本发明公开了一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏及其制备方法,属于保健食品技术领域,它包括以下步骤:S1、取青蒿嫩枝,并加入清水后放入锅中加热烧开;然后将锅中的混合物过滤去渣获得青蒿液备用;将芝麻炒熟后备用;将红糖熬制融化成粘稠状后备用;S2、将桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷和冰糖放入锅中并加清水进行加热至烧开后再加入蜂王浆进行调制;S3、向步骤S2中经过调制的混合物中精淀粉、柠檬及玫瑰香精,并向其中在加入步骤S1中得到的青蒿液和粘稠状红糖后持续加热;S4、向步骤S3中获得的混合物上加入步骤S1中获得的芝麻后将其进行冷却,待其硬化后即可获得所述水晶凉膏,本发明所制成的水晶凉膏具有消暑清凉、止咳生津等保健功能。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体涉及一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
在我国,对青蒿的利用自古有之,而近现代青蒿素的发现又在疟疾的防治上起到了不可代替的作用,为了拓展对青蒿的利用,我国针对于青蒿素及其衍生物的提纯与制备、使用青蒿作为原料获得的相关产品已经有了多种公开的材料作为参考,在以青蒿为原料制得的产品中,以治疗药品和各类杀菌消毒产品为主;而青蒿由于其特殊的风味也受到相当一部分人们所喜爱,目前市面上针对青蒿的食品制作的产品相对较少,而青蒿清热生津的效果是食品的一大优势,故而如何利用青蒿的这一特性制作为大众所喜欢的食品是目前所面临的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏及其制备方法,以解决当前尚未有直接将青蒿作为食品原料制备的食品的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、取青蒿嫩枝,并加入清水后放入锅中加热烧开;然后将锅中的混合物过滤去渣获得青蒿液备用;将芝麻炒熟后备用;将红糖熬制融化成粘稠状后备用;
S2、将桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷和冰糖放入锅中并加清水进行加热至烧开后再加入蜂王浆进行调制;
S3、向步骤S2中经过调制的混合物中精淀粉、柠檬及玫瑰香精,并向其中在加入步骤S1中得到的青蒿液和粘稠状红糖后持续加热;
S4、向步骤S3中获得的混合物上加入步骤S1中获得的芝麻后将其进行冷却,待其硬化后即可获得所述水晶凉膏。
优选的,步骤S1中使用的青蒿嫩枝与清水的比例大小在1:1至7:5之间。
优选的,步骤S2中所使用的桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷、蜂王浆和纯净水按如下重量份进行配比:桂圆肉2-6份,皂角筋2-4份,薄荷2-4份,蜂王浆4-8份,纯净水10-20份。
优选的,步骤S3中所使用的精淀粉、柠檬和玫瑰香精按如下重量份进行配比:精淀粉3-6份,柠檬1-2份,玫瑰香精0.1-0.2份。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏的制备方法制得的水晶凉膏。
本发明有益效果:
在本发明中,青蒿具有清凉解毒,生津止渴,祛暑提神的功效,同时,桂圆、柠檬、薄荷除了能够提神外还具有补血、止咳化痰的功能,冰糖、蜂王浆能够起到活血化瘀的效果,再加上芝麻和玫瑰香精及红糖的调味来保证材料的口感,其制备所得的凉膏是一道香甜可口,老少皆宜,能够祛暑清凉的药膳食品,其还具有制作简单,取材容易,便于加工等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步介绍:
实施例1:
本实施例提供一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、取青蒿嫩枝,并加入清水后放入锅中加热烧开;然后将锅中的混合物过滤去渣获得青蒿液备用;将芝麻炒熟后备用;将红糖熬制融化成粘稠状后备用;
S2、将桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷和冰糖放入锅中并加清水进行加热至烧开后再加入蜂王浆进行调制;
S3、向步骤S2中经过调制的混合物中精淀粉、柠檬及玫瑰香精,并向其中在加入步骤S1中得到的青蒿液和粘稠状红糖后持续加热;
S4、向步骤S3中获得的混合物上加入步骤S1中获得的芝麻后将其进行冷却,待其硬化后即可获得所述水晶凉膏。
步骤S1中使用的青蒿嫩枝的质量为3kg,清水的质量也为3kg。
步骤S2中所使用的桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷、蜂王浆和纯净水按如下重量份进行配比:桂圆肉2 kg,皂角筋2 kg,薄荷2 kg,蜂王浆4 kg,纯净水10 kg。
步骤S3中所使用的精淀粉、柠檬和玫瑰香精按如下重量份进行配比:精淀粉3 kg,柠檬1 kg,玫瑰香精0.1 kg。

S1、取青蒿嫩枝,并加入清水后放入锅中加热烧开;然后将锅中的混合物过滤去渣获得青蒿液备用;将芝麻炒熟后备用;将红糖熬制融化成粘稠状后备用;
S2、将桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷和冰糖放入锅中并加清水进行加热至烧开后再加入蜂王浆进行调制;
S3、向步骤S2中经过调制的混合物中精淀粉、柠檬及玫瑰香精,并向其中在加入步骤S1中得到的青蒿液和粘稠状红糖后持续加热;
S4、向步骤S3中获得的混合物上加入步骤S1中获得的芝麻后将其进行冷却,待其硬化后即可获得所述水晶凉膏。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种以青蒿作为原料的祛暑水晶凉膏的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中所使用的桂圆肉、皂角筋、薄荷、蜂王浆和纯净水按如下重量份进行配比:桂圆肉2-6份,皂角筋2-4份,薄荷2-4份,蜂王浆4-8份,纯净水10-20份。
