橼:性温、味辛苦,酸,有理气降逆 、宽胸化痰的功效适用于胸腹满闷、咳嗽痰多等症状。
佛手:性凉味 甘,具有祛风解热,健脾开胃功效,用于风热犯肺、头痛、咽干、咳嗽、脾胃湿热诸証。
枳(子):味甘酸,性平。枳(子)中含有丰富的葡萄糖以及有机酸,有利于扩张血管,从而扩充血流量,利于治疗心神不安、心烦气躁。还具有解酒功能。
橘皮:味辛、苦,性温,归肺、脾经,具有理气宽中、燥湿化痰的功效。
酸枣仁:养肝,宁辛,安神,敛汗功效。对中枢神经系统的作用。酸枣仁有显著的镇静和催眠作用及抗惊厥作用。酸枣仁镇静安眠的有效成分是皂甙类和黄酮类化合物。酸枣仁皂甙的镇静催眠作用虽然不如安定,但其效果比安定更持久、平稳,而副作用小,是一种具有独特作用机制的安眠成分。
本发明的有益效果是:根据中医理论,选择药膳同源的中草药配制的食用颗粒剂型,具有吸收快、食用方便,易保存。该增强肝脏功能食用颗粒食用方式多样化,可开水冲泡饮用、加入煮粥或是汤中食用,以及同面粉制作成糕点食用。本发明的主要的特点是具有调理疏肝理气、澄心涤虑、安神解郁的功能,起到了良好的调理及预防作用。解决了传统剂型的食用方式单一的问题。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、对原料进行筛选,清洗后取:
香橼5克 佛手5克 枳(子)10克
橘皮5克 酸枣仁10克备用;
2、对上述原料,加入原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮2小时,过滤后得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、取原料渣,加入原料渣总重量8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤后得到二次提取液,弃原料渣;
4、取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用;
5、取提取粉,加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,制得颗粒,经干燥、包装得到增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒成品。
食用方式:
1、取2克食用颗粒放入500克开水中搅匀即可饮用。
2、将2克食用颗粒放入800克煮好的粥、汤中搅匀即可食用。
3、取6克食用颗粒与200克面粉混合均匀,制作成面点即可食用。

1.一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比:
香橼4-8份 佛手4-8份 枳(子)8-12份
橘皮4-8份 酸枣仁8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比:
香橼5份 佛手5份 枳(子)10份
橘皮5份 酸枣仁10份。
3.用于权利要求1、2所述的一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒的制作方法,包括:
(1)取上述原料进行筛选、清洗备用;
(2)将上述原料,加入原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮2小时,过滤后得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
(3)取原料渣,加入原料渣总重量8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤后得到二次提取液,弃原料渣;
(4)取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用;
(5)取提取粉,加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,制得颗粒,经干燥、包装得到具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒成品。
4.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种具有增强肝脏功能的食用颗粒,其特征是,所述食用颗粒剂型为固态颗粒状。
