本发明的目的是提供一种可以防病、抗病、改善亚健康的保健品,尤其涉及一种虫草口服液及其制备方法。为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种虫草口服液,其组分包括:冬虫夏草、铁皮石斛、雪梨、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、纯净水。其重量份数比为:冬虫夏草2~5份,铁皮石斛10~20份,雪梨100~200份,蜂蜜20~50份,柠檬酸2~5份,纯净水1000份。
将重量份数为2~5份的冬虫夏草清洗干净后,放入干燥箱烘干,用粉碎机粉碎至200目,用100倍量的水回流提取3次,过滤、浓缩备用。
将重量份数为10~20份的铁皮石斛,碾压至裂开,按照料液比1:12加水煎煮3遍,合并滤液,过滤、浓缩、沉淀,取上清液备用。
将雪梨100~200份按照料液比1:8,煎煮80min,过滤除渣,得到滤清液。
将上述冬虫夏草、铁皮石斛、雪梨提取液合并加入1000纯净水,添加蜂蜜20~50份,柠檬酸2~5份,调节产品口感,使适口性更佳。
将调制好的混合液经过200目筛子过滤后,放入135摄氏度的蒸汽中杀灭15~30秒,灌装封口后取得本品。
本发明中的冬虫夏草、铁皮石斛都是名贵中药材,具有很高的药用价值,是天然的滋补圣品。冬虫夏草富含虫草多糖、虫草素,具有调节免疫系统功能,提高身体抗病能力,滋补肺肾,抗疲劳、抗衰老,对恶性肿瘤具有预防和辅助治疗作用。石斛被誉为“九大仙草”之首,是一种名贵的中药材,现代医学研究表明,铁皮石斛富含多糖、氨基酸和石斛碱、石斛胺碱等十多种生物碱,具有滋阴除热、养胃生津的作用。雪梨是一种常见的水果,据《本草纲目》记载,“梨者,利也,其性下行流利。”它药用能治风热、润肺、良心、清痰、降火、解毒。本发明通过合理配伍,具有清热解毒、益胃生津、滋补润肺、抗疲劳、增强免疫力的作用。
本发明口感润滑、酸甜适口、润喉回甘,符合大众口感。
具体实施方式
一种虫草口服液,其组成包括:冬虫夏草3份,铁皮石斛20份,雪梨100份,蜂蜜30份,柠檬酸5份,纯净水1000份。具体步骤如下:
将重量份数为3的冬虫夏草干品清洗干净后放入干燥箱中烘干水分,用粉碎机粉碎至200目,用100倍量的水回流提取3次,过滤、浓缩备用。铁皮石斛20份碾压至裂开,按照料液比1:12加水煎煮3遍,合并滤液,过滤、浓缩、沉淀,取上清液备用。雪梨100~200份按照料液比1:8,煎煮80min,过滤除渣,得到滤清液。
将上述步骤中获得的料液加入30份蜂蜜、5份柠檬酸、1000份纯净水,用200目筛子过滤后,经135摄氏度高温蒸汽灭菌30秒,灌装封口后既得本品。

1.一种虫草口服液及制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的组分:冬虫夏草2~5份,铁皮石斛10~20份,雪梨100~200份,蜂蜜20~50份,柠檬酸2~5份,纯净水1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种虫草口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:将冬虫夏草清洗干净,放入干燥箱烘干,用粉碎机粉碎至200目,按照料液比1:100回流提取3次,过滤、浓缩备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种虫草口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:将铁皮石斛碾压至裂开,按照料液比1:12加水煎煮3遍,合并滤液,过滤、浓缩、沉淀,取上清液备用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种虫草口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:将雪梨按照料液比1:8,煎煮80min,过滤除渣,得到滤清液。
5.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种虫草口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:将权利3~5所得滤液加入1000份纯净水混合,测总糖、酸度,混合液加入蜂蜜30份,柠檬酸5份调和口感。
