本发明涉及凉茶领域,具体涉及参冬护胃凉茶。
背景技术
随着我国经济的飞速发展,茶饮市场也迅猛拓展,茶饮开始逐渐成为人们生活中必不可少的饮用产品。近年来,餐桌上喝茶饮,走亲访友送茶饮开始成为老百姓的一个选择。在这样的经济环境下,茶饮料市场有了进一步拓展的空间,其中以凉茶市场的前景较为乐观。
凉茶是药茶、保健茶的一种。目前市场上的茶饮是将药性寒凉或能消解内热的中草药煎水作饮料喝,以消除夏秋两季人体内的湿热或实热之气,缓减冬日干燥引起的咽喉疼痛等症状。但是目前市场上的茶饮没有体现严格的中医辨证论治,仅仅是清热去火和生津止渴,忽视了甄选所用中药材的性味归经和毒副作用,但对于脾胃阳虚之人,该类茶饮并不适宜,若长期饮用恐有加重脾胃阳虚的可能,表现出腹胀或腹泻、食欲减退、消化不良、肥胖等症状。
沙参麦冬汤,取自温病学大家—吴鞠通的著作《温病条辨》,原方组成为沙参、麦门冬、玉竹、甘草、冬桑叶、生扁豆、天花粉。药性以甘寒为主,具有清热养阴、益胃生津的作用。方中用沙参、麦门冬为君药,滋阴润肺、清热生津;玉竹甘平,养阴润燥;花粉甘寒,清热生津。两药合用,生津止渴的功能倍增,共为臣药。扁豆、甘草益气培中,甘缓和胃;桑叶轻宣燥热,疏达肺络。三药用为佐使。综合全方,清养肺胃,生津润燥,近代医家何廉臣说是:凡燥伤“肺胃气液,或热或咳者,投之辄效。”中医药几千年的发展底蕴证实了沙参麦冬汤“临床疗效确切,用药相对安全”,其具有巨大的创新潜力和广阔的发展空间。然而经方的沙参麦冬汤会寒凉伤脾胃,出现上诉症状,不宜直接作为长期服用的凉茶。因此本团队在经方的基础上进行改良为可长期服用,不伤脾胃且能增强脾胃功能的参冬护胃凉茶。甄选的原材料均为药食两用,无任何毒副作用,性味归经虽有寒凉之品,但是用了其余药物进行合理的辩证配伍,能抵消寒凉对脾胃的损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种参冬护胃凉茶,其绿色健康、口味清爽、清凉解渴、解暑化湿又不伤及脾胃,是一种对脾胃有调理作用、增强脾胃功能、物美价廉的代茶饮产品。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种参冬护胃凉茶,由如下重量份的原材料加工制成:沙参3-18份,麦冬3-18份,葛根2-16份,山药2-16份,桑叶2-16份,桑葚2-16份,生扁豆2-16份,西瓜翠衣2-12份,灵芝2-16份,荷叶2-12份,仔姜2-16份,橘络2-16份,薏苡仁2-12份。

A、原料准备:
采集新鲜的沙参,麦冬,葛根,山药,桑叶,桑葚,生扁豆,西瓜翠衣,灵芝,荷叶,仔姜,橘络,薏苡仁;从中选择无变质无虫害的优质原料,筛除杂质、清洗干净,进行切丝、切片或切块处理,并置于通风处摊放6-8小时,以降低各原料的含水量;
B、原料炮制:
蜜炙沙参片,每100克沙参用25克炼蜜蜜炙,炒至橙黄色,以不粘手为度;蜜炙桑叶,每100克桑叶用25克炼蜜蜜炙,炒至黄色,以不粘手为度;将生扁豆炒至微黄,略有焦斑及香气;
C、干燥灭菌:
将步骤A和步骤B处理好的原材料放入多功能中药灭菌柜内进行灭菌和干燥,使其含水量≤4%;
D、粉碎:
将步骤C干燥好的原材料分别通过中药粉碎机进行粉碎,过20目筛;
E、混合:
将步骤D粉碎好的原材料按比例进行充分搅拌混合;
F、包装:
将步骤E混合好的原材料加入钻石型茶包中,在多功能中药灭菌柜内杀菌5分钟,然后进行外包装。

本发明的有益效果集中体现在:通过严谨的中医理论和科学的配方配比,使沙参麦冬凉茶具有顾护脾胃、生津除烦止渴、缓解身体困重和疲劳、除烦安神、恢复体能、清热解毒,利尿消肿等功效,适合于各个年龄层人士做膳食两用的凉茶长期服用,具体尤适用于体力劳动者、长食辛辣温燥食物者、脾胃虚弱者等,男女老少皆宜,适合快节奏的现代人,值得推广。
为了使茶饮饮品受众更为广泛,我们设计了一款以温病学大家—吴鞠通的著作《温病条辨》中的名方—“沙参麦冬汤”为基础方进行加减化裁的茶饮饮品。我们对沙参麦冬方中的部分药物,根据严格的中医辨证论治、整体观念,运用《河图洛书》、《圆运动中的古中医学》等中的经典理论做出了适当的调整。保留原方中的沙参、麦冬、生扁豆和桑叶,其余替换成葛根、山药、灵芝、桑椹、西瓜翠衣、荷叶、仔姜,橘络,薏苡仁,绿豆,红豆。其中,葛根归脾、胃、肺经,山药归脾、肺、肾经,灵芝归心、肺、肝、肾经,桑椹归心、肝、肾经,西瓜翠衣归心、胃、膀胱经,照应五脏,荷叶归肝、脾、胃经,仔姜脾、胃经,橘络归归肝、肾、脾、胃经,薏苡仁归脾、肺、肾经,绿豆归心、胃经,红豆归心、小肠经。全方药食同源,药性平和,具有清暑益气、除湿安神、生津止渴而不伤脾阳之功效,药物动静相合,老少皆宜。
具体实施方式
以下为各原材料的介绍:
沙参:具有免疫、镇咳祛痰、解热镇痛、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗突变作用,含有丰富的可溶性糖、淀粉、水溶性粗多糖和可溶性蛋白质及氨基酸。
麦冬:化学成分主要包括甾体皂苷类、高异黄酮类、多糖类等,具有保护心血管系统、增强免疫力、抗皮肤衰老、抗肿瘤、降血糖和抗氧化等药理作用。
葛根:有抗心率失常、抗氧化、降血糖血脂、提高学习记忆功能和解酒作用。
桑叶:是上好的功能食品,它能降压、降脂、抗衰老、增加机体耐力、降低胆固醇、抑制脂肪积累、抑制血栓生成,抑制肠内有害细菌繁殖。
生扁豆:水提液有抗菌、抗病毒的作用,合西瓜翠衣可利水除湿而通阳。
山药:有降低血糖、抗衰老、抗氧化、调节或增强免疫功能、调整肠胃功能、降脂和抗肿瘤等作用。
灵芝:具有增强免疫力、保肝护肝、改善睡眠、降血糖等药理功能。
西瓜翠衣:有着优于瓜瓤的利尿作用,具有解热去暑、消炎降压、促进人体新陈代谢、减少胆固醇沉积、软化及扩张血管的功能,含有丰富的纤维素,是糖尿病人和肥胖者的理想食品,是生产保健饮料的良好原料。
桑椹:能够补血滋阴、生津润燥,现代研究表明,桑椹具有增强免疫、降血糖作用。
荷叶:具有清热解暑、生发清阳、散瘀止血的功效。其药理作用有减肥降脂、降糖、对抗心血管原发疾病、止血、改善脑缺血、抗氧化等。
子姜:在健脾、驱风、去湿、醒胃的方面具有显著的作用。
橘络:具有通络理气化痰、败毒抗癌的作用,治经络气滞,久咳胸痛,痰中带血,伤酒口渴,现代研究发现对慢性支气管炎、冠心病等慢性疾病以及减少血管壁的脆性和渗透性,防治血管硬化有着重要作用。
薏苡仁:具有利水渗湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的功效。用于水肿、脚气、小便不利、湿痹拘挛、脾虚泄泻。现代研究表明,薏苡仁含有蛋白质、淀粉、糖类、薏苡仁油、薏苡酯、甾醇、氨基酸、维生素B1、核黄素、尼克酸及钠、钾、钙、镁、铁、锰、锌、钴等人体必需的营养物质,具有抗氧化、调节免疫、降血压与降血脂、抗肿瘤作用。
绿豆:具有消暑除烦,利水消肿,清热解毒的功效,用于治疗暑热烦渴,湿热泄泻,水肿腹胀,疮疡肿毒,丹毒疖肿,痄腮,痘疹以及金石砒霜草木中毒者。现代医学研究,绿豆粉有显着降脂作用,绿豆中含有一种球蛋白和多糖,能促进动物体内胆固醇在肝脏分解成胆酸,加速胆汁中胆盐分泌和降低小肠对胆固醇的吸收。绿豆的有效成分具有抗过敏作用,可辅助治疗荨麻疹等过敏反应。对葡萄球菌以及某些病毒有抑制作用,能清热解毒。绿豆含丰富胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可以保护肝脏,减少蛋白分解,从而保护肾脏。
红豆:有消减水肿、利尿的作用,可以达到解毒、解酒、消热的作用,有利于心脏病和肾病的治疗;同时在红豆中含有较多的膳食纤维,它可以降低血压血脂、调节血糖的平衡、抗癌、解毒、润肠通便、预防结石、以及对女生们的健美减肥都有促进的良好作用。研究表明,红豆中富含许多有益健康的成分,其中,黄酮类化合物、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸等具有生物活性的物质,它对机体内有害物质和自由基的清除有良好的促进作用,因此可以作为一种天然的抗氧化机使用。同时它对延缓衰老抗肿瘤,防治肿瘤类疾病和心脑血管疾病等方面具有重要作用。据现代医学研究说明,对于一些微生物,如伤寒杆菌、双歧杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等,红豆有明显的抑菌甚至杀菌作用。红豆中的膳食纤维对改善冠状动脉硬化所导致的心脏病、预防结肠癌和便秘有良好的促进的作用,对糖尿病人的血糖水平的调节,肥胖病和胆结石的预防均具有有效的作用,红豆中的纤维和元素钾,可以将体内不必要的胆固醇和盐分排出体外,从而体现解毒作用。

一种参冬护胃凉茶,主要由以下原材料加工制成:沙参,麦冬,葛根,山药,桑叶,桑葚,生扁豆,西瓜翠衣,灵芝,荷叶,仔姜,橘络,薏苡仁。各原材料组分的重量份可在一定范围内进行适当调整,满足以下范围即可:沙参3-18份,麦冬3-18份,葛根2-16份,山药2-16份,桑叶2-16份,桑葚2-16份,生扁豆2-16份,西瓜翠衣2-12份,灵芝2-16份,荷叶2-12份,仔姜2-16份,橘络2-16份,薏苡仁2-12份。
本发明所述的参冬护胃凉茶可根据客户需求加工成:水剂、袋装茶包、颗粒剂、丸剂、糖浆剂、片剂等等多种形式。其中以水剂和袋装茶包使用最为方便。

一种参冬护胃凉茶袋装茶包的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
A、原料准备:
采集新鲜的沙参,麦冬,葛根,山药,桑叶,桑葚,生扁豆,西瓜翠衣,灵芝,荷叶,仔姜,橘络,薏苡仁;从中选择无变质无虫害的优质原料,筛除杂质、清洗干净,进行切丝、切片或切块处理,并置于通风处摊放6-8小时,以降低各原料的含水量。
B、原料炮制:
蜜炙沙参片,每100克沙参用25克炼蜜蜜炙,炒至橙黄色,以不粘手为度;蜜炙桑叶,每100克桑叶用25克炼蜜蜜炙,炒至黄色,以不粘手为度;将生扁豆炒至微黄,略有焦斑及香气;其余原料不进行炮制。
C、干燥灭菌:
将步骤A和步骤B处理好的原材料放入多功能中药灭菌柜内进行灭菌和干燥,使其含水量≤4%;
D、粉碎:
将步骤C干燥好的原材料分别通过中药粉碎机进行粉碎,过20目筛;使原料粉颗粒均匀。粉碎的过程中将红豆,绿豆一并粉碎。
E、混合:
将步骤D粉碎好的原材料按比例进行充分搅拌混合,其混合的步骤可采用人工混合,亦可采用混料机进行混合。
F、包装:
将步骤E混合好的原材料加入钻石型茶包中,在多功能中药灭菌柜内杀菌5分钟,然后进行外包装。
使用时,将袋装茶包放置在茶杯内,冲泡即食。

A、原料准备:

A、原料准备:
采集新鲜的沙参,麦冬,葛根,山药,桑叶,桑葚,生扁豆,西瓜翠衣,灵芝,荷叶,仔姜,橘络,薏苡仁;从中选择无变质无虫害的优质原料,筛除杂质、清洗干净,进行切丝、切片或切块处理,并置于通风处摊放6-8小时,以降低各原料的含水量;
B、原料炮制:
蜜炙沙参片,每100克沙参用25克炼蜜蜜炙,炒至橙黄色,以不粘手为度;蜜炙桑叶,每100克桑叶用25克炼蜜蜜炙,炒至黄色,以不粘手为度;将生扁豆炒至微黄,略有焦斑及香气;
C、干燥灭菌:
将步骤A和步骤B处理好的原材料放入多功能中药灭菌柜内进行灭菌和干燥,使其含水量≤4%;
D、粉碎:
将步骤C干燥好的原材料分别通过中药粉碎机进行粉碎,过20目筛;
E、混合:
将步骤D粉碎好的原材料按比例进行充分搅拌混合;
F、包装:
将步骤E混合好的原材料加入钻石型茶包中,在多功能中药灭菌柜内杀菌5分钟,然后进行外包装。
6.根据权利要求4所述的参冬护胃凉茶由如下方法加工制成,所述参冬护胃凉茶由如下方法加工制成:
A、原料准备:

F、熬煮:
将步骤E混合好的原材料加入煮锅中,加入高出5cm左右高度的水,用中火煮沸5-10分钟,静置30分钟;将上层清夜滤出,加入糖至全部溶解后,制成参冬护胃凉茶水剂,在紫外线灯光下杀菌5分钟,然后进行真空灌装。
