紫苏子10份 桔梗6份 橘红10份。
用于上述润肺止咳食用颗粒的制作方法。包括:
1、对上述原料进行筛选,清洗备用;
2、加入上述原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮两小时,过滤原料渣得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、将过滤后的原料渣加入8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤原料渣得到二次提取液备用,弃渣;
4、将一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得到提取粉;
5、将提取粉加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整理颗粒,得到润肺止食用颗粒,经干燥、包装即为成品。
为了充分体现本发明的功能及无毒副作用,并对所选用的中草药原料的药理特性加以说明。
人参:甘、微苦 ,微温。归脾 、肺经。大补元气,补脾益肺,生津止渴,安神益智。
茯苓:具有渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神之功效。
莱菔子:味辛、甘,性平。归脾、胃、肺经。可下气,祛痰,消食,用于咳嗽痰喘。
罗汉果:味甘,性凉。归肺、大肠经,具有清热润肺,利咽开音的功效。
干姜:味大辛大热,主温胃散寒,回阴通脉,温肺化饮。对体质虚弱可以起到调理作用。
橘皮:味辛、苦,性温,归肺、脾经,具有理气宽中、燥湿化痰的功效。
桑叶:疏散风热 、清肝明目、清肺润燥 。
杏仁:味苦、微温、归肺,具有止咳平喘的功效。
白果:味甘、苦、涩。入肺经。具有敛肺定喘的功效。
紫苏子:味辛,温。归肺、脾经。解表散寒,行气和胃。用于风寒感冒,止咳润肺功效。
桔梗:味苦、辛、平,归肺经。具有宣肺祛痰,适宜咳咳嗽痰多,或咳痰不爽功效。
橘红:味甘、苦,具有祛风寒,燥湿化痰的功效。
本发明的润肺止咳食用颗粒原料,采用纯天然原料制得,按中医理论组方,不添加任何化学添加剂,具有安全可靠,无毒副作用的特点。
本发明的有益效果是:根据中医理论,选择药膳同源的中草药配制的食用颗粒剂型,具有吸收快、食用方便,易保存。该润肺止咳食用颗粒食用方式多样化,可开水冲泡饮用、加入煮粥或是汤中食用,以及同面粉制作成糕点食用。本发明的主要的特点是可满足人们对于因季节冷热变化引起肺部和呼吸道不适、呼吸不畅等症状,特别是对老人、孩子体质虚弱人群进行有效调理和预防功能,起到了良好的作用。解决了传统剂型的食用方式单一,仅能满足用于患病症状的使用,不适宜上述症状的人群在预防情况下食用,以及多途径的使用。
具体实施方式
下面将通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的一种益气化痰、润肺止咳食用颗粒的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
1、对原料进行筛选,清洗后取:
人参4克 茯苓15克 莱菔子15克
罗汉果5克 干姜10克 橘皮15克
桑叶12克 杏仁10克 白果6克
紫苏子10克 桔梗6克 橘红10克备用;
2、加入上述原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮两小时,过滤原料渣得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、将步骤(2)过滤后的原料渣加入8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤原料渣得到二次提取液备用,弃渣;
4、将步骤(2)中的一次提取液与步骤(3)中的二次提取液进行混合,放入蒸发器中真空浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得到提取粉;
5、将提取粉加入95°食用乙醇送制粒机中制粒,18目筛制成颗粒,60°烘干,16目整理颗粒得到润肺止食用颗粒,经干燥、称重、包装即为合格成品。
本发明的食用方法:
1、取2克制做好的颗粒放入500克开水中搅拌均匀即可饮用。
2、取2克制做好的颗粒放入800克煮好的粥、汤中搅拌均匀即可食用。
3、取6克制做好的颗粒与200克面粉搅拌均匀,制作成糕点即可食用。

1.一种益气化痰、润肺止咳食用颗粒,其特征是,它是由下述原料按重量份配比而制成:
人参2份 茯苓5份 莱菔子5份
罗汉果2份 干姜10份 橘皮15份
桑叶12份 杏仁10份 白果6份
紫苏子10份 桔梗6份 橘红10份;
所述益气化痰、润肺止咳食用颗粒的制作方法,包括:
(1)对上述原料进行筛选,清洗备用;
