目前市场上解暑除烦的药物或是保健品有很多,但是大多数药物或保健品中带有毒素或副作用,而市场上也存在这各种各样的解暑汤,但是制作起来不方便,并且不方便携带,因此,制造一种纯天然、无毒副作用、方便携带的、具有解暑除烦效果的食物十分重要。切糕是人们生活中常见的一种食物,但是目前市场上的切糕大多数都差不多,都是由糯米或是大黄米制成,其内部加入一些红枣,这种切糕的营养价值不是十分高,而且口味十分单一,人们往往只是吃一部分就没了胃口,无法满足人们的需求。因此,市场上急需一种可以解暑除烦、增强食欲、营养价值较高的切糕及其生产方法。

步骤1、按重量百分比,选取优质大黄米、江米、红枣、红豆、玉米粒、蔗糖、红糖、佩兰、青蒿、灯芯草、罗汉果、苏合香备用,将大黄米、江米分别用水浸泡6-8小时,将红豆、玉米粒分别用水浸泡3-6小时,将佩兰、青蒿、灯芯草、罗汉果、苏合香分别用水浸泡18-24小时;
步骤2、将浸泡后的红豆煮熟,煮熟后捣烂,得到红豆泥,将红枣去核捣烂,得到红枣泥,然后将红豆泥与红枣泥混合,搅拌均匀,备用;
步骤3、将浸泡后的佩兰、青蒿、灯芯草、罗汉果、苏合香混合放入锅中煎煮75-120分钟,过滤除渣,制成混合溶液,向其中加入蔗糖、红糖,加热搅拌使其完全融化,备用;

1.一种解暑除烦切糕及其生产方法,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,包括大黄米40-50%、江米10-15%、红枣5-10%、红豆5-10%、玉米糖稀4-8%、蔗糖4-8%、红糖4-8%、佩兰2-3%、青蒿2-3%、灯芯草2-3%、罗汉果2-3%、苏合香2-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑除烦切糕及其生产方法,其特征在于:按最佳重量百分比计,大黄米46%、江米12%、红枣7%、红豆6%、玉米粒7%、蔗糖5%、红糖5%、佩兰3%、青蒿3%、灯芯草2%、罗汉果2%、苏合香2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑除烦切糕及其生产方法,其特征在于:其生产方法的主要步骤为:
步骤1、按重量百分比,选取优质大黄米、江米、红枣、红豆、玉米粒、蔗糖、红糖、佩兰、青蒿、灯芯草、罗汉果、苏合香备用,将大黄米、江米分别用水浸泡6-8小时,将红豆、玉米粒分别用水浸泡3-6小时,将佩兰、青蒿、灯芯草、罗汉果、苏合香分别用水浸泡18-24小时;
步骤2、将浸泡后的红豆煮熟,煮熟后捣烂,得到红豆泥,将红枣去核捣烂,得到红枣泥,然后将红豆泥与红枣泥混合,搅拌均匀,备用;
步骤3、将浸泡后的佩兰、青蒿、灯芯草、罗汉果、苏合香混合放入锅中煎煮75-120分钟,过滤除渣,制成混合溶液,向其中加入蔗糖、红糖,加热搅拌使其完全融化,备用;
步骤4、将浸泡后的大黄米、江米混合均匀,放入锅中蒸10-15分钟,取出,加入步骤3中最后加入蔗糖、红糖的混合溶液,搅拌均匀,放入锅中继续蒸25分钟,其间搅拌3-5分钟,蒸好后取出,将混合后的大黄米、江米捣烂成混合体,备用;
步骤5、按320:80:1:600的质量比,取玉米粒、红薯粉、淀粉酶、水,搅拌均匀,熬煮80-120分钟,然后加入适量水,使温度降低至75℃,然后再次加入相同质量的淀粉酶,继续熬制45分钟,滤除残渣,得到玉米糖稀,然后在120-130℃温度下继续熬煮2-3小时,直至粘稠,得到粘稠的玉米糖稀,备用;
步骤6、取步骤4中捣烂后的大黄米和江米的混合体,压制成两层混合面,将步骤2中得到的混合后的红豆泥、红枣泥置于两层混合面的中间,压实,然后将粘稠的玉米糖稀刷在顶面与底面上,静置40-60分钟,晾凉,最后用刀子沾水将其切成大小均匀的块状,装袋、制成成品。
