本发明公开了一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,所述第三步(3)中松布机的松布速度为10‑15m/min,所述第八步(8)中定型温度为130‑170℃,时间为5‑10min,所述第十步(10)中轧染温度为100‑150℃,涂覆厚度为0.2‑0.6mm,该一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,选用高针数的织机,织出较密较薄的组织,这样利用双组分的特性收缩后会形成不规则突起形成仿麻的风格以及提升面料的悬垂性,因其收缩后形成的卷取的弹簧结构让面料产生弹性,此面料弹性伸长达到自身的2到3倍,可以规避氨纶的易老化、疲劳损伤以及色牢度差等问题。

一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷制备方法领域,具体为一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着差异化纤维的层出不穷,越来越多的花式纱线出现,丰富了面料的外观风格及手感品质,其中双组分涤纶低弹丝也是其中的一员,其采用两根涤纶预取向涤纶长丝POY原丝,其中一根在牵伸加捻机上进行牵伸,形成高结晶低收缩的牵伸丝,再与同步喂入的另一根预取向POY丝复合网络加工,从而产生一种抱合紧密、风格独特的新结构纤维。本发明亦在通过利用其双组分间不同的收缩性能,开发一款薄型、有弹性、麻感的针织面料,并加以涂层,使其做夹克面料用以改变目前夹克给人的厚实感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:纱线准备:选择纱支数为30D-75D,单丝数为24F-72F的双组分涤纶低弹丝作为纺织原料;
(2)第二步:上机织造:将(1)中准备好的纱线通过高针数的织机,将双组分涤纶低弹丝进行纺织并形成规格为E36-42的平纹或双罗纹组织织物;
(3)第三步:松布:将(2)织造好的织物放置在松布机上进行松布处理;
(4)第四步:超声波处理:将(3)中松弛的织物完全浸入加有精炼剂1克/升,渗透剂0.4克/升,柔顺剂0.4克/升和去油剂0.4克/升,浴比1:15-1:20,温度20-30℃的水中,进行超声波处理,超声波频率设定为15KHZ-25KHZ,时间为5-10min;
(5)第五步:清洗:将(4)中处理的织物取出完全浸入清水中,进行漂洗,漂洗2-3次,每次漂洗时间为3-5min;
(6)第六步:脱水:将(5)中清洗后的织物取出放入脱水机中进行脱水处理,脱水时间为5-15min,脱水后拿出平铺在晾衣架上;
(7)第七步:染色:将(6)处理后的织物放入染缸进行染色处理,加入酸性染料,0.5克/升的渗透剂,0.5克/升的匀染剂,5克/升的元明粉,冰醋酸,温度为100-120℃,保温时间为20-30min,之后捞出进行加强水洗处理;
(8)第八步:定型:将(7)中染好色的织物放在定型机上定型,定型时在水槽中加入3-6克/升无氟防水剂,使面料具有防水效果;
(9)第九步:涂层:将(7)中定型好的织物通过无张力涂层机进行涂层,涂层为聚氨酯树脂浓度0.5%-2%和架桥剂3%-5%配置而成;
(10)第十步:成品:将(9)中织物通过一浸一轧工艺进行轧染,得到防风防水弹力针织夹克面料成品。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第三步(3)中松布机的松布速度为10-15m/min。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第八步(8)中定型温度为130-170℃,时间为5-10min。
在本发明一个较佳的实施例中,所述第十步(10)中轧染温度为100-150℃,涂覆厚度为0.2-0.6mm。
本发明的有益效果是:该一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,选用高针数的织机,织出较密较薄的组织,这样利用双组分的特性收缩后会形成不规则突起形成仿麻的风格以及提升面料的悬垂性,因其收缩后形成的卷取的弹簧结构让面料产生弹性,此面料弹性伸长达到自身的2到3倍,可以规避氨纶的易老化、疲劳损伤以及色牢度差等问题。

一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:纱线准备:选择纱支数为30D-75D,单丝数为24F-72F的双组分涤纶低弹丝作为纺织原料;
(2)第二步:上机织造:将(1)中准备好的纱线通过高针数的织机,将双组分涤纶低弹丝进行纺织并形成规格为E36-42的平纹或双罗纹组织织物;

Claims (4)

1.一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,由如下步骤组成:
(1)第一步:纱线准备:选择纱支数为30D-75D,单丝数为24F-72F的双组分涤纶低弹丝作为纺织原料;
(2)第二步:上机织造:将(1)中准备好的纱线通过高针数的织机,将双组分涤纶低弹丝进行纺织并形成规格为E36-42的平纹或双罗纹组织织物;
(3)第三步:松布:将(2)织造好的织物放置在松布机上进行松布处理;
(4)第四步:超声波处理:将(3)中松弛的织物完全浸入加有精炼剂1克/升,渗透剂0.4克/升,柔顺剂0.4克/升和去油剂0.4克/升,浴比1:15-1:20,温度20-30℃的水中,进行超声波处理,超声波频率设定为15KHZ-25KHZ,时间为5-10min;
(5)第五步:清洗:将(4)中处理的织物取出完全浸入清水中,进行漂洗,漂洗2-3次,每次漂洗时间为3-5min;
(6)第六步:脱水:将(5)中清洗后的织物取出放入脱水机中进行脱水处理,脱水时间为5-15min,脱水后拿出平铺在晾衣架上;
(7)第七步:染色:将(6)处理后的织物放入染缸进行染色处理,加入酸性染料,0.5克/升的渗透剂,0.5克/升的匀染剂,5克/升的元明粉,冰醋酸,温度为100-120℃,保温时间为20-30min,之后捞出进行加强水洗处理;
(8)第八步:定型:将(7)中染好色的织物放在定型机上定型,定型时在水槽中加入3-6克/升无氟防水剂,使面料具有防水效果;
(9)第九步:涂层:将(7)中定型好的织物通过无张力涂层机进行涂层,涂层为聚氨酯树脂浓度0.5%-2%和架桥剂3%-5%配置而成;
(10)第十步:成品:将(9)中织物通过一浸一轧工艺进行轧染,得到防风防水弹力针织夹克面料成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄款防风防水弹力针织夹克面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述第三步(3)中松布机的松布速度为10-15m/min。
