2、将清洗后的原料,加入原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮2小时过滤得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、取原料渣,加入料渣总重量8倍水再沸煮2小时,过滤原料渣,得到二次提取液备用,弃原料渣;
4、取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用
5、将提取粉,加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,干燥、包装即得到食用颗粒成品。
本发明中,所述食用颗粒的剂型为固体颗粒状。
为了充分体现本发明的功效及无毒副作用,并对所选用的中草药原料的药理特性加以说明。
苦荞:味甘辛苦、性寒无毒。被誉为“五谷之王”,三降食品(降血压,降血脂,降血糖)。而且药用特性好,有人体所必须的多种营养成分,以及减肥瘦身美肤养颜等功能。
玉竹:味甘,微寒。养阴润燥,生津止渴,降血脂、血糖,保健抗衰。富含有多糖、维他命A与烟酸,能够增强人体抗病能力,推迟衰老。
山药:味甘,平。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。具有降血糖,降血脂,抗衰老,调节或增强免疫功能。
枸杞:味甘、平,归肝、肾经。具有补血、肝肾不足、降三高 、抗衰老功能。
佛手:味辛,归肝、脾、肺胃经。佛手中含有大量的维生素C,具有极强的抗氧化能力,长期食用有很好的美容防衰老功能。
香橼:味辛苦,酸,性温。具有疏肝理气,宽中化痰功能。
黄精:味甘,性平。归脾、肾、肺经。由抗病塬微生物作用。具有滋阴润肺,补脾益气等功效。
葛根:味甘、辛、性凉。现代药理认为,葛根具有营养心肌、扩张血管、改善微循环、降血糖功能。
本发明的一种调理三高的食用颗粒原料,采用纯天然原料制得,按中医理论组方,不添加任何化学添加剂,具有安全可靠,无毒副作用的特点。
本发明的有益效果是:根据中医理论,选择药膳同源的中草药配制的食用颗粒剂型,具有吸收快、食用方便,易保存。该调理三高的食用颗粒食用方式多样化,可开水冲泡饮用、加入煮粥或是汤中食用,以及同面粉制作成糕点食用。本发明的主要的特点是具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂,强健心肌减肥瘦身美肤养颜延缓衰老的调理及预防功能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的一种调理三高的食用颗粒的制作方法,其方法包括如下步骤:
1、对原料进行筛选,清洗后取:
苦荞60克 玉竹15克 山药30克
枸杞10克 佛手6克 香橼6克
黄精30克 葛根20克备用;
2、加入上述原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮两小时,过滤原料渣得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、将步骤(2)过滤后的原料渣加入8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤原料渣得到二次提取液备用,弃原料渣;
4、将步骤(2)中的一次提取液与步骤(3)中的二次提取液进行混合,放入蒸发器中真空浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得到提取粉;
5、将提取粉,加入95°食用乙醇送制粒机中制粒,18目筛制成颗粒,60°烘干,16目整理颗粒得到调理三高的固体剂型的食用颗粒,经干燥、称重、包装即为合格成品。
本发明的食用方法:
1、取2克食用颗粒放入500克开水中搅匀即可饮用。
2、取2克食用颗粒放入800克煮好的粥或汤中搅拌均匀即可食用。
3、取6克食用颗粒与200克面粉混合,制作成糕点即可食用。

1.一种调理三高的食用颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比而成:
苦荞60-65份 玉竹12-16份 山药25-30份
枸杞8-12份 佛手8-12份 香橼8-12份
黄精25-30份 葛根15-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调理三高的食用
颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比而成:
苦荞62份 玉竹14份 山药26份
枸杞10份 佛手10份 香橼10份
黄精28份 葛根18份。
3.用于权利要求1、2一种调理三高的食用颗粒的制作方法,其方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取原料进行筛选、清洗备用;
(2)将清洗后的原料,加入原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮2小时,过滤得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
(3)取原料渣,加入料渣总重量8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤料渣,得到二次提取液备用,弃原料渣;
(4)取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用
(5)将提取粉,加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,干燥、包装即得到食用颗粒成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种调理三高的食用颗粒的制作方法,其特征是,所述食用颗粒的剂型为固体颗粒状。
