由于不良的生活习惯,加之又不去看医生,久而久之引起了痛风等症状。由于患有痛风病症后不仅导致个人自身的疼痛,而且还严重影响到工作,以及诸多的活动安排。
目前,对于控制痛风病症方面,一是注意饮食结构;二是通过内服或是外用药物进行治疗。而且涉及用到药物治疗时已是得了痛风病症者。服用药物也仅局限于单一的口服用方式。在预防控制方面不可能提前使用药物,这样就无法进行预发前的控制。因此,提供日常通过多种食疗方式进行控制痛风病症的诱发及预防,已成为迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现状,本发明提供了一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒,不仅具有利尿排酸、消肿止痛、清热解毒的调理及预防功能,同时还具有多种食用方式的特点。
本发明提供了上述食用颗粒的制作方法。实现了本发明的目的。
本发明中的一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒的制作方法,其方法步骤包括:
1、取鱼腥草26-30份 蒲公英28-32份 白茅根30-34份
决明子10-15份 玉米须45-50份 丝瓜络20-25份
桔梗5-8份 茯苓12-16份 粳米25-30份 山楂12-16份进行筛选、清洗备用;
2、将清洗后的原料,加入原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮2小时过滤得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、取原料渣,加入原料渣总重量8倍水再沸煮2小时,过滤料渣,得到二次提取液备用,弃原料渣;
4、取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用;
5、将提取粉加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,干燥、包装即得到食用颗粒成品。
本发明中,所述食用颗粒的剂型为固体颗粒状。
本发明中,所述的一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒,它是由下述原料按重量份配比而成:
鱼腥草28份 蒲公英30份 白茅根32份
决明子12份 玉米须48份 丝瓜络22份
桔梗6份 茯苓14份 粳米26份
山楂14份。
为了充分体现本发明的功效及无毒副作用,并对所选用的中草药原料的药理特性加以说明。
鱼腥草:辛,微寒。归肺经。清热解毒,排脓消痈,利尿通淋。具有抗菌、抗炎、镇静、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力功能。
蒲公英:味苦甘,性寒,入肝、胃经,具有清热解毒,消痈散结,清肝明目,利湿通淋之功效。
白茅根:味甘,性寒。归肺、胃、膀胱经。具有生津止渴、止血止吐、清热利尿功能。
决明子:味苦甘,微寒。归肝、肾、大肠经。用于清肝明目,润肠通便。
玉米须:性平,味甘,淡。归膀胱、胆经 。具有利尿,降压,利胆,止血消肿功能。
丝瓜络:性平,味甘。归肺、胃、肝经。活血、通络、清热解毒、利尿消肿。
桔梗:味苦、辛、平,归肺经。具有宣肺祛痰,适宜咳咳嗽痰多,或咳痰不爽功效。
茯苓:具有渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神之功效。
粳米:性平,味甘。归脾、胃经。补中益气,健脾益胃,除烦止渴。
山楂:味酸、甘,微寒温。具有消食化积、行气散瘀之功效。
本发明的一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒原料,采用纯天然原料制得,按中医理论组方,不添加任何化学添加剂,具有安全可靠,无毒副作用的特点。
本发明的有益效果是:根据中医理论,选择药膳同源的中草药配制的食用颗粒剂型,具有吸收快、食用方便,易保存。该缓解痛风的食用颗粒食用方式多样化,可开水冲泡饮用、加入煮粥或是汤中食用,以及同面粉制作成糕点食用。本发明的主要的特点是对于缓解痛风症状具有调理和预防功能。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明的一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒的制作方法,其方法包括如下步骤:
1、对原料进行筛选,清洗后取:
鱼腥草20克 蒲公英30克 白茅根30克
决明子10克 玉米须30克 丝瓜络30克
桔梗6克 茯苓15克 粳米30克
山楂15克,备用;
2、加入上述原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮两小时,过滤原料渣得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
3、将步骤(2)过滤后的原料渣加入8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤原料渣得到二次提取液备用,弃原料渣;
4、将步骤(2)中的一次提取液与步骤(3)中的二次提取液进行混合,放入蒸发器中真空浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得到提取粉;
5、将提取粉加入95°食用乙醇送制粒机中制粒,18目筛制成颗粒,60°烘干,16目整理颗粒得到缓解痛风的固体剂型的食用颗粒,经干燥、称重、包装即为合格成品。
本发明的食用方法:
1、取2克食用颗粒放入500克开水中搅匀即可饮用。
22、取2克食用颗粒放入800克煮好的粥或汤中搅拌均匀即可食用。
3、取6克食用颗粒与200克面粉混合,制作成糕点即可食用。
Claims (3)
1.一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒的制作方法,其特征在于,其方法包括如下步骤:
(1)取鱼腥草26-30份 蒲公英28-32份 白茅根30-34份
决明子10-15份 玉米须45-50份 丝瓜络20-25份
桔梗5-8份 茯苓12-16份 粳米25-30份 山楂12-16份
进行筛选、清洗备用;
(2)将清洗后的原料,加入原料总重量10倍水浸泡2小时,用纯化水沸煮2小时,过滤得到一次提取液,原料渣备用;
(3)取原料渣,加入原料渣总重量8倍纯化水再沸煮2小时,过滤原料渣,得到二次提取液备用,弃原料渣;
(4)取一次提取液与二次提取液进行混合,浓缩至1.15倍,喷雾干燥得提取粉,备用;
(5)将提取粉加入95°食用乙醇制粒,18目制粒,60°烘干,16目整粒,干燥、包装即得到食用颗粒成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒的制作方法,其特征在于,所述食用颗粒的剂型为固体颗粒状。
3.根据权利要求1所述制作方法制作的一种缓解痛风的食用颗粒,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:
鱼腥草28份 蒲公英30份 白茅根32份 决明子12份 玉米须48份
丝瓜络22份 桔梗6份 茯苓14份 粳米26份 山楂14份。
